好似去咗韓國嘅大排檔一樣,色彩繽紛嘅枱凳,大量玩味擺設,周圍都係打卡位。前菜係泡菜及醃芽菜,仲要係大大碟,非常開胃。每次食韓國嘢都一定會叫嘅醬油蟹,一般都係撈飯,原來簡單加上香脆嘅紫菜都非常惹味。而且非常多蟹膏,食落啖啖新鮮甘甜。海鮮煎餅食得多,第一次見有大大粒蠔的蠔×海鮮煎餅。用料好豐富,每粒蠔都非常大粒,加上八爪魚粒,韭菜同紅蘿蔔絲,令到口感同埋味道層次都非常豐富。五花肉燒到外層金黃,但唔會覺得乾。配上特製的韓式辣醬,再用新鮮嘅生菜包住,食落唔覺烤五花肉嘅油膩感。包左滿滿材料的紫菜飯卷,食韓國嘢必點。點左熱情果啤酒和芒果啤酒,仲有燒酒混合而成的熱帶雨林,果味香又唔會太甜,非常容易入口。…Read More

工廈內的超水準泰菜餐廳

約咗喺荔枝角返工嘅朋友晚餐,先知地鐵站出口附近嘅工廈內有呢間超高水準的泰式餐廳。菜式選擇好多,價錢親民,重點係每道菜嘅水準都好高。咖喱軟殼蟹 ($198)好大碟的咖喱軟殼蟹。軟殼蟹炸至香酥,食落唔油膩。咖喱底以洋蔥、雞蛋炒香,再加上椰奶的調味,甜而不膩。黃咖喱海鮮 ($85)點菜時沒有留意軟殼蟹已經係咖喱,再點左個黃咖喱海鮮。不過兩種咖喱食落味道同口感完全不一樣。黃咖喱沒有加入雞蛋,香料味比起咖喱軟殼蟹為濃,帶有微辣,用黎點蒜蓉包味道一流。海鮮都好足,有青口、大蝦、魷魚、魚塊等,而且肉質都好新鮮。蒜蓉包 (+$15)點咖喱類菜式均可+15玩換蒜蓉包一客。一客有4大片,一上菜就已經聞到超濃牛油蒜蓉香味。蒜蓉包表面焗至金黃色,咬落香口,建議一定要加配。泰式蝦餅 ($78)超級推介這個蝦餅,即點即炸。食得出係用新鮮手打蝦膠,外層炸到超級金黃香酥,咬落蝦味鮮甜,啖啖彈牙蝦肉。蝦餅配有甜辣醬,但其實完全不用額外醬料已經夠鮮味。金鑽鮮菠蘿冰 ($20)菠蘿冰的菠蘿粒好足料,水的部份唔係死甜的糖水,而係加入菠蘿蓉,令菠蘿冰味道更濃。椰汁涼粉冰 ($18)涼粉好多好滑,椰汁味夠濃。椰皇三重奏 ($42)香濃椰汁糕加上燒香的椰絲,底層係椰子水啫喱,加上椰皇內的椰子肉,每一啖都係滿滿椰香。必定要一試的甜品。…Read More

餃子真係好掂

係旺角新開的火鳳凰火鍋料理,餐廳好闊落,每張枱都係卡位,坐得好舒服。打邊爐都最著重個湯底,哩間火鳳凰火鍋料理有超過20種特色湯底選擇。店員介紹哩款雪山飛狐鍋,係用上龍躉、淮山、紅棗、杞子等多種配料煲成的,建議我地落火鍋配料前先飲返碗湯。湯頭好鮮甜,完全冇腥味,飲得出啖啖真材實料。龍躉起左半邊,依然仲有好多魚肉食到,而且肉質仲係結實爽口的,非常新鮮。忍唔住飲左好幾碗湯。哩個手切prime頂級牛小排係細份量,2個人食剛好。因為油脂豐富,所以食落肉質嫩滑,而又唔會太油膩。日本黑豚腩肉,一層皮一層肪脂一層肉,肉本身唔太厚,連埋皮個個口感很好,有咬口又好味。紅紅火火,半份有4粒大大粒的魔鬼辣安格斯牛丸。我地都一致讚好,牛丸用左安格斯,本身已經好香濃牛味,加上魔鬼辣級的香味,帶點麻香,食落好過癮。本身唔知咩係神仙豆腐,覺得個名好得意所以點黎試下,食完都唔知係咩。口感似係魚蛋咁,偏爽口,但冇咩味道的。下次正正常常點返凍豆腐算了。爽爽竹笙 ($88)唔算厚身,勝在份量夠多,食落夠爽口,吸晒湯底的鮮甜,唔沾調味都已經夠味。…Read More
