我對食野一向都有少少要求,雖不至於揀飲擇食,分量方面就貴精不貴多,款式方面就最好多啲選擇,呢個問題喺人多食飯時都好解決,如果人少想叫多一兩款,又驚食唔曬,所以都幾中意放題。但最近經朋友介紹下,就試左呢間位於銅鑼灣耀華街既私房菜,D嘢幾有特色同埋好食,價錢亦合理,所以想同大家分享下。我哋book咗六點半鐘,上到去都好快就有野食啦!首先上黎既黑椒花膠湯,香味撲鼻,食落味道濃郁,有好多花膠,而且口感滑流,黑椒唔會太辣,味道啱啱好再黎凍蕃茄和冬陰功沙律,番茄清涼爽脆,蔬菜新鮮,配上冬陰功醬,酸酸地非常開胃蝦多士,蝦餅既香氣令人垂涎,賣相亦十分吸引,非常香脆可口,醮D酸甜醬仲好味煙肉石斑柳卷酸薯蓉,煙肉香甜,魚肉好新鮮,酸薯蓉味道幾特別。慢煮加拿大豬扒阿拉絲雞黯然銷魂意粉,意粉加左鵝油煮,入口香滑食落煙靭,份量十足豆腐布丁,香滑得黎不會太甜,食到停唔到口整體而言食物質素不俗,價錢相宜,值得推薦俾大家。…Read More

最近忙於工作,忽略左屋企人。於是趁周日陪佢行尖東,行完見肚餓就去搵D野食醫肚,上openrice網站搜尋左下,喺南洋中心搵到呢間日本料理店,於是就walk in入去試下。去到南洋中心搭扶手電梯上一層就到,唔算難搵,因時間尚早客人唔多,店員安排我哋坐左靠窗位置!打開menu,刺身、壽司、燒物、天婦羅等一應俱全,我地就樣樣都點左一D!最先上左個係蛋白撈薯仔沙律,面上撒左蛋黃碎,食落好味!雪場蟹腳,啖啖肉味道也相當爽甜,非常滋味 鐵板炒宮崎m5和牛排,色澤紅潤賣相很吸引, 入口油脂湧出,伴隨濃郁牛香,食落Juicy,一股油香縈繞於口中,很邪惡 活造小龍蝦刺身:蝦肉本身緊實鮮甜,肉質爽脆。 壽司拼盤,刺身厚切,將整塊壽司一齊放入口中,壽司的飯香與海鮮的香味才能完全相融,香味在齿頰間填得满满的,濃香的滋味在口中久久徘徊 雞翼,擠D檸檬汁落去會冇咁乾身牛舌,雖然厚切,一樣爽脆嫩口,味道亦剛好 每逢食日本料理,天婦羅對於我來講系必點,沖繩涼瓜非常好食,甘甜又有汁。 沃川自製粟米天婦羅系本店有特色的一道,金黄色外表散發着令人食指大動的食材香味,香脆無油膩感,切成一片片,食起來相當方便店員的質素,服务态度都令人心情愉悅,美味的食物不僅僅能夠飽肚,對於我來講還是減壓的一種方式。…Read More

麥田廚房是一間俄羅斯菜餐廳。老實說,俄羅斯菜喺香港,算係冷門,所以對麥田廚房(Wheatfield Kitchen)呢間食店特別好奇。趁周末就約左幾個friend一齊去試試。 餐廳佈置雖也有俄羅斯娃娃、雙頭鷹標記及前蘇聯紀念勳章等,但一列大窗子引進光線,視線開揚,又有鎢絲燈泡、水泥牆及鐵水館等工業味濃的素材,整體感覺摩登型格。先上黎份俄式名湯之一~紅菜頭凍湯,色澤鲜紅光亮,齋睇就叫人垂涎欲滴,湯濃而清甜,酸甜適中,一粒粒的紅菜頭亦好爽甜!大蝦薯仔沙律~名符其實嘅大蝦,好新鮮大隻,調味也不俗!薯仔入面有青瓜、青豆、甘筍等,加埋特製嘅沙律醬,好味。 基輔炸雞卷~店員好nice咁話俾我地知要趁熱食,雞卷炸的香噴噴,表皮酥脆,輕鬆切開,陣陣香味撲鼻而來,迫不及待切一件放入口中,美好幸福的感覺油然而生,人手剁碎的雞肉果然有嚼勁及非常彈牙,而內裹的肉汁夾著牛油就滲落墊底嘅薯仔度,撈埋肉汁嘅薯仔超好味!招牌烤羊架~羊肉香味浓郁,肉質鲜美,用刀叉一试,非常鲜嫩,芳香的肉汁充满口中,佐料香濃又唔會蓋過羊肉本身的香氣! 香煎帶子沙律~此款菜式最得我心,帶子好大隻厚身,表面煎得金黃,能保持帶子的鮮甜滋味!此店環境蠻有格調,氣氛令人舒適,食物從質素到製作都確實有水準,仲聽講年輕店主 Andrew 的爸爸葉師傅可說是香港第一代俄羅斯菜師傅,經驗老到!今日一試,果不其然。值得推介。…Read More

同男友行完旺角,跟著佢就提議去食野,咁啱經過喺女人街嘅“上野鐵板燒”,於是就入去試下。店面唔算太大,我地選擇左坐吧枱, 經店員推薦點左個二人套餐,有雜錦刺身,鐵板配菜,沙津,大蝦,饅魚,法國鵝肝,牛柳,炒饭加甜品等,有十幾樣。前菜蟹棒沙律都幾好, 麵豉湯就好普通,刺身有三文鱼、甜虾、油甘魚,蘸上酱油芥辣,新鮮味道唔錯;鐵板燒大蝦是介于煎和烤之間,蝦肉鮮香爽脆,别有一番滋味!鰻鱼本身鮮美,燒後皮脆肉香,蓬鬆柔軟。牛柳煎至五成熟,口感純正,滑嫩😃!煎至外脆內嫩的鵝肝,鋪在多士上,呢種食法係第一次食,好正。海膽炒飯,大廚一路炒緊,我地已經聞到香噴噴的味道,真係垂涎欲滴,食落真係好香好回味鐵板配菜和其他就冇乜特別。最後来埋甜品~芝麻味和红豆味雪糕,為這次大餐錦上添花。坐吧枱嘅好處呢,就係可以一邊食野,一邊欣賞到大廚就喺面前烹調食物的精彩表演,一道道菜喺大廚的精心炮製下,如藝術作品一樣變得精緻矜貴,姐係有得睇又有得食。呢間餐廳的食材新鮮,份量十足,服务亦周到,下次會再黎!…Read More
