喜歡到加連山道的餐廳用膳,人比較少,小店的裝修有特色亦舒適。要了4個course的紅酒燴牛肋及海鮮龍蝦汁意大利飯。4個course包括主菜,餐飲及在沙律、湯及甜品中三選二。蘑菇湯:蘑菇味濃,有咬口,十分美味。意大利雜菜湯:味道清甜,有蔬菜香,本人比較喜歡味道濃郁的蘑菇湯。為了保持菜的熱度,上菜的碟都熱騰騰,小心燙手。紅酒燴牛肋:以一個小藍煲載著牛肋,在黑碟上放伴菜,賣相精緻。牛肋煮得很腍又不失牛肉的質感,紅酒味香,味道濃而不膩,稍嫌份量多了一點,吃完有點”滯”。海鮮龍蝦汁意大利飯:意大利飯配上龍蝦汁,味足,不會很鹹,意大利飯煮得軟硬適中,有應有的硬實口感。甜品香蕉奶凍水準一般,稍甜,香蕉味很濃,應是香油的味道。主菜及湯水準不錯,服務殷勤有禮,會再次光顧。…Read More

係呢度有咁多惡評,原本冇諗住去,不過同個friend慶祝生日,遲左book,近BBQ場冇晒位,唯有「搏命」一試。3點幾去到,個場只有兩枱客。職員好快就O黎招呼我地,態度友善,冇之前D食評講到咁惡。餐具衛生情況有待改善,尤其是載生o野個盤,抹到黑色漬:(,記住帶消毒濕紙巾抹乾淨D餐具。食物選擇唔算多,有腸、丸、雞翼、扒類、金沙骨、魷魚、雞腎、麵包、蕃薯。腸同丸一般味,冇咩特別,扒類係咸左少少,都ok,雞翼同牛仔骨最好食。唯一係魷魚「霉霉地」,唔爽口,唔知係咪雪得太耐,完全唔掂。$120一位貴左少少,不過佢勝在近,係坑口搭入西貢van仔,一陣就到,係大埔仔隔離。食物一般,不過絕對唔係難食,其他冇位,都可以考慮下呢間o既。…Read More

原本想試宏利中心的西餐The Domain,點知星期六下晝3點就收檔,行返地鐵站時途經龍皇酒家,見到熾哥個樣,唔試唔得啦。場內除左一家大細,就係生意partner,見唔到好似我地兩個人咁撐枱腳。一如所料,所有菜式都起碼要九十幾元一碟,想食聖子或者蜆,佢個海鮮list得魚蝦蟹鮑魚,唔通貝類海鮮太平民?最得意係佢有熾哥o係電視節目整過的菜式,寫明第一集、第二集……每席都近萬或過萬,食唔起。兩個人叫左兩碟餸、兩個小吃、兩個甜品1.翠玉炒球($198):班球好新鮮爽口,翠玉瓜亦爽甜多汁,炒得好好味。份量唔多,大概八片班塊。2.荷香污糟雞($93):用荷葉包住約10塊雞件,配上紅棗冬菇絲等醃料蒸。荷葉清香,但雞味不濃,雞肉跟醃料味道唔夾,怪怪的。可能我不喜歡紅棗味吧。3.香蒜牛柳粒($48):小食,有十數粒牛柳粒,味道可以,嫌肉質太鬆,有點像快餐店的鐵板牛扒4.蓬萊素鵝($4x):皮脆不膩,餡料很香,讚!5.地雷陣($2x):睇簡介是紫薯奶凍。是一個玻璃樽仔裝住紫紫白白的蓉,食落口只像磨成蓉的紫色蕃薯,沒有奶凍。6.紫薯壽包($30):一籠3個熱辣辣,用紫薯代替蓮蓉,不會像一般蓮蓉餡太甜,甜味適中,再加少少鹹蛋黃,好好味!點完餸,侍應問要唔要叫樣蔬菜,我地問「翠玉炒球」係咪有菜,佢話:「都有o既」。兩個人喎,都唔算叫得少啦。整體OK,但似乎熾哥名氣過大,食物冇想像中咁好味。我俾電視節目洗左腦啦,邊得咁多好食o野呀,有o既可能都唔係呢個價啦。…Read More

本人試過很多上海菜館,就是未光顧過小南國。這天接近6時經過中環分店,不用等位,就試一試。燻魚 – 脆口入味,乾了一點,個人較喜歡有醬汁的燻魚。小籠包 –小籠包的精髓是湯汁,但5隻中有3隻竟然是「乾水」,沒有任何湯汁,肉質及味道亦未見突出,十分失望。蔥爆牛肉 – 香口惹味,但肉質太鬆。點解一定要整鬆D肉?牛肉有佢本身韌度先好食架嘛擔擔麵 – 香辣味濃,麵條彈牙整體合格,但說不上出色,尤其小籠包,比不上另外兩間出名的上海菜食肆 (鼎字頭及翡字頭)的質素,仲要每人HK$150,我想沒有下次了。…Read More

餐廳位於九龍灣工業區的新式商業大廈,離地鐵站大概15分鐘路程,不算遠,但近日天氣十分悶熱,走十五分鐘沒有遮蔭的路,比較難耐。亦可於地鐵站乘搭往Mega Box的Shuttle Bus,落車走5分鐘就到。餐廳位於2樓的平台花園,可坐室內或室外,室外有一個露天燒烤爐,提供燒烤食物。天氣如此悶熱,當然選擇室內。室內樓底很高,中央一盞特大水晶吊燈,很搶眼,亦配合室內以黑、藍為主調的裝修。室內位置尚算寬敞,枱之間有足夠空間,坐滿大概三十多人吧。我們大概7時多到達,只有三枱客人。1.Appetizer: Beef Capriccio第一次食capriccio,生牛肉加酸汁dressing,伴碟有芽菜苗及生苦瓜。生牛肉切得很薄,味道不像生肉,但沒有牛肉味,可能dressing味太濃。苦瓜甘而不澀,芽菜苗則草青味太重。2.Soup: Daily Soup忘了名稱,應該是豆湯,湯味不錯,有綿綿的豆蓉,但60多元一碗,稍貴。3.Main Dish: Black Truffle, Mushroom and Baby Spinach Risotto 有數片黑松露,不是醬或粉,很香。磨菇多汁,口感有點像肉,很好味。飯有應有的硬度,不會煮得太軟。讚!4.Dessert: Cream Brulee & Molten焦糖燉蛋很甜滑,嗜甜的一定喜歡,稍嫌焦糖面少了一點。伴碟的曲奇味道亦好。心太軟甜度適中,蛋糕跟朱古力醬的比例不錯,份量大一點更好。整體食物質素不錯,服務很好,吃完一道菜才送上另一道,不會等得太久或一次過上幾款菜;每道菜也更換餐具,加水次數亦頻密,是一頓很好的晚餐。待天氣涼一點,可一試室外的燒烤餐。…Read More

等了45分鐘才有位,店門近鱷魚恤中心大門口,沒有冷氣,等位期間熱氣不斷由大門攻入,中途真想一走了之:(。點了少辣咖哩雞扒飯及吉列豬扒咖哩奄列飯,加錢要飲品及雪糕。普通咖哩飯可選辣度及飯量,減飯可以減$5,奄列飯則規定了飯量及是不辣咖哩。我覺得少辣及不辣的辣道差不多,都是微辣。日本咖哩味香濃不膩,味道很好。雞扒香脆不油,但味道絕對及不上吉列豬扒。吉列豬扒同樣脆而不油,豬肉味香,跟咖哩飯味道很搭配:),唯稍嫌豬扒薄了一點,沒有啖啖肉的口感。飲品要了檸水,水是支裝V字頭礦泉水,兩個人喝一支也夠。雪糕是士多啤梨味及rockies,味道不錯。整體味道很好多,但價錢稍貴,兩個set埋單要二百多元,有D唔值。如果可以改善等位環境就好,太熱了。…Read More

上環皇后街是平時絕不踏足的地方,是次專程為大排當式西餐而來。在上環站下車,乘電車至德輔道西,往後行數分鐘就到。ABC的餐枱都蓋上紅白格仔的枱布,在場中很突出。我們接近8時到達,ABC的餐枱半滿,其中兩枱均是外藉人士,枱上有數枝紅、白酒,跟熟食中心的環境很不搭配。侍應問有沒有訂枱,我們說沒有,他便帶我們坐到渠蓋上的二人枱,我真有點擔心會有小強從渠蓋爬上來,可幸沒有。1.餐包:外脆內軟,有香草香味,口感有點像鬆餅,出色的餐包2.Daily soup – 薯仔湯 $28:吃到薯仔蓉,還有類似五香肉丁的肉粒,味道OK3.西班牙烤乳豬 $118:皮烤得香脆,豬肉嫩滑,很易與幼骨分開。吃得出醃料不重,調味適中,皮肉一起吃,滿口油脂肉香,只吃豬皮則嫌太肥膩。二人分享一份剛好,一人吃掉全份會太膩。薯蓉混有蘿蔔粒,為配烤豬,牛油味不重。伴碟的酸菜亦可中和豬油的肥膩。4.春雞卷 $138:半隻春雞,雞皮香脆,雞肉沒有雪味,但不算滑。點菜前沒有留意有山羊芝士,芝士味濃,本與雞肉相配,但羊羶味太厲害,不是人人喜愛。本人跟男友對羊羶味有點抗拒,「頂唔順」。伴碟是黑醋加不知名菜葉,草青味很重,侍應看見剩下的伴菜,說跟雞肉芝士一起吃很夾。環境尚算衛生,食物水準出色,份量適中,服務亦殷勤。唯如此環境,定價略嫌太高,如價錢可低10-15%,我會多多惠顧。…Read More

為著新加坡文華酒店海南雞飯的名氣,上星期六到了海南少爺試食。到達時大概6時45分,人龍排到皮具店門口。侍應說在內用餐的是5時45分已到達的一批。等了1小時有多,被安排到梳化位置。店內面積很少,枱椅設計普通,正如之前的食客所說,環境裝修實在配不上HK$88一客的海南雞飯。點了3樣菜:招牌海南雞飯 HK$88 (轉脾加HK$10)-油飯鹹香有雞味而不油膩,很好吃,份量頗多,等於一般飯碗的碗半份量-雞肉滑嫩,但沒有雞味,鹹度亦不足,雞皮很肥,味道令人失望-黑油及薑蓉味淡,辣椒幾香-另送一小碟蒸蛋加皮蛋慕絲,味道像西式甜品,很特別海鮮喇沙 HK$88-湯料有大蝦、帶子、魚蛋等,料足而鮮-湯底有濃濃的蝦味,似蝦湯多過喇沙,本人比較喜歡TOAST BOX的喇沙湯底-辣度有點過頭黑蘿蔔糕 HK$58-即甜鼓油炒蘿蔔糕,味道甜甜的,加上梅菜(估計是吧)一起炒,味道很好其實各樣食物味道可以,但挾著如此大名氣及中上定價,質素應該更高,可能是期望過大吧,這樣的價錢,在勝利當可吃到更多更好。…Read More
