六國酒店歷史悠久，佢嘅中菜廳口碑一直唔錯，今次嚟試吓飲早茶。用餐環境舒適，點心選擇都夠，一籠點心大約$60，酒店嚟講唔算貴，除咗平日食開嘅都有啲特別啲嘅選擇。避風塘魚非常惹味，即使係炸完都食到魚嘅鮮味點心小巧精緻，等嘅時間會比較較長，但都是水準之作懷舊嘅金錢雞，呢個食完會好飽好滯，不過未試過都建議大家試吓，仲做到呢種懷舊菜式嘅地方買少見少之後仲食咗個海鮮炒烏冬，最後仲送糖水，掛住食冇再影相海鮮烏冬非常足料最後食唔晒大部份烏冬都要打包，除返開每人大約$270，性價比不錯，值得推薦…Read More

Looking at the old pictures and recalled a dining experience in Cafe Causette of Mandarin Oriental a few months back when a special French gourmet menu was offered. The three-course dinner was originally priced at HK$588, it’s available at a great discount through Klook—definitely a good offer for a refined yet affordable dining experience.🥗 AppetisersI opted for the braised escargots and mushroom tart. The portion was larger than expected, rich and satisfying. However, the tart shell lacked the crispiness I was hoping for.Another appetiser option—the seafood soup—was generously packed with ingredients.🍴 EntréesFor the main course, I chose the cod fillet served with green asparagus, Parisian potatoes, and piquillo cream sauce. While the cod wasn’t as buttery as I’d anticipated, the sauce was a delightful surprise—flavorful and well-paired.The alternative entrée, seared beef tenderloin, also looked impressive. I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Mandarin Grill and Bar for lunch, and it was a delightful experience overall.The meal started with their exceptional bread baskets. As someone who typically isn’t a fan of bread, I was pleasantly surprised by how mouthwatering they were. Recently I had the pleasure of trying the delightful 3-course set menu priced at $398 at Bouillon. While the seating felt a bit tight with limited personal space, the bistro-style ambiance was inviting and charming with a relaxing atmosphere. The Starters (Egg Mayonnaise, Herring Caviar, and Basil) was visually stunning and flavors intriguing though I found it to be a bit too salty for my taste. For the main course, I opted for the Classic Beef Tartare, served with perfectly crispy fries. The tartare was nicely seasoned, highlighting the freshness of the beef. The fries were were a substantial addition that filled up the stomach.To conclude the meal, I picked the Tarte Tatin for an additional HK$ 48 which was worth.
