因在 Facebook 看到一張好似好吸引既菜單，所以便抱住一番熱誠去試試。好啦，四月十七日訂枱，因他們要求，即晚付一千元訂金；五月三日再確實菜單。終於當天是貨不对板不突止，食物超難食…〝梅”蝦、〝梅“雞、水鴨湯變了特甜花膠湯（因淨得個糖甜味！而不是清甜）、釀竹笙変了〝梅“蟹拑（其實不知是什麽，因很〝梅“）、壽包未夠加熱（不用想這是新鮮）所以下半個包石頭禁硬！喂呀! $2,888加一成$3,177食到嬲嬲爆！！！

襯七月一日香港假期我們一家去了澳門走一趟。做足資料搜集，”金錢餅”是必試的小食。怎知七月一日雖然有開門，但阿婆很冷淡地說當天休息，叫我們第天去。到了第早10時多，歡天喜地見阿伯和阿婆正在努力掣餅中，便預備落order. 怎知阿伯又吾憂做說他在做梗預訂既order，下午遲D先有得賣。天啊，昨天又吾講要預訂；加上當天我們要經”乙水”仔新碼頭走，又是白行 - 激氣!!

去完澳門，本是開開心心去蘭芳園食完才回家。點了(1) 凍奶茶 (2) 蠔仔肉碎粥 (3) 蔥油雞扒撈丁 (4) 潮州鵝。樣樣都ok，唯獨是那碟潮州鵝，真不對勁 - 每件鵝都是皮+肥膏+”零” 鵝肉！問問伙計，他只很不多耐煩地回應說 -可以加$20換鵝片！我當然不試，因為之前幫襯叫過鵝片又”鞋” 又冇味。最後那伙計只說那就取消吧！所以真的有點不高興，為何不可換過一碟。難道每碟潮州鵝都是不變 -每件鵝都是皮+肥膏+”零” 鵝肉！:(:(…Read More
