上次路經沙田見到間新開泰國菜,望完個餐牌都好似幾吸引;不過剛剛食完晚飯,就唯有等下次先試。星期日六點幾去開沙田,就諗住試吓新野。見到要排隊都諗住轉軚,但咁啱有高枱嘅位,就入去試一試佢。睇完個餐牌叫咗豬肉船麵(寬河粉),紅咖哩牛面頰肉飯,泰式鹹蛋魚餅,一個香茅青檸沙冰,一個芒果沙冰。等緊嘅時候周圍望,見到左右兩邊都有個水煲,以為係啲特色野飲。到我還番個餐牌俾侍應嘅時候先聽到佢講:噢,呢到爭個茶。咁都見到佢地忙到冇停手,枱都唔得閒執;何況我又叫咗個沙冰,冇茶飲都唔緊要。繼續等緊嘅時候聽到隔離枱個仔(一家四口,父母同一對仔女)講:你(同亞媽講)照將啲汁撈落個飯到啦,個炒飯無味呀!我個心已經沉咗一沉。到個船河嚟到嘅時候,一試個湯即時意會到個仔所講嘅野;我地食開淡味野嘅都覺得佢淡味。香茅青檸沙冰淡味都可能係杯沙冰本身啲成份唔濃味,連芒果沙冰都冇乜芒果味先過份!最正常都係個咖哩,我地有衝動叫多個白飯用嚟點個咖哩汁。泰式鹹蛋魚餅個味又好濃,我地要點咖哩汁先食到。食完晒諗住飲番杯茶,話晒人地特登拎嚟。倒完啲茶落個杯到即時有油浮面,咁可想而知隻杯洗得有幾乾淨!最後埋單四百幾蚊,同我預期差唔多;再仔細睇睇原來收咗十蚊茶錢。我唔覺佢個apps版面有寫要茶錢。:(…Read More

睇飲食節目真係會促進經濟。因為睇完人地食炸大腸,老婆大人又突然挑起個癮想食炸大腸,咁啱又要出鑽石山,所以就揀咗呢間韓國野食而又有炸大腸食嘅舖頭。可能大家之前因為疫情少咗出街食飯,都要排咗差唔多30分鐘先有位(仲要係門口位)。又係食物拼圖時間︰上方︰韓式甜辣炸雞(半隻)。佢真係做到你會食到甜同辣兩樣味,又唔會俾個醬搞到個炸雞唔脆。本來想叫多幾樣野食,不過大家都覺得睇定啲,等野食嚟咗再加好過食唔晒。估唔到半隻雞都有咁多件,老婆大人食咗兩三件就投咗降。左下︰豬肉飯卷。其實有8件,大家各食咗一件先醒起要影相。同日式果啲飯卷又有啲唔同,佢就會實啲,可能唔係用日本米,好似冇咁香。右下︰炸大腸。嚟呢到食嘅主要原因都係因為佢,果然冇令我地失望!雖然有幾件係有啲肥,但係佢個皮係炸到脆嘅,好似食緊豬肉紙果隻脆。另外仲有杯芒果+橙嘅乳酪,不過冇影相就已經冇咗一半。呢個組合都幾特別,飲得到幾濃嘅芒果味。…Read More

有次同同事食完飯講開呢間餐廳,啲咖啡又好飲,又坐得舒服。之後同事坐言起行,約我第二日就去試一試佢。呢間餐廳都好守規矩,又有屏風又隔開枱坐咁,食晏時間都俾張4人枱我地兩個人。好,入正題。吞拿魚蘑菇長通粉。其實……同你煮完長通粉,之後開一罐罐頭吞拿魚撈落去係冇分別(分別就係唔駛自己做)。本身想食鰻魚,但係佢個日式鰻魚炒飯啲鰻魚係碎上,所以揀咗呢個"小頹飯"。點解會係"小頹飯"?因為我真心覺得我同事叫果個先稱得上真.頹飯。雞扒司華力腸飯。因為我地冇"分甘同味",所以好唔好味就唔知啦。但份量同賣相……真.頹飯呢個稱號真係當之無愧!!同事話上次嚟食(唔係食呢個飯)再加咗個特飲,飽到上心口。咁同事之前推介嘅咖啡,又點可以唔試下呢。相對起野食,呢杯咖啡係唯一對板嘅,起碼佢真係用部咖啡機沖出嚟,又拉番個花。飲落朱古力同咖啡味都飲到,唔會話是旦一樣蓋過咗另一樣。如果冇咗杯咖啡,單單以一個頹飯/小頹飯加一個餐湯(原諒我真係唔記得係咩湯),收呢個價錢一定係劣評(員工canteen 呢個價可以食兩個頹飯)。不過服務就幾好嘅(起碼會顧你感受,唔會你明明喺到飲緊餐湯,都要你夾硬渣的位出嚟,等佢可以放但佢手上面個主菜。)…Read More

其實已經是第二次光顧,不過第一次因為沒有為拉麵拍個照,所以沒有寫食評。今天終於記得為它們留倩影,就上來分享一下。不是同事介紹,這一間座落在角落,毫不起眼的拉麵店我應該留意不到它的存在。可能是這個原因,午餐時間(一點左右)也只得兩個客人。(亦可能是疫症問題罷)這個牛肩胛肉濃蝦湯拉麵,當然第一時間嚐一嚐它的濃蝦(不是龍蝦)湯底。湯,果然夠濃,又嚐到蝦的鮮味。拉麵,相比湯底就較遜色了。可能我比較喜歡吃軟硬適中的拉麵,這次煮得比較硬一點。牛肩胛肉,又有個驚喜。肉軟而不爛之餘,還有4-5塊肉,相當有分量。還有紫菜和半隻溫泉蛋,相對平凡的配菜。同事的大蝦濃蝦湯拉麵,雖然我沒有嚐過,但賣相還不錯。…Read More

疫情下大家都會少咗出去食晏,所以之前呢間要等嘅舖頭都唔駛等,不過量體溫呢個步驟都唔會唔做。點解會有個咁嘅標題?因為之前嚟食嘅時候叫咗個漢堡包,但當其時侍應冇俾到張包住漢堡包嘅紙我,淨係俾刀叉,所以食起上嚟有少少麻煩。到第二次再嚟食先知道原來有果張"紙"提供。言歸正傳,今次嚟食咗個all day breakfast,以一間喺九龍城賣burger嘅舖頭入面嘅all day breakfast賣$58,佢嘅CP值都算可以接受。炒蛋真係好滑,啲腸仔略為鹹咗少少;但係杯咖啡喺一間食burger嘅舖頭就算係幾好飲架啦。…Read More

話說樂富中心裝修完之後都未上過去行過,咁外母大人又想買野食,咁就上去買個外賣。等候期間咁當然就四圍行下,路過見到pokka cafe個蛋糕都好似幾好食咁樣,但外母大人其實剛剛先飲完茶;雖然口講睇下先行下先,但心入面已經想買一塊半件試佢一試。行完番轉頭,最終外母大人都買一件朱古力棉花糖蛋糕試一試佢裝修完,蛋糕會唔會好味左。我地同企蛋糕櫃後面位女侍應講左兩次"唔該",佢望左我地兩次,但冇任何反應(即係聽到我地叫佢,但無視我地)。最終我地想走之際(因為件蛋糕其實都唔算平,一件都要$58)有個疑似經理先出現理下我地,先叫落左單。最後,同一個女侍應竟然徒手(係,手套都冇戴)去拎件蛋糕,仲要疑似掂到蛋糕上面的朱古力(因為見到佢抹左一下手);但蛋糕櫃入面有個蛋糕鏟同埋蛋糕鉗,佢唔用走去用手。我忍唔住同外母大人講我所見到的事,女侍應望左我一望,繼續佢包蛋糕工作。我相信pokka cafe唔會當佢自己好似茶餐廳一樣的水平罷。原本都想試下佢個下午茶,但係見到門口果個侍應都咁樣做野,唔難想像入面會係咩景況。…Read More

話說同老爸食飯,想近近地又試吓新野。見呢間亞萊泰都好似幾好,咁就嚟試一試。有個套餐$668 (4-6位) ,有前菜有兩樣主菜揀吓,有個羹又有菜,仲有甜品同芒果糯米飯。見都OK抵食又唔駛左諗右諗,咁就叫咗呢個餐。老婆大人話想食蝦餅但係又唔想淨係試一樣野咁少,咁就另外叫咗個小食拼盤。一上菜竟然唔係上前菜(青木瓜沙律),而係上主菜先(烏頭魚)。雖然拎出嚟嘅時候都有煙,但係水未滾,大家都係只係可以坐晒喺到望住條未食得嘅魚。隨後飛天通菜同小食拼盤都上埋,先見到"應該"係前菜嘅沙律被送上枱。再之後海南雞(第二個主菜)都到咗,另外粟米魚肚羹都上埋菜,成枱都係野食。 (手忙腳亂咁幫侍應哥哥/姐姐安排位置放野食,之後都冇影相就開始食)青木瓜沙律 (青木瓜原來係裝飾)烏頭魚 (鮮,滑)海南雞 (都係鮮同滑)粟米魚肚羹(足料,唔係飲緊生粉獻)小食拼盤(份量略少)飛天通菜(不過不失)甜品 & 芒果糯米飯 (其實太飽,冇認真試)…Read More

今日大老板放假,小老板邀約食午餐。見天氣咁好(之前落大雨),又冇咩想食,咁就跟小老板一行三人出去食個晏。因為同事幫手訂咗位,所以去到唔駛等位(其實都係得兩﹑三枱客)。見有海南雞+黃薑飯,心諗"農家菜"又"海南雞",應該唔會點有伏,咁就點海南雞黃薑飯,送中式湯同糖水。小老板同另一位同事就各自叫咗小炒。本身第一次嚟食,見到隔離枱個蒸魚都唔錯,海南雞呢啲普通野應該都唔太有問題。叫完之後大家諗住Share食,問伙計拎咗三對公筷,伙計都即刻拎嚟(試過去食肆問拎公筷會被黑面)。中式湯都OK,青紅蘿白瘦肉湯,不過不失。黃薑飯隨後到。可能其他地方會用海南雞啲油整落啲飯到,呢到可能主打"農家",健康啲,所以冇落,都可以接受嘅。到主菜上場,我一拎隻碟感覺到隻碟好熱,已經心知不妙。再睇睇碟雞,我不禁同小老板講啲雞好似"湯料"(即係美名咗嘅"湯渣")。我即刻問拎碟"海南"雞嚟果位侍應呢碟係咩,侍應神回應反問番我你叫咗啲咩?同事口快快咁答咗佢叫咗海南雞,侍應好隨口咁話呢碟咪海南雞囉。我都忍唔住回咗句我覺得佢唔似海南雞先問你,驚你俾錯白切雞我。(呢到有海南雞,白切雞同豉油雞)食落口更加似"湯料",因為︰1. 雞肉係熱嘅(直情似喺湯到拎出嚟咁!正宗海南雞唔係要浸凍水架咩?)2. 雞肉係"鞋"同乾嘅3. 雞肉冇雞味4. 碟底有雞油在流動。小老板同另一位同事試過都有同感,大家都話啲雞肉似湯料,咁應該俾埋碗雞湯我地先係架嘛。可能聽到我地嘅對話,當我地問另一位侍應嘅時候,佢好快咁答我地呢碟係海南雞,因為佢地會起咗骨。(咁係唔係即係起咗骨就係海南雞?)平心而論,其他兩個小炒係OK嘅,但係海南雞就扣晒分。佢個餐正價$48,其實我見到X假期六月左右都有講過有幾間好食嘅海南雞,價錢都係差唔多,但我相信海南雞唔應該係我今日見到呢一碟咁嘅樣。心情太差,所以冇影到相(有影可能我已經幫佢"發揚光大")。但我相信大家根據我上面嘅描述,應該都會大約估到碟海南雞係咩樣。1. 熱 2. 乾 3. 元朗太多太多太多好野食。原本行完浪背水塘,想去食刀削麵,不過食開果間去到已經變咗另一間舖頭(後來行吓行吓先知道原來佢搬咗)。老婆大人一向鐘情沾麵,見到有間叫彩AYA 嘅沾麵舖頭,二話不說即刻開GPS 搵間舖。左行右行竟然俾我地發現原來間刀削麵搬咗;一輪爭扎之下最終都係下次先番去回味,今次試咗新野先!左轉右轉終於搵到呢間"隱世"舖頭(因為都有少少難搵,喺一條橫巷入面),去到已經有10個人左右排緊。大大個餐牌喺門口,只係有沾麵賣,冇其他小食。三種湯底(豬骨,黑油,蝦湯底),三種麵底(小麥,黑胡椒,檸檬伯爵茶(今日special)),已有紫菜 + 溏心蛋 + 筍 + 叉燒。淨係咁都可以做咁耐(仲有分店添),個麵應該都唔差。因為排緊隊嘅時候已經問咗我地食咩,入得去坐低大約十分鐘已經有得食。老婆大人叫咗黑油 + 小麥,我就梗係試一試special 嘅 檸檬伯爵茶配蝦湯底! 黑油湯底好香,蝦湯底超濃 (好似賣告白咁,不過呢個係事實);小麥麵真係普通咗啲,檸檬伯爵茶就有淡淡嘅檸檬味,不過伯爵茶味就唔多食到(可能蝦湯太濃)。呢到加湯真係差唔多成個湯底整過俾你(爭在冇咗啲筍呀,蛋呀,叉燒呀咁囉)(謎之聲:呢個人好貪心)。你如果真係真係真係唔夠飽(應該都唔會),可以同佢拎番個清湯嚟飲(應該係豬骨啩,我好飽冇問佢拎湯)。性價比都好高,唔怪得獨沽一味都可以大排長龍。…Read More

因為有小許前因,加上老婆大人穿了高跟鞋,又因為這個"lab eat" 的地址實在太"特別"了(87-89 號不在84, 85號的後面),所以老婆大人是黑著咀臉進入餐廳的。招呼我們的侍應還不識趣的說要"準時"八時半還枱(當時不過是七時半)!頓時老婆大人的臉更黑了,坐下後更說不想吃了。因為這裡的生蠔不錯,才選老婆大人生日的日子來試試。另一位侍應看到我不停張望生蠔的餐牌,主動拿了那個餐牌給我們!好言相勸之下才點了六隻生蠔,一個帶子意大利飯。(原本生蠔有一個套餐是有白酒/香檳的,但老婆大人說她其實連生蠔也不想吃,酒也不想飲)最終生蠔來了(我們點了兩種生蠔),正如那位拿餐牌給我的侍應所介紹的一樣,生蠔很飽滿,很大隻,另一種就比較重海水味。帶子意大利飯相對就有點平凡了,帶子沒有煎過/煎得不夠,意大利飯不夠乾(可能擔心我們還不了枱,盡快煮給我們罷)最終八點就完成了(信用卡收條上顯示的時間是2000) 。當然當時的情況沒有可能有心情影相罷。…Read More

聽聞有新舖開張,我同老婆大人梗係去試吓啦!(當然之後知道去錯咗,新舖果日咁啱休息)見到佢有蠔餅,而老婆大人又係蠔控,咁就二話不說坐低睇吓仲有啲咩啱食。最終叫咗炸大腸,馬拉盞通菜,黃金南瓜鮮魷,同埋滿心期待嘅蠔餅。炸大腸 - 不過不失,老婆大人覺得佢炸得比較乾,乾到有啲"柴"馬拉盞通菜 - 我地兩個都覺得夠惹味 (自己應該整唔到咁嘅味道)黃金南瓜鮮魷 - 一致讚好 (如果唔係有佢應該俾咗喊樣),因為極邪惡(咸蛋黃+魷魚)但又超好味。南瓜軟硬適中,魷魚夠爽口蠔餅 - 老婆大人食咗少少就停咗手。細問之下佢覺得粉太多,蠔太細,仲有蛋殼,再加上勁多油,食唔落。我就淨係覺得粉太多(雖然平心而論蠔都唔少),但真係食1/4塊已經飽咗一半。最終我淨係食晒啲蠔就算啦。雖然街市入面嘅大排檔唔會好高預期,但真係俾唔落笑樣(投先都講過冇個黃金南瓜鮮魷就一早俾咗喊樣),所以……OK啦…Read More

三軍未動,糧草先行。去祟光血拼之前,當然先要祭五臟廟!銅鑼灣我覺得是一個"偏遠地區"(事物總是相對的,對嗎?),遠道而來當然要試有特色的東西。網上看到這個所謂"沾麵專門店",很早已經想試試有什麼能耐可稱為"專門店"。可能大家都在血拼?下大雨?還是只是十二時,未到午飯時間?大門一開時我們是唯一的客戶時,我的心其實一沉,有考慮過轉身去另一間;不過見到太太看到海報上海膽沾麵,帶子沾麵的模樣時,我只有一試。拉麵,冷麵,甚至沾麵我都經常吃,但這裡的海鮮真是非一般的"鮮",有日本魚市場刺身丼上的刺身80%的品質。每個位上還有一個小電爐,可以讓你把沾麵的湯保持在微暖的狀態。另外不得不提湯內櫻花蝦的數量。我會形容為"櫻花蝦好像免費的,整個湯內也是蝦,一口就已經吃了幾十隻"蝦"了"。食物是好,但價錢就……更"好"。畢竟銅鑼灣舖租都比較貴罷!…Read More
