再黎係慢火煮三小時既江戶前左道產八爪魚油煮，八爪魚超入味，果然係心機菜，配菜蓮護鄉好爽口，幾得意！食完頭盤，日本舞茸清花蜆湯清清口腔😌師傳比左d 漬物我地，話食壽司前可清清味蕾，柚子大根 /washabi 山藥 /牛蒡 /蒜頭 /生薑，我最鍾意食山藥，爽口又有少少washabi 味，好特別！來到壽司部分，師傅全程好用心製作，見到佢又用火槍，上碟果陣介紹呢款壽司，來自北海道左口魚，燒過左口魚魚邊，食落好有層次感，燒過部份油份好重，超讚
