銅鑼灣嘅有得食串燒嘅餐廳仲有好多選擇,唔一定要揀哩間

好耐冇打過食評,基本上逼到我打嘅……都係d 好extreme嘅情況,一係就好好食,一係就好差……見有一段時間冇食過串燒,就上網睇下附近有乜嘢串燒店,咁啱見到呢間繁忙時間都有得book,就決定試一試。6點上到去,一坐低有個黑口黑面嘅女店員就話限時120分鐘。可能因為得我地一枱客人,所以d店員都好肆無忌憚咁大聲傾計說笑,但對住客人又黑口黑面,仲有個男店員就企係度眼金金望住我地,想慢慢睇menu都覺得周身唔舒服。佢有個特價餐牌,寫住2串幾多幾多錢咁,我地本身以為嗰2串係可以叫唔同款既串燒,到落單嘅時候男店員先同我地講嗰2串串燒一定要同一個款,咁我地都覺得冇辦法啦,就話我哋再諗一諗先。諗好再叫男店員落單,我地叫兩串雞翼串,兩串鰻魚串,個男店員話,“兩串雞翼串,兩串鰻魚串……今次係真架啦嘛?” 哩嗰特價餐單冇寫明兩串串燒一定要同一個款,到佢同我地講番話要同一個款嘅時候其實我地都冇投訴啲乜嘢,洗唔洗咁串咀?我本身優惠訂購平台有coupon,問佢地係咪可以用,但原來只係主餐牌先可以用coupon,“特價餐牌”唔可以用,但個男店員話可以幫我儲分。不過去到埋單嗰陣都係無人幫我儲分,不過算啦,哩啲咁嘅垃圾餐廳加上咁嘅垃圾服務質素,我都唔想返轉頭問佢。…Read More

唔熟既雞,同埋換左班waiters應該會好好多

今日想約咗三位朋友去哩間餐廳食,一直以來都鍾意食西班牙菜,地理位置都算ok,所以星期五晚上book咗枱去試。我地一行四人order咗 西班牙海鮮飯,燒春雞,黑松露雲吞,仲有個拼盤。拼盤有Parma ham, 辣肉腸,蜜瓜同埋少少salad,配搭可以,份量一般,不過只係前菜所以都覺得可以接受。之後就係西班牙海鮮飯,d飯吸收晒濃湯,所以味道不錯,但食得多就覺得略鹹,上面既海鮮有蝦,青口,尤魚等等,賣相都可以話係吸引,份量都算正常。黑松露雲吞,d汁好creamy,黑松露味香濃,但雲吞件數唔算多,同埋雲吞皮略硬。最後係燒春雞,第一次切開既時候入面仲係紅色…… 同staff講叫佢再烤多陣,佢竟然話再烤d肉就會“鞋”……大佬,無理由叫我食雞刺身呱……不過最後佢都pass番比廚房。再烤之後味道都ok,d肉都唔算好“鞋”,不過係staff個態度令我覺得好odd。最後我地埋單走人,等緊簽單。有個女staff同隔離枱落緊單,擰轉頭叫我哋細聲d講野,如果我哋講野太大聲我會講番聲“唔好意思”,但其實哩位女staff既態度都好差,如果你好禮貌d我條氣都順啲,但你咁rude叫我地細聲d我覺得似比人鬧囉,仲要一放低叉就“砰拎砰難”咁清晒張枱,得,我明架啦,你要趕我走呀嘛,咁不如你直接話有客人book咗枱or你想翻枱做多單生意啦,咁我會合作啲囉。最後,食物質素係ok,不過價錢係偏貴,同埋哩個價喺香港可以去番正宗啲嘅西班牙餐廳食囉。加上最後突然比staff鬧,感覺好差,野食幾好味都冇用。勸大家唔好浪費錢嚟哩間餐廳,完。…Read More

店員服務超差,完住無胃口食

今日約咗朋友喺大角咀食lunch,由於我早到,所以先坐低。店員比左一張八人枱我,其中一邊係sofa位,而枱中間有一塊隔板(二人限聚令),我一坐低既時候咁啱喺面對住隔板,其實係因為sofa有d cushions,咁我坐低果陣就順手整理一下d cushions先啦,點知比個操泰國口音既阿姐喝我,叫我唔好坐中間,一係左邊一係右邊。其實我個人都未坐定,洗咪咁趕啊… 跟住我坐番左邊,同埋話“你放心,我2個人啫,唔會霸你張八人枱”。我自問都唔係大聲,只係想解釋番比佢知。跟住佢仲要好激動“阿小姐,我都係叫你地坐番對面啫”,跟住我覺得好odd,枱中間有塊隔板,我2個人點會打橫坐啊…分開食咩?! 然後我就話“ok啦,我2個人唔會打橫坐”。本身都未發火,頂佢仲要keep住講“我唔講我驚你地打橫坐啊,叫你地打對面坐啫(下刪幾十句……)” 佢仲要喺度指手劃腳,我都已經廢事比反應,佢keep住講左好耐,佢講完仲要keep住啤住我,哇我真係好無奈囉。我個朋友話就快黎到,我間唔時都會望門口嗰邊,次次都見到佢係望/啤住我,大佬我點食啊!!!??真係想爆粗,個friend岩岩黎到我就直接出左行出門口,完全無晒胃口,同個朋友講番話比條女人激親,點知個女人仲keep住啤住我,真係想爆粗 之前都聽人講過哩間餐廳d staff唔掂,今日真係親身感受到,其實大角咀仲有好多出色既小店,希望大家幫襯其他有heart既餐廳,哩啲咁串嘅真係唔好幫襯。…Read More

肉桂卷味道好, 但職員態度差

行完山之後去咗東薈城, 離遠已經聞到肉桂捲嘅香味, 所以叫咗一個迷你肉桂卷同埋一個迷你朱古力卷。 我之前喺其他分店食過, 所以對味道都非常有信心, 不過估唔到呢間東涌分店嘅職員 令我以後唔會再嚟食首先, 我企咗喺counter度等order, 當時收銀位冇人, 我諗住啲staff可能要整咖啡或其他嘢, 所以都冇特別催佢哋, 但係其中一個真係“經典”, 佢見到我企喺度, 望咗幾眼, 一句聲都冇出, 連好簡單叫我等一等都冇,好咁我繼續等, 睇下最後要等幾耐。 最後企咗五分幾鐘 先有人過嚟,我都算, 只係出奇當時冇咩客人,因為係平日, 又冇人排隊買, 我唔明點解 咁耐都可以冇人理我。正常都會問你堂食定拎走, 佢問都冇問就幫我pack咗外賣袋,算,佢d態度仲要勁倔,似係唔想做生意多我:我要xxx同埋xxx佢:xx錢我:八達通吖唔該(嘟)收咗錢一句多謝都冇,連比d捲我果陣都係要望住後面(我都唔明點解)咁單手畀我。 我唔係要expect你好似日本啲舖頭,鞠曬躬咁畀件貨我, 但我覺得連基本禮貌都冇, 更何況你呢啲所謂嘅服務性行業。幫你遮一遮已經好好, 希望下次經過呢間舖頭唔會再見到呢個staff…Read More

日式甜品餅店

咁啱經過,見到一間裝修新穎,以白色為主嘅蛋糕店,就同友人入去試吓。店鋪位置不多,除了近窗嘅卡位之外,其餘都係bar枱,可以直接睇到員工整甜品嘅情況。我哋order咗兩杯芭菲,蜜瓜芭菲同香蕉朱古力芭菲,員工製作其間我都有周圍留意小店放喺櫥櫃嘅糕餅。其實糕餅款式唔算多,都係傳統嘅cheesecake, fruit tart, 黑森林等等,賣相亦有別於傳統連鎖式餅店,例如你會睇到蛋糕同上面層cream之間個接觸面係唔平,好明顯佢係用幾個細既蛋糕模去整,所以賣相方面有點home made嘅感覺。等嘅期間一直睇到幾位人輕嘅店員整芭菲,佢哋戴晒手套,但始終會交談,所以如有mask會好少少。蜜瓜芭菲黎啦!以homemade嘅水平黎講係唔錯嘅。佢上面有幾片蜜瓜,有一粒raspberry同movenpick嘅雪糕。下層有cream同一啲蛋糕碎,個底就有d荔枝味嘅啫喱。每樣ingradient個味道都ok,蜜瓜都夠甜,movenpick雪糕就更加唔洗講,不過個combination可以改善,例如可以加一d脆米或粟米片,等杯芭菲有d“咬口”,有雪糕嘅情況下都略嫌太多cream了,仲有d蛋糕碎,雖然知道係人手搣碎,但感覺上似係食剩嘅蛋糕再撒入去,如果換上一舊舊小蛋糕感覺會良好d。另外係香蕉朱古力芭菲。主要分別係上面有香港同朱古力雪糕球,下面基本上差不多。一樣啦,如果加入朱古力脆米感覺會更match。總結黎講,感覺上不過不失,不過仍有改善嘅地方,加油吧。…Read More

平時哩間甜品都不乏長龍,可能因為天氣問題,今日難得經過無人排隊,二話不說就入咗去了。呢間餐廳出名嘅係日式厚燒班戟蛋糕,我哋揀咗個70%瑞士朱古力味既。大約等左15分鐘就有了。佢真係即叫即焗,用刀切開果陣都有煙出,熱辣辣。上面有一舊大既cream,用黎送朱古力蛋糕都夾,不過如果係雲呢拿雪糕就更佳。旁邊仲有紅苺醬,同cream同朱古力都係不錯配搭,賣相不錯。 切開後,入面既蛋糕有少少濕,唔知係未焗得乾身定係特登焗到咁樣?texture似係介乎普通蛋糕至 brownie中間,朱古力味非常濃,不過可能我本身預期係似pancake多少少,佢而家比較似普通朱古力蛋糕,同我預期有d落差。賣相唔錯,味道還可以,可能揀番原味會比較好,因為哩個朱古力味食晒果陣有d溜…… 同埋同pancake好似無咩關係…… 所以…… 試吓都ok ,但我唔會encore了…Read More

將軍澳區不嬲都係出名嘅劣食之都,難得見到有過百個like既餐廳,放工肚子餓既情況就同友人入去試。餐廳裝修溫馨,感覺不錯,見到menu都有頗多選擇,最後揀咗 西班牙海鮮燴飯,豬仔骨同埋 半份 玫瑰花草苺窩夫。等咗大約15分鐘既時間,有西班牙海鮮燴飯啦!坦白講,賣相完全唔吸引……似係一堆亂飯……份量好少……佢個名叫燴飯,但係d飯好乾,仲有少少焦(燴飯都流行有飯焦?),個味有少少淡淡嘅咖喱味,最大既問題係,d飯係超。級。油 食到底係見到成層油…… 仲有,本身已經少海鮮,有隻蜆仲要係唔開嘅……之後就係Ribs,賣相正常,當然冇outback果d咁大件,不過一分錢一分貨,明白嘅。成碟最好食既係d粗薯條。個ribs既燒汁溝得太酸,加得太多醋了。塊菠蘿上面有一層焦糖,但其實菠蘿本身已經好甜,何必加層焦糖呢,個ribs既燒汁又太酸太甜…………食完個口好溜……最後係甜品…… 一睇…… 好焦囉…… 明明等左10分鐘點解個窩夫都係咁凍既…… 其他都係好普通既雪糕…… 棉花糖 …… 同埋冧晒既蜜糖星星……哩間餐廳要改善既地方真係太多…… 其實價錢唔算好平,三碟夾埋都大約三百幾四百…… 我覺得超級唔值…… 唔會再幫襯 ………Read More

睇openrice大家嘅comment都好好,所以放假特登過嚟cwb試試。咁啱4點半,上網睇5點半先開,所以就喺附近行吓先再嚟。點知原來根本無落場時間,被騙了。女店員問7點可否還枱,而而家先5半,當然時間充裕,所以就答應,隨即向女店員order咗炸尤魚圈,鰻魚蛋包飯同埋紫薯蛋糕。之後向另一位男店員加埋熱水蜜桃花茶。等咗20分鐘,眼見隔離枱遲過我哋嚟d野食都開始有,所以就向男店員查詢落單情況,點知男店員check完問我哋除咗花茶外仲order咗咩,原來個女店員一開頭根本無落單仲好意思叫我7點還枱?追完單又等左15分鐘先有杯花茶,但竟然係凍嘅,我order嘅係熱㗎!又要等……之後先同我講個紫薯蛋糕已經無晒,咁點解我order果陣個女店員唔講呢?唔知係咪我已經黑面黑到出面所以男店員就話幫我催催d單,等到有鰻魚飯黎果陣已經係一個鐘。無胃口食了。…Read More

放假入咗西貢行行, 雖然知道西貢有出色嘅包點, 不過都想試下新餐廳。 偶然經過呢間舖頭, 門口有個老伯伯坐喺餐牌旁邊, 本身以為佢只係普通坐喺公園既伯伯, 點知原來佢就係餐廳嘅老闆。 佢好細心咁向我哋介紹鋪頭入面嘅糕點,佢保証全部都係自家製, 所以我哋就入去試下啦。第一次見到有牛腰子碗批,就order咗黎試試,味道令人驚喜。 表面睇起黎好似普通既酥皮湯。但切開之後,入面熱到出煙啊,真係即叫即焗! 全部都係牛腰,絕無偷工減料呢!而且味道剛剛好,唔會偏鹹或偏甜另一個就係all day breakfast,都係比較傳統既一款。 其實佢有兩塊多士, 我相信呢兩塊麵包都係佢哋自己親手整, 咬落煙煙靭靭,香之餘又有口感。All day breakfast 個蛋都好滑, 絕對不遜色於某些出名炒蛋既茶記,份量都算多,絕不欺場。相比之下我比較推薦bowl pie, 因為喺其他餐廳都好少會見到, 而且佢嘅味道真係唔錯,推薦!…Read More

今日由於早收工嘅關係, 我同友人去到希慎嘅kikusan食晚飯, 可能因為時間尚早, 入邊客人不多。 佢menu 款式好多,中日fusion為主, 本身我哋想要壽司拼盤,但係侍應話冇曬海膽,所以我哋都放棄咗啦。今次我想介紹既係兩款甜品, 綠茶紅豆驢打滾,同埋 日式年糕配雲呢拿汁及大葉汁。 首先係綠茶紅豆驢打滾, 睇個名都覺得幾得意, 其實佢係綠茶糯米糍包住紅豆餡, 然後再灑上綠茶粉花生砂糖芝麻等等撈埋一齊食。 食嘅時候糯米糍有微溫, 感覺上煙煙靭靭唔會太硬, 入邊嘅紅豆都唔會偏甜,友人 認為糯米糍大少 , 但我就覺得啱啱好, 太多嘅話反而會覺得溜, 我哋仲清曬表面既綠茶粉添! 另一款就係日式年糕, 下面白色部分係雲呢拿汁, 年糕表面嘅綠色部分就係大葉汁。 個人認為呢款甜品比剛才嗰個更加特別, 年糕表面有火炙嘅味道, 相信師父用火槍輕輕燒過, 雲呢拿汁以香為主,味道唔濃, 反而綠色嘅大葉汁味道比較出,有少少草青味, 唔肯定係咪個個人都喜歡, 不過個人嚟講就覺得幾特別。其實我哋同時仲叫咗小籠包等等美食, 不過感覺上普通, 未去到值得介紹嘅水平。 小籠包皮薄多汁, 但入面嘅豬肉略嫌有點散, 不過味道還是可以的。 相比起我就覺得甜品比較特別, 喜歡mochi嘅你不妨試試 !…Read More

隔咗幾年再次嚟到呢間抹茶甜品店, 記得之前黎嘅時候門口都排長龍, 不過可能隨著抹茶甜品店越來越多, 今次來到都已經唔需要再等位。我哋好快就揀咗兩款甜品, 首先第一款個名有啲複雜, 佢有白玉有紅豆有抹茶同牛奶雪糕仲有黃豆粉, 首先係佢個抹茶雪糕, 味道依然香濃, 個牛奶雪糕都唔錯, 不過兩者比較下我就會比較鍾意抹茶雪糕, 所以相信下次嚟嘅話我都只會單點抹茶雪糕。 白色嘅係白玉, 即係小丸子, 黃色嘅就係栗子, 但係粒栗子愈食愈甜, 可能係因為個底有黑糖嘅關係, 雖然黑糖個味道同甜品都match, 但我就會建議用另一個小器皿裝住黑糖, 等客人隨自己喜歡加黑糖落甜品度, 否則食食下黑糖既味道就會 dominate咗, 仲有少少偏甜嘅感覺。 賣相方面,啲雪糕都好似溶溶地, 還有進步空間。另一款就係抹茶芝士餅。 食起嚟冇想像中咁硬, 抹茶味足夠, 但係食食下就有啲"張"住個口嘅感覺, 食半個都已經飽曬。總結嚟講, 呢兩款綠茶甜品都算不錯, 不過可能有太多新興嘅綠茶甜品店, 令到呢兩款甜品只可以係不過不失嘅水平, 未至於令到我有心機再去排隊。 甜品嘅賣相方面可以再修飾一下, 咁先可以再呃like㗎。…Read More

今日千里迢迢黎到元朗,主要因為之前喺網上睇到好多介紹野食嘅post,今日特地入黎一試。其中一間就係旮旯喇(其實我連間鋪點讀都唔識)。店鋪細細間,位置不多,我哋本來想堂食,最後都係決定外賣。企咗向門口一段時間,已經睇得出餐廳入面既客人有好多都未落order,咁我志就繼續等啦,等等等……感覺上似被當透明,我唯有問一句“唔該我想問落單係咪喺哩度落?”,男店員先話稍後時間幫我哋落order。再等,直到有一位女店員出嚟先問我哋要咩,佢叫我哋留埋電話號碼,話整好就會call我哋,時間大約30分鐘。就係咁,我哋就向其他餐廳進發……等左一小時都未有電話,我哋就打去餐廳問,點知打左2次都無人聽,最後唯有親自去番間餐廳,點知原來已經pack好,但無人通知囉……唉,當下真係好無奈……雖然我唔可以話餐廳店員服務態度差,但感覺似係佢睇我唔到,間餐廳又唔係大,點解做嘢可以咁慢……?同埋,你可以主動講聲叫我等一等,總好過當我透明囉……講番嘢食啦,我哋叫咗抹茶蕨餅同埋紅豆抹茶卷蛋。首先係卷蛋,三十幾蚊黎講件cake都算大,表面係濃濃嘅抹茶粉,中間就係抹茶cream加紅豆,都有少少迫爆嘅感覺。食入口,抹茶味道香濃,不比其他遜色,但質感方面有點奇怪。蛋糕身偏硬,無鬆軟嘅感覺,而d cream比較杰,好似加咗魚膠粉咁,無左creamy嘅感覺。另一個就係蕨餅,仲有一包黑糖同 煉奶。我都未試過食蕨餅要加煉奶,試左一舊,嗯,甜味同奶味偏濃,同抹茶唔太match吧。蕨餅味道不錯,以哩個價錢黎講都係可接受的,唯獨係隻木叉仔,其實係完全叉唔起舊蕨餅囉……總結而言,2款食物都算不錯,去開元朗嘅朋友都可以試,但就不值得特登入元朗食了,而且考慮到買嘅過程,嗯……我應該不會再幫襯了。…Read More

記得對上一次經過哩條街,見到店鋪門口長長既人龍,就直接走咗了。今次再次經過,可能因為氣溫得10度嘅關係,門口已經無人龍,我都可以直接入去買。櫥櫃有幾款口味嘅芝士蛋糕,芝士,朱古力,雲尼拿,粟子等……最後我哋買左傳統嘅芝士布丁同埋粟子口味。先講賣相,其實每個蛋糕都一樣,表面都有一隻可愛嘅貓頭鷹。店員話食既時候要翻轉黎食……先黎既係傳統芝士口㗎。表面係一層焦糖,睇落滑溜溜的。食落去,果然有驚喜。上面一層係焦糖布丁,貼住下層既係芝士蛋糕,實實的,芝士味香濃。另一個係粟子口味。睇落去無大分別,表面無左焦糖,所以睇落有少少裂痕,上面果層布丁係粟子味,下面就係同之前一樣既芝士蛋糕。不過比較起黎,我就會比較鍾意芝士口味,感覺上味道比較夾,而且粟子味相對比較甜,我還是鍾意香濃一點既蛋香味呢!…Read More

今日去咗西貢行山, 大約六點鐘就去返西貢市中心, 話曬今日都係12月31號, 實在唔想同其他人喺市區迫, 所以就決定早啲六點鐘喺西貢附近搵餐廳食飯。 西貢除咗出名泰國嘢食同買海鮮之外, 西餐嘅選擇都唔少, 我哋睇咗幾間餐廳, 最後決定去一間比較新嘅餐廳食晚飯。我哋最後order咗fish n chips同埋牛柳。 比較想提一提嘅係個fish n chips, 如下圖所示, 佢嘅魚柳唔係特別大塊, 就係碟上面兩舊, 右邊綠色嘅係豆蓉, 喺英國比較common嘅食物, 下邊就係薯條。 首先雖然個炸魚唔係特別大舊, 感覺上好似唔係好抵食, 不過切開嚿炸魚, 佢入面啲肉炸完都仲係好滑, 而且佢係用雪魚嚟整( 我所指嘅雪魚唔係雪藏嘅魚, 係魚類嘅一種), 都算係比較正統嘅做法。 佢啲炸粉唔會好厚, 所以成塊食曬都唔會有好大嘅罪惡感。 佢下面啲薯角 連埋薯皮嚟炸,口感比較好。另外仲叫咗牛柳, 我哋嘅選擇係medium, 切開牛肉入面有少少紅色, 不過個人感覺可以再生少少, 味道都算係唔錯。( 本身影咗相,但唔知點解upload唔到上嚟) 不過感覺上呢兩個main course 薯角嘅比重比較大, 唔知係唔係成本問題呢,哈哈。 不過比較起嚟我覺得炸魚薯條 個味道比較好, 都係值得一試嘅選擇。…Read More
