絕非一般拉麵過江龍

位於銅鑼灣渣甸坊嘅拉麵凪位置雖然隱蔽,但再次開業時都吸引咗唔少人再次光顧,聽聞更係賣完湯底就收鋪,所以一直都係我嘅wish list內。直至今日親身試完,我好似了解到拉麵凪嘅魅力🤩,有別於一般嘅過江龍,喺拉麵凪,絕對會感受到彷如置身於日本一樣的感覺😌。先唔講食物質素,只講服務,已經係贏出面幾條街👍🏻,店內除了播放著經典JPOP之外,店員絕對唔會hea講日文,出面好多都會將いらしゃいませ講成「二三四」,但呢度嘅店員則會以正確嘅發音講佢哋每一句嘅日文👍🏻,睇得出係拉麵凪對於將日本店嘅體驗完整地帶到香港嘅認真。再者,店員都會主動為客人介紹4款拉麵嘅特色和食用方法🥰,務求佢哋可享用最完美嘅拉麵,例如當日我叫咗「赤骨」,店員會提議我先品嚐麵上面嘅「赤玉」(辛辣的免治肉球),之後先攪拌到湯內,讓客人感受到拉麵最佳的風味🤩。但今日嚟就有啲可惜🙁,錯過咗佢哋嘅期間限定拉麵,唯有期待佢哋之後嘅新出品!-🍜赤骨 ($88) 5/5呢到嘅拉麵每一個細節都容許客人選擇識合自己嘅風味,十分貼心!🤩而「赤骨」呢款拉麵以豬骨湯為本,再加上辣油、大蒜和唐辛子,但唔會過於重口味,幼麵彈牙而且掛湯,更有別於坊間一般的過江龍,店家以日本凪自家調配的男の気麵粉製作而成,絕對唔會用普通面牆來貨嘅拉麵,可見店家對於拉麵嘅每一個細節都係一絲不苟,只為了讓香港嘅客人都能食到日本嘅風味👍🏻。好彩店員有解釋一次食法,在淺嘗了一口「赤玉」(辛辣的免治肉球)後,辛辣感隨即從喉嚨蔓延🥵,但與湯底充分地攪拌,更可以話係完美地混和一體😋,就好似擔擔麵嘅湯底咁,而且湯底同埋叉燒都係用上西班牙嘅豬肉,食落特別覺得有鮮味,肉質有彈性之餘,更有少少油香,加上我選擇了蔥花作為拉麵上嘅蔬菜,更能提鮮,絕對係近期食過最能留下深刻印象嘅拉麵。-凪日式豚餃 ($18) 5/5呢個餃子一客有三隻,但都見盡心思,皮薄而且香脆,內餡嘅豬肉份量適中,嫩滑多汁,餃子上面更配有自家製日式蘿蔔醋,除了能解膩之餘,更加係坊間罕見嘅配搭。…Read More

終於有機會試到呢間主打番茄濃湯粉麵嘅小店😍,今次同友人喺開門之後無耐到訪,已經坐咗幾枱客,出面仲開始有人排隊添,可見呢間真係人氣店嚟架✨-不過呢度座位比較逼,所以都食完即刻要起身,即使要排隊,應該都好快有位😌-✨炭烤風味雞扒 加配 櫻花蝦米通粉 $72 4.5/5睇個menu 嘅時候其實都花多眼亂,因為有成10款主菜同6款粉麵🤩,但最後都係揀咗雞扒同要加配($10) 而且係新推出嘅櫻花蝦米通粉✨-整體嚟講,份量都好大,啲米通應該兩個人食都夠,真係好有飽足感😋。湯底方面,第一啖飲嘅時候已經覺得係冇加味精(食完幾個鐘後都冇口渴,應該真係冇💯),入面有綿密嘅茄肉,但整體唔係想像中咁濃郁,有啲似濃啲嘅羅宋湯嘅味道,飲落係蕃茄自然嘅酸甜味咁,越食越開胃🤣,但再濃郁啲就更好🤔,而配襯嘅羅勒葉都只係裝飾,見到嗰時仲以為個湯底入面都會有一種意式嘅香草味😂,但令人驚喜嘅係,附有嘅香脆蒜片、蔥花同埋我另外加佢嘅櫻花蝦撈左落個湯底嘅時候,反而係錦上添花,惹味嘅蒜片同帶咸鮮味嘅櫻花蝦可以話係中和咗番茄湯容易帶酸嘅呢個問題💯,令人回味無窮😋。-炭燒雞扒份量適中,而且皮薄肉嫩,外面嘅雞皮煎得夠乾脆,而不失油份,會忍唔住食晒😂,皮下嘅肉質都仲保持juicy,下次都應該會再叫😆。-但今次最令人驚喜嘅反而係個米通粉,今次都係見冇乜地方有呢樣嘢食,而呢度更加要加$10,就令我想知佢呢個配搭以至個米通粉係煮成點,會唔會好似坊間嗰啲煮到淋唒呢🤔?答案係唔會架😍除咗番茄湯配米通呢個配搭本身係無懈可擊之外,佢個米通粉煮得恰到好處,仍然保持住彈牙嘅質感,米通嘅窿比一般嘅通粉細,反而佢載到嘅湯更加啱啱好,可以完美咁將兩者放入口中先一同呑下嘅感覺,真係俾我一種其他粉麵都無可匹敵嘅感覺🥰。…Read More

難得經過大角咀,終於有機會試呢間大名鼎鼎嘅Homeland😍由於鋪面真係太色彩繽紛,所以唔熟路都勁易揾到!入到去,有一種田園家居嘅感覺,柔和嘅燈光、色彩鮮艷嘅霓虹燈,仲有精緻嘅碗碟,真係見到都開心🤣,而且坐位闊落,成個環境都令人未開始食嘢都食指大動呀🤩!平日去原來仲唔駛排隊添,就算3個人去都即刻有位。-今次我哋就一共點咗3樣主食,lunch set已經包咗沙律同埋飲品,仲唔使加一添!-✨意式牛肝菌野菌燉飯 $78 3/5個risotto一上枱嘅時候,香濃嘅忌廉同埋菇菌嘅香氣已經撲鼻而來,上面仲有少少黑松露同食用花做點綴。整體份量都幾大,兩個人食都夠。雖然食落呢個risotto嘅口感係過於濕潤,唔係我平時鍾意果種比較有咬口,而且粒粒分明並會被醬汁包裹著嘅risotto,但牛肝菌同忌廉嘅味道都幾平衡,唔會係越食越膩嘅果種,不過都係啱一啲鍾意食香港人口味燉飯嘅人多啲!✨冬蔭功海蝦闊條麵 $118 5/5呢個擺盤係三個主食之中最體現到廚師嘅心思同創意嘅一個🥰,為咗配合返冬蔭功呢個主角,闊條麵係鋪成龍蝦嘅形狀,仲用香茅整成龍蝦嘅觸鬚添,fusion得來之餘,都不失泰國嘅風情。雖然坊間都有唔少餐廳係有類似嘅菜式,但呢度嘅冬蔭功醬汁可以話係食過入面之中還原度最高!一入口嘅時候會食到主要係椰奶同埋青檸嘅味,就似返冬蔭功本身令人開胃嘅酸辣味,但最令人留下深刻印象嘅位係,香辣味係隱藏喺個後勁度,醬汁嘅層次實在係令人回味無窮,不禁一啖接一啖咁食!而海蝦都爽口彈牙,一共有4隻,無論係自私食定係同人分享,都唔會覺得唔夠喉。最後,手工闊條麵嘅烹調時間恰到好處,唔會過淋,亦都唔會覺得未熟咁,而我覺得呢個都一個考牌位,因為好多cafe都真係掌握唔到呢啲基本嘢。✨肉醬芝士四重奏薄餅 $98 4.5/5如果你都鍾意食薄批嘅話,一定唔可以錯過佢!睇個菜名可能會覺得好似好油膩咁,但食落會覺得係邪惡得來但好滿足😈。餅底塗上厚厚嘅肉醬同濃郁嘅番茄醬,加上幾種淡味同濃味嘅芝士,仲有少少青醬作點綴,食落芝士同肉醬鹹香得來不失番茄嘅清新。…Read More

位於tower 535嘅京都勝牛,今次到訪時竟然唔洗排隊?!到底有冇伏呢?🤔睇埋落去就知架喇😏-今次我睇咗一陣個menu,都係揀咗同一款最基本嘅吉列牛套餐。老實講,如果有喺日本食過吉列牛嘅話,真係會覺得香港索價會比較進取🥵,而喺日本嘅話,相近嘅價錢都會上埋個鐵板,俾你自行再調整個生熟程度。(定香港係要自己問店家先有?呢點真係唔太清楚)而如果要話香港同日本嘅勝牛有咩相同之處,我會話係服務好、醬汁種類同食法以及白飯&椰菜絲都係任添~😆-✨元祖炸牛排套餐$158 3/5 ; 1/5俾個🍚據説吉列牛上枱嘅時候會係三成熟,而大致上同都做到嘅(見圖一),除咗中間有一兩舊熟咗啲,不過吉列牛外層嘅炸衣都厚薄適中,唔會成舊粉咁,肉質以呢個價錢嚟講都食得過👍🏻,尚算有肉質嫩滑,唔會話好多渣。而醬料方面,店員同枱上面嘅卡仔都有清楚咁解釋到每款醬料係點配搭😌,而我比較推介嘅會係芥末醬油同埋山椒鹽呢兩款食法~而另外嘅招牌牛排醬我就唔多食得出佢係咩味🤔,而咖喱汁都係一般貨色,係日本嘅甘口咖喱🍛。雖然個吉列牛都算好食,但除咗個定價以外,我仲有一個原因令我未必會再回頭光顧😫,個敗筆係個麥飯🍚。😔我就唔知店家係咪真係用日本珍珠米🤔,因為就咁睇個飯嘅顔色都覺得係暗淡無光,唔似平時嘅日本米咁晶凝通透、口感軟糯;呢度嘅係望落米飯嘅色澤都暗淡無光,而且口感係好「行」,食落好鞋口😫,連飯嘅甜味都冇咩🤯。就算個吉列牛幾好食,當兩者一同放入口嗰陣,我會話係天堂與地獄嘅感覺🥵,以呢個套餐嘅定價同埋日本和食係以米飯做主食嚟講,我覺得個飯好有進步空間。…Read More
