一年前曾幾偶爾幫襯過，當時覺得呢間幾特別，因為有好多唔同牛既部位，仲要聽都未聽過。某啲部位既牛肉係幾好食。對呢間餐廳印象唔錯。早幾日想同朋友再去幫襯，咁岩又見到某訂座apps有位又有9折，所以就係個apps訂 (時間為用餐前3日)。點知去到食飯果日，餐廳打黎話因為訂座好full，要安排座露天位。我第一時間係諗，今日落雨喎？！第二，乜果條街咁窄有露天座咩？ 不過當時就嘗試同餐廳了解食早d或者晏d有無位。(但明明我係訂左枱…) 點知餐廳都係話無，最後仲直接話如果介意既你就自己上番個apps取消啦！我明白，在商言商，我地張單係有discount所以有咩事都係郁我地。但退一步諗，點解餐廳會出現overbooking? 係管理既問題？定一早諗好有咩事就趕走discount既客？(因為我到而家都未諗到邊到有位擺露天位… 就算假設真係有露天位，請唔好忘記當日係有雨…)在我個人而言，食物質素係重要，但我覺得一間餐廳最重要既係佢地對客既心。如果只睇點樣賺到最盡，咁樣係唔會贏到顧客既心。不過，當然而家係香港要搵間重視客人既餐廳係好難… (而同時無理取鬧既客人亦無處不在…) [題外話：由於取消左，係周圍都係人既星期五，walkin 左成粒幾鐘食第二間。但又真係比我搵到顧客至上既餐廳，又真係咁都見到麻煩客。😂 有機會再講。]…Read More

朋友今次揀左呢間 (開頭以為係sell “愛回家” 因為見到mama 讀出黎先get 到 lol)去到全場full晒 好彩有book到～早到左就唯有周圍望下，佢d擺設好有趣，係會令人會心微笑:)好，講番食物：首先餐牌係好搞笑xd d野叫 求求其其xxx 隨便炸的啦 正常既xxx 再唔係就丁丁的xxx (佢求其到我都唔記得個名XD)鰻魚蛋包飯後悔無叫全條鰻魚，好味，同埋個蛋好滑丁丁(唔記得咗乜)pizza配料正正常常，都係肉丫菇丫洋葱丫，都幾好食。但其他枱枱都叫軟殼蟹pizza，係一大隻係上面，好似好吸引隨便炸的啦正常炸物拼盤，略嫌薯條有d單調。不過重點係飲品紫薯latte隻色好靚，飲落真係好夠薯味。抹茶沙冰，佢講明唔甜，真係超鐘意，因為一向唔鐘意飲甜既抹茶。另外想叫蘋果沙冰，因為佢話用全個蘋果，但佢話今日無甜品又係另一個重點。紫薯cheesecake咁特別所以要叫。不過同想像唔同，因為佢用軟芝士 (個人鐘意硬少少既cheesecake)。之後想睇下丁丁甜品係咩，點知個staff話：今日丁丁無心情，所以冇呢個。XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD 好正所以因為呢個可惡既丁丁，我地就叫左個海鹽焦糖waffle. 好食，不過好大份XD總括黎講係好食既，會再幫襯…Read More

雖然第一次幫sharishari寫食評，不過其實已經黎過不下十數次 (無誇張，印花咭都儲左就快三張)，每款冰都食過咁濟 除左自己揀飲擇食果d xd 自從幾年前食過一次就番唔到轉頭 佢d冰係由頭食到味都係你叫果隻味，唔會食到一半或者中間就無晒醬無晒味，因為店主係會係中間加左d心思。而黎左咁多次都仲會黎係因為每次都會有驚喜。除左因為佢地定期會出期間限定，仲有因為佢地每個冰都有唔同層次 令你估佢唔到。就以今次櫻花抹茶為例：其實今次係第三次出櫻花味，但今年特别出多一款櫻花抹茶。佢既外表同櫻花味一樣，但你食食下就發現…係抹茶丫今次真係覺得surprise無諗過少女外表既佢，入面係綠色架！而再食入d你仲會搵到抹茶啫喱 到最後由於天氣有d熱都溶得快左，但唔緊要，因為你會覺得自己飲緊抹茶latte lol至於食左咁多次，我發現左另一個驚喜，就係一個冰唔同層次唔同感受。要明白呢樣野，大家首先要了解佢個冰既layer. 先睇圖：我地發現每個冰都有幾個components:1.冰 (wif滿滿既source 姐係上圖淺啡色)2.醬 (係講緊上圖深啡色既朱古力醬)3.頂既cream/脆脆/其他 (唔同未有唔同野)4.中間配料 (唔同冰食到中間有唔同野，例如常見有餅乾粹，extra既醬，啫喱，mochi, etc我地發覺最好食係要四樣野一齊食同你分開食絕對係唔同感受👍👍所以黎左咁多次都仲係會黎唯一挑剔之處就係，佢出左名，多左人黎，就迫左嘈左仲記得第一次去，果到好靚好舒服，可以好似個偽文青咁坐係到休息下影下相嘆杯暖喛既抹茶 (佢個抹茶都幾好飲 不過去得既人都係食冰，會忽略左佢)…Read More

Well~yes, i am here again... This is becoz they got my favorite PORK KNUCKLE now!!!!!! (omg this emoji is totally me xdd)so here it is....A big pork knuckle!!! I love pork knuckle soooo much and i have tried quite a number of it in hk. i even tried the one bought in supermarket lol (not bad actually, better than some chain restaurant) And I would say the pork knuckle here is awesome!! I mean most of the restaurant can make the outside crispy but many of them make the inside so hard and dry. In here, the outside is still crispy while the inside is still SOFT and TENDER! (I am sorry that i didnt take the photo of inside as it is too attractive lol) Seriously, i wanna order one more xdThe other dish that we ordered today is roasted suckling pig. Tbh, i didnt expect much as I have tried once last year somewhere in central and what i recalled this dish was so-so. Anyway, my friends are meat lovers so we ordered it. And now I would say it changed my impression on this dish lol here's the dish..This is much better than i expected.I do feel I am eating the baby pig ( lol sounds a bit like horror story) becoz it is so damn soft inside! 係呢間鋪食左應該都有5、6次，佢地d蛋包飯真係好好食。頭兩三次去都係夜晚，無晒最想食既漢煲，所以只係係三款味三揀一或三揀二。雞一定係配白汁，牛就蕃茄汁，豬就咖喱汁，三隻我都食過。雞肉好滑白汁唔會好漏，牛肉好夠味蕃茄汁濃但唔會酸，豬就正正常常咖喱汁係傳統日式咖喱 d汁既份量雖然望落好似好多但係唔會整到d飯爛晒。平時唔鐘意撈汁食飯既我，係呢到食都會食晒d汁而最重要既蛋，當然一定係好滑，唔係生果隻滑，係真係煮啱啱好，食左咁多次無一次失手。之後果幾次係lunch time去。雖然要排隊，但係終於食到漢堡！！！真係好好食漢堡好厚，成個波咁，但一D都唔會老唔會實好好食…Read More

Here's my second time to have dinner in Eve Bistro. As told by the waiter last time, they are gonna have a different menu with more choices. I was quite looking for that. And so, here am I! They have added soooo many dishes in the menu! A bunch of snack, risotto, pasta, mains... (was struggling in choosing the food and forgot to take picture xp)As we had quite a number of people, we ordered some snacks. I like the fried sweet potatoes so much I think some restaurant also serve this but they usually serve it as sides in Mains. Now, we can have a bowl of itFor the chicken wings, same as last time, it is good and especially the salad is so matching the wings.For Mains, we shared among ourselves. (so can try more disheds:)The best two I would say are the halibut and the hanger stick!!:The halibut is so remarkable!! It is so easy that the halibut will be overcooked but not in here.The skin is still crispy when we put it in the mouth and the meat are so soft and juicy! Together with the honey sauce, what a perfect match:]And this Hanger stick is also fabulous!: The meat is tender, soft and juicy. and again the sauce is great. 朋友話佢附近開左間新餐廳好似幾好，就拉埋幾個人一齊去試。入到去，餐廳設計雖然簡樸，但勝在空間夠闊落舒服Menu有5款main，較少，不過聽waitor講下個月就會有full menu:) d 名有d長不過就好清楚知道有咩材料，唔洗估估下。最後叫左個長通粉同肉眼扒個長通粉一未上台就聞到好香，見到隻溫泉蛋就好想篤爛佢 撈勻之後，每啖都食到充滿黑松露味既長通粉同好滑既蛋朋友就叫左個肉眼扒。可能係因為慢煮，所以個肉唔會“鞋”或者韌。而個汁有少少甜味好特别至於薯蓉，一般餐廳都係整普通薯蓉因為只係伴碟，但呢到係加左黑松露另外仲叫左個雞翼。燒得好香脆，最有驚喜係雞翼下面個沙律，好fresh好好味最後加左$10要甜品 雖然已經好飽，但係個甜品好特別。上面個柚子雪萉就好酸，下面個白朱古力mousse就好甜，但係兩樣一齊食就剛剛好，好夾！係出面食唔到最後食到好飽但夾埋大約每人$150有找性價比好高既餐廳！難得…Read More
