我常説深水埗於我是一個好地方,除了買海味、電子產品、利星海鮮小炒以外,還有豬膶麵。每次到這裡不是排大隊,便是在下定力不夠,給另一間麵舖吸引過去。約了朋友到鴨察街,對方還未有吃午飯;一行6人信步到維記。一個星期四下午三時還要排隊等位,週末及假期排隊情況可以想像!第一次光顧這裡,當然食招牌豬膶麵。豬膶不太大片,但新鮮,生熟程度剛好;最怕過熟像嚼拖鞋!這個麵的湯很好味,因大多豬膶麵都用即食麵,味粉再加上豬膶滲出的鮮味,令整碗麵錦上添花。連一個平時吃即食麵從不喝湯的朋友,食到最後我看見她碗裏一滴不漏;證明這個湯非常美味。對豬膶沒有大興趣的也可以點其他,例如多士;在連鎖茶餐廳比較少見的童年回憶:咖咉多士,也可以在這裡懷緬一番。回憶總是美好的!…Read More

食過翻尋味。第一次同朋友一起探險時,因人多關係,要在餐廳門口稍等,周遭環境令我感到朋友的表情有點不屑。終於她按耐不住說:「如果這裡的食物難食,我殺了你!」我唯有希望這間首次光顧的餐廳可保在下一命!餐廳只有20個坐位,我建議先訂位。這裡的燒牛肉質素跟那間出名食燒牛肉的餐廳很相近,價錢只大約一半,所以很受歡迎,訂位時可順便預留,避免失望。朋友介紹牛肋骨也很出名,所以第二次再訪時就試了一份,果然名不虛傳。這次我們共有12人晚飯,已佔餐廳多於一半位置。人多關係,我訂了3份 Mega Prime Rib, 再點沙律,烤牛肋骨,最後來2客海膽Carbonara意大利粉作結。燒牛肉跟牛肋骨一貫美味,沙律一貫新鮮;驚喜位在意大利粉上加一塊海膽,味道出奇地配合,做到畫龍點睛效果!每人不用$500便飲飽食醉!快樂其實可以很簡單!…Read More
