下午五点多才出發去，錯過了打折扣的時段，但因為想吃海底撈了又難得在左近新开了這家，就去吃了。服務和食材都符合海底撈一貫的水準，店員很落力的招待和給我們送上小吃。肉類方面我們点了肥牛和羊肉，肉質新鮮有咬口，配上川式麻辣湯底是双重享受。特別推薦牛丸，彈牙得來有獨特香味，撈出熱騰騰的火鍋湊近聞一聞，一陣暖气伴著牛肉香撲鼻，食指大動不在話下。还点了老油條和皇帝菜，這兩特別吸油，放在大骨湯就最合適，不然放辣湯可能會太辣。脆炸魚皮很脆，沾一点湯吃，香脆可口。鴨腸和鴨血也很好吃，配以芝麻醬和一点点芝麻.......寫的我又餓了。醬料區必拿的有銀耳粥，紅棗特別甜，銀耳軟綿綿又不會爛，吃了兩三碗。还有兩種海帶，其中一種略腥，建議加点醋味就很完美。吃了那木多，結帳五百多一点，不算便宜，但絕对物有所值，下次會再來吃。…Read More

This is one of the worst meal I ever have in HK. Food are overpriced and taste extremely salty. We ordered a dinner set with shark fin soup, the soup is as salty as seawater. The oyster congee is also so salty that even I poured in three cups of water it is still very salty. Considering the food quantity is poorly little and the really hopeless food quality, the food definitely does not worth the price and I won’t recommend this to any of my friend for the good of their wallet and kidney. …Read More
