昨日我媽子生日,所以訂了食這和三眛慶祝,我們點了幾個特餐,有車海老、鱈魚、帆立貝和牛肉一如以往我都會叫side order, 因為lunch算便宜的,我們點了份日本蠔和澳洲鮑魚。後來鮑魚到了我再問了師傅澳洲鮑魚重量,大約650g左右一隻,計一計4隻澳洲鮑魚都要$720(未計加一)於是我們就改了食澳洲鮑魚,中午平一點,650g大約$1950(都係未加一)。整體食物的味道都很好,我覺得我需要再點枱面的醬汁,牛油豉油烹調已經很夠味。埋單匯豐有九折,4個人食咗$3800,性價比唔錯…Read More

昨日跟老婆去淺水灣the pulse睇LV fashion show, 當然睇完又唔見錢, 睇完試完買完已經差不多8點鐘,咁就一於試下對住個泳灘嘅Sip Song, 門口都好有feel, 有少少離開咗香港嘅感覺,當然侍應都係外國人多,睇咗個menu,定價都合理,唔會因為淺水灣地區而開天殺價,由於係LV都食咗tea,我就叫咗冬陰功湯、串燒、燒雞同炒菜。先講冬陰功湯「唔掂」無辣味亦無香味,我相信係有可能就外國人口味而烹調,所以失望。還好我叫了3款串燒令餐廳挽回不少分數。串燒都好香,牛肉、魷魚和豬頸肉。呢個燒豬頸肉絕對係我食過最好食的,非常juicy, 燒得好香,肉質好鮮。基本上我會為佢嘅串燒而再嚟。跟住再嚟燒雞,我以為係好出名嘅燒雞點知燒得太乾,有啲失望最後炒通菜都好食,只係鹹咗少少,大致上我還是對這餐廳好評…Read More

今日同老婆嚟中環行街shopping順便食lunch, 本身諗住去landmark cafe, 後來老婆話想試下新嘢,係3/F見到間米之蓮recommend意大利廚身開嘅CIAK,於是二話不說入去試吓,入內都覺得裝修同環境都好靚,坐低之後第一時間幫襯個廁所,都係咁靚同衛生。跟住點左兩個set course, 麵包其實好食可惜凍冰冰同埋黑醋唔靚,頭盤係smoked salmon carpaccio同angus carpaccio整體都可以,main course我老婆點左Trenette with clam, 蜆有幾隻有砂,不能接受。我自己點左個Parma Ham Pizza,可以pizza餅底太厚。兩個人埋單連支9百幾蚊,其實價錢唔貴,不過質素未如理想,有點失望⋯⋯…Read More

疫情總算開始緩和,終於可以同兩個朋友食飯聚一聚,由於其中一個朋友比較夜收工,我哋就一就佢去到佢工作地點石門食飯,朋友話有間新開食日本菜,我哋一於訂位試吓。入到去見到環境裝修都幾骨子,只係比較細間,好有日本本土細細間餐廳感覺,上排放滿好多十四代酒樽,唔知是否地區租金問題,我睇完個menu覺得價錢都算平,都唔駛諗,叫最貴$1380個餐。沒有好認真去計有幾多件,但係比起我平時去尖沙咀、中環、銅鑼灣食嘅分量多,普遍食材好新鮮,我哋可能自己朋友太耐無一齊食飯傾偈,所以跟師傅溝通唔算多,可能怕騷擾我哋整體上服務相當好同細心,餐具都幾靚,最重要係食得飽又唔算貴,我下次再去石門一定encore…Read More

今日同老婆係尖沙咀海港城行街,諗住LCX裡面都開左好多新食肆,咁就一於試下新野,老婆話要食鴨,最後就決定訂羲和雅苑。先講環境,有靚海景對住成座ICC, 相信呢個view都佔左成餐飯價錢1/3左右第一次嚟唔知咩好食咩唔好食,咁就個2人套餐$1388,希望會有驚喜。第一道菜上左個磯煮鮑魚,好食,也是成個餐最好食的一道菜,鮑魚好淋而有咬口、伴碟的蘿蔔入哂味,真係超越我預期的味道。第二道菜就係烤鴨,三個部位三種食法,有芥末醬、傳統烤鴨醬、藍霉醬、爆炸糖等,坦白講唔會有大驚喜,不過不失。跟著再上一個獅子頭,好普通的豬肉丸,失望。第四道就係黃扒魚肚,但是魚肚帶點腥味,就係靠熱辣辣的南瓜湯才可以吃完食到這裡,店員突然要把我們的4座位分出一半給另一邊的5人入座客人,當然我們也沒有拒絕,但是我們變成了2人枱後,枱面是有點擠迫,其實以$800/人均的價錢內說是有點兒那個。第五就就是燒汁芥末牛肉粒,天啊!我還以為到了金X餐廳,又食到那種似曾相識的梳打粉淹牛扒的感覺,完全沒牛肉味接著再上的潮仔蠔仔泡飯夠熱,確係唔錯,還有一個松露蝦仁煎蛋,普普通通。最後吃了一個紫薯燕窩蒸蛋白,不太甜,還算味美。後記:想找一個侍應加水真係不容易,總共叫了3次才得道一個回應,以這個價錢來說,服務質素係未達標準的,希望將來會有改善…Read More
