同女友晚上到強記食晚飯,到達了大約6點半,因為早,未滿座,每晚都有海鮮孖寶,平日為$88 / 2樣餸,假日加$10第一味上菜係乳鴿,皮少脆,但味道一般,盛惠$38第二味上菜係出名的鮑魚雞粥,一少窩,份量大約為3碗,鮑魚同雞都係腌咸的,味道不俗,盛惠$12,呢個抵食,現場看到4人以上的枱都有一大窩第三味上菜係白果青瓜腐竹浸蟶子,有沙的,唔掂第四味上菜係蒜溶蒸扇貝,味道還好,但蒸過火,有點韌同”鞋”,有粉絲底總括而言都是一般…Read More

星期日同女友去CWB北海道牧場餐廳,到達時大約2點半,不用排隊就可以入座,叫左一個餐,有叉燒意粉,多士,2塊火腿+蛋,蛋可以選擇太陽蛋或反蛋(即係2邊有有煎,但都有蛋黃流出的),或炒蛋,我地當然要炒蛋啦,本身個餐係$36,但女友想試熱北海道牛奶,要加$4,所以呢個餐盛惠$40叉燒意粉有香草味,湯底係忌廉湯,值得一讚多士都大塊,不過食左先記得影相,哈哈哈哈火腿就一般啦炒蛋都算滑,當然比佐敦的澳洲牛奶還差點啦,但都唔錯牛奶都不俗,夠滑另外都有叫一個磨菇腸仔庵列,餐牌上推介的,但小弟就覺得一般,盛惠$30有一大塊多士,蛋唔滑,腸仔係細條的芝士腸切開的,用廚師雞肉腸應該更好…Read More

新手上路,請各位巴打絲打有意見的,可以隨便提出,小弟會盡量改善的!是日為公主女友的生辰(公主誕),所以早排已訂了位食晚飯,由於早幾年都係食自助餐,已經有d厭,所以搵幟哥,訂了2位"魚翅鮑魚美酒宴"紅燒蟹肉翅,很足料,唔似一般去飲的只有幾條翅,蟹肉份量足夠蠔皇扣鮑甫伴花菰: 原來每人都只係得半隻鮑魚:(,菜就一大條,花菰都一大隻,個汁都味道不俗艇皇浸海斑球: 帶點黑椒味,斑球夠爽口,蘿蔔夠腍香草汁焗軟殼蟹: 講真,呢道菜就認真一般,而且一個人食一隻軟腳蟹,有點漏,而且前幾道菜不是太濃味,突然有一道菜咁"重口味",有點受不了最後一道菜係原茄泡青蔬: 可能特別安排最清的在"重口味"之後,食落有點酸,不過還可接受跟餐甜品椰香桂花糕:跟外面食到的不同因為加了椰汁,但抹殺了桂花糕本身的清香由於我倆都不飲酒關係,已事先通知將酒改為甜品,是日有楊枝甘露或杏仁茶,我倆都選了楊枝甘露,味道適中,不會太甜,老實說,比某d名牌甜品糖水鋪還好食埋單$1122,老實說,有點貴,可能係食名氣的,但食物質素不錯,而且招呼一流!…Read More
