小平津俾我一向嘅印象都係好家庭式,入到舖裡面貼滿一幅幅充滿顧客笑容的相片,亦有在舖內塗鴉的字句及漫畫─ 一切都好隨意及溫馨!是夜由於太太想去,所以去食,叫咗多數係小食:蟹子沙律、燒牛舌、燒雞翼、土佐豆腐、魚湯鍋加烏冬。1.蟹子沙律:用料新鮮、沙律醬剛好唔太多,而蟹子一咬就穿,唔同某啲食肆以魚子充蟹子,非常滿意的一個沙律。2.燒牛舌:牛舌燒得剛熟,不過就唔多夠味,即使有芥末都係同九龍佐敦某店略遜,因為我偏向濃味多啲!3.燒雞翼:雞翼皮脆肉嫩,相當唔錯!不過師傅唔多落鹽,口味偏淡,但係在鼓吹少鹽少油嘅日子中有件燒得咁香口嘅雞翼我都覺得幾滿足啦!4.土佐豆腐:木魚花及表皮脆而裡面豆腐軟滑,醬油唔太咸,不過我都係鍾意燒物多啲!5.魚湯鍋加烏冬:魚湯鮮,不過有少少魚腥,汁液濃稠,但係唔多覺有魚在裡面。將烏冬放在湯內滾一下再食,個肚就有七分飽啦!聽到隔離檯叫清酒,侍應好細心咁問要唔要暖上,足見小店待客之道!順帶一提係佢嘅餐前小食幾好味同餐後送甜品,我要咗豆腐雪糕而太太就要咗綠茶雪糕。中日兩國常在領土及歷史問題上糾纏,假如大家以禮相待,世界係咪會和平啲,大家開心啲?…Read More

上星期六同友人遠足從屯門小欖到咗元朗大棠。當日風和日麗,唔多猛太陽又有少少風,所以走咗三個半鐘都一啲唔覺辛苦!剛走出自然教育徑就見到有的士,太太即時截停去醫肚。想咗一想就試下New York Café and Bar, 因為睇網友評語話唔錯,不過服務水平一般。到咗New York Café and Bar先至發覺店舖面積唔大, 所以唔預訂就可能無得食!幸好當日已經差唔多下午一點半,等咗約15分鐘就有位坐,不過就相當逼﹝應該係兩人檯,但係就坐咗三個!﹞無法啦,鬼叫你唔Book咩!由於係午膳時間,餐牌上有三個選擇,就試全個餐牌吧!坐低個陣有Bread stick 同有碟乳酪醬,食落都覺得幾好味!每一個餐都有餐湯跟,當日係Shrimp based cream soup, 裡面食唔到蝦肉,不過就有蝦味及個Cream 幾香,唔係出面啲湯水汪汪又無味,水準之作!由於想試廚師手藝,因此就要兩隻碟﹝友人唔食牛肉,所以牛排幾好味都唔關佢事!﹞。主菜如下:1.8oz 牛排配Caesar Salad;2.脆雞塊意粉; 及3.炸魚三明治配雜菜。先講牛排:肉汁豐富,有牛肉味,但覺得外皮有少少Overdone (即係燶咗,對於怕死一族嚟講就即係致癌物質!) 但係切咗個少少就唔錯,厚薄適中,以沙拉泮就無咁油膩,價錢約百二,如果你喜歡牛排,你會鍾意呢度嘅出品!脆雞塊意粉:意粉軟硬適中,而雞堍味道可以,雞皮亦煎得香脆─美中不足係意粉嘅蕃茄醬略少,不過味道上可能我食完味濃嘅牛排至去試雞意有啲唔係太公平,所以希望下一位網友可以俾一啲中肯啲嘅意見!炸魚三明治配雜菜:呢個食落有驚喜!表皮脆醬無過厚及硬,而係鬆脆,魚肉內好似夾咗薯茸,味道唔錯,適合一般女士,不過我呢啲食肉獸就可能唔多夠!食完餐飲叫咗凍啡、凍巧克力及凍摩加咖啡,仲無另外加錢! 全部埋單二百一有找!咁嘅價錢對我地呢班CBD上班一族簡直係福音!上一篇話服務唔多好, 呢一點我覺得可以更正 - 服務一般, 你唔可以要求一間小店做到酒店水平, 亦對該店唔多公平! 不過你去New York Cafe and Bar 最好訂位!雖然我個人唔鍾意通脹,不過我會建議老板在2 同 3 餐價上有10-15%空間,不妨考慮!努力應該有相應回報,希望老板你繼續努力!…Read More

昨夜去銅鑼灣參加新年旅行團,順便上開飯睇有乜介紹,就選咗神屋流博多道場試下,因為話佢串燒唔錯!去到道場差不多八點十分,要等約五分鐘至入座,招呼尚算好。由於有餐牌內食物照,就決定試佢出名嘅牛腸鍋。侍應提點牛腸有啲靭,亦建議叫拉麵或烏冬。由於烏冬單叫$65,老婆就叫五島烏冬﹝都係$65!﹞。先講雞中翼:燒得皮脆,亦唔太鹹,以水準嚟講屬於中上。咁嘅價錢($26蚊兩件!)其實可以用新鮮貨會仲好啲!:)生蠔煙肉卷:中規中矩,煙肉味略嫌蓋過蠔鮮味,會建議用大少少嘅蠔可能效果會好啲!原本應該三件,不過食咗一件至記得影,鎖你!牛腸鍋﹝豬骨湯底﹞:既然係出名,味道當然唔錯,尤其牛腸相當肥美!主要係唔好烚過籠以致過靭!如果用淨拉麵或烏冬可能會更好味!五島烏冬:食個陣至知衰咗!牛腸鍋湯底味濃,雖然五島烏冬味無咁濃,但係食過牛腸鍋湯再食五島烏冬就過鹹,係自己叫錯,唔怪得人!燒三文魚腩:相當肥美,燒得正!如果有柚子汁淋上去會更好啲!燒牛舌:因為想等埋燒三文魚腩一齊影相搞到凍咗,下次都係食咗至講!全晚消費$375,在銅鑼灣區屬合理,下次都會試!…Read More
