雖然九龍城好多餐廳,但米線店除咗九龍城廣場間連鎖外都冇咩選擇。嗰日行過見有間麻酸辣米線新店開張,店內裝修乾淨企理,於是入去試一試。雖然餐牌選擇唔算多,但湯底都有三款包括麻酸辣,蕃茄酸辣,清湯。而且麻辣度都可以自由調節,建議食得辣嘅點加辣,因為小辣真係唔係太辣。嗰日點咗蕃茄麻酸辣,試咗一啖覺得個湯底都幾好味,感覺冇味精,配料都好足,大大碗男士食都一定夠飽。單點配菜都唔錯,炸魚皮小食係驚喜,冇諗過炸魚皮加麻酸辣米線係咁夾。食完後成個鐘都唔太口渴👍🏻 下次會再試下其他湯底同餸。抵讚嘅係店內好乾淨,坐得舒服,地點又方便(喺正九龍城廣場對面)。…Read More

這次是第二次光顧,記得第一次爸爸介紹家人來這裡晚餐時,看見門面簡陋擔心食物水準。但後來一試菜式,驚嘆於工業區內竟有如此高水準的中菜(我不把它列為大排檔因為它的中菜水準實在比得起中環的所謂高級中菜酒家)。相隔數月,昨晚放工突然想起難得今天揸車返工不如重遊舊地重溫一下出色的菜式。去到時已經9時多,門外人山人海,幸好兩個人不用等位立即有得坐。一坐下二話不說點了鐵板黑椒豬手﹑煲仔飯及清蒸勝瓜,每碟菜份量都幾大,三個人都可以足夠。鐵板黑椒豬手 - 其中一碟招牌菜,暫時別處都未發現到有好吃得過這裡的豬手。雖然我本身不愛吃豬手,但昨晚和男友用了10分鐘就KO它了。是去大中華必吃的菜式!!煲仔飯 - 和外面的有點不同,加了大量蔥頭好香好好味!! 冬天必食!! 清蒸勝瓜 - 只為吃點蔬菜而叫,但竟然有意外收獲。原想這類型大排檔小抄好吃但多數不會使清淡的菜式,但這道清蒸勝瓜的勝瓜很新解,而且一點油都沒有,十分好吃!! 也因為這樣,為大中華的評價又再高一點了!!吃完晚飯走時還有20多人於門外等,下次多人吃飯一定要提早一兩日訂台了!…Read More

十一長假期前最後一日的上班日, 決定和另一位女同事由中環落銅鑼灣食餐好。doraya午市不設訂位, 不過我們大約於12:50pm去到都不用等位, 比平日去迫晚市好。原本打算叫拖羅set, 但店員極力推介新出的岩鹽中拖羅吞拿魚飯定食($188), 於是決定一試。之前試過兩次這裡的拖羅定食,可能是普遍拖羅比較瘦所以不覺得太特別。但這次的中拖羅定食質素比普通拖羅高很多, 入口即溶而且十分新鮮, 加上岩鹽於面就連sauce都不用已經十分美味! 以少於$200的價錢食到這麼多片高質素中拖羅, 比於中環的二百多三百元定食set要抵食得多~下次食lunch又多個選擇 …Read More

一向愛吃雞蛋仔, 試過剛食完飯就KO兩底雞蛋仔。十一長假期開始的星期五晚, 於家中食完飯落街散步之時,看見這間於角落的雞蛋仔店。第一時間被它的名字吸引主意力, 心想叫得"低調高手手"水準應該不錯吧, 否則也太厚面皮了。叫了一底雞蛋仔, 即叫即整所以等了5分鐘左右。未整好已經傳來陣陣雞蛋香, 一試之下果然是水準之作, 甚至比我至愛的"北X雞蛋仔"更好, 因為它外面脆得來裡面亦很林, 而且蛋香十足, 令我5分鐘內就把KO了。下次想食雞蛋仔, 我會再找這角落裡的高手! :)…Read More

:) 十一長假期星期六中午起身後第一時間想起台灣菜,但港島區好食的台灣餐廳真的很少,靈機一觸想起平日中環lunch去過的the night market,二話不說就跳上的士直達中環。到達餐廳時已經3點左右,餐廳內只有一台等埋單的外國藉食客。我們坐下後打開餐牌一看,才發現原來假日不設lunch set,不過沒關係因為平日lunch set的菜餐單上都有齊,於是我們點了沙茶牛柳﹑鹽酥雞﹑肉躁飯﹑凍冬瓜奶茶和凍珍珠奶茶。飲品先上,冬瓜奶茶平身用了糖冬瓜所以就算少甜後仍保留到本身的香甜,值得推介。反而我那杯珍珠奶茶少甜後像走甜一樣,完全沒有味,不過服務員很熱心的問我需不需要幫我加糖。很快所有食物就上齊了,鹽酥雞炸得很好,完全不用任何醬料都好好味,而沙茶牛柳的牛肉亦十分新鮮及嫩口。肉躁飯的味道也不錯,不過可能其他台灣店都做到這般水準所以沒有太大驚喜。整體而言食物水準很好,價值合理(平均一碟菜$100左右),加上環境服務亦不錯,是間很好的台灣菜館。建議避開平日人多的lunch time, 選擇於平日晚飯或假日中午前來, 可以好好享受一下台式美食。…Read More

昨晚本來打算訂於henry house上另一間姊妹店,誰知滿座,結果餐廳職員介紹我們去另一間位於新會道的分店。看了食評知道餐廳每一張台免收一支cockage, 於是我和男友去利園樓下間超市買了支德國JB出的Riesling。先說支Riesling, 十分容易入口, 而且亦很甜! 雖然沒有太多after taste, 不過以$100有找的價值, 這樣的質素簡直超值。餐廳位於新會道尾的一棟舊式住宅樓宇1樓, 感覺很私房菜。餐廳面積很細, 建議先打電話預約。我們點了6款蠔以及2隻cherry stones, 那裡的kumamoto海水味比較重, 不過幾新鮮。當中最好的的來自africa的蠔, 好甜好creamy。至於maxico的就麻麻了, 雖然很大隻不過味道很普通。當晚餐廳有幾款的蠔做買1送1, 而且還有幾款set, 價錢比散叫應該化算點(散叫平均每隻$40~$50)。食完蠔後點了一碟green salad ($70), 蠔湯 ($50), garlic bread ($30), 大蝦意粉($180) 和焦糖蛋。green salad 的菜很新鮮, 而且隔水隔得好, 兩款sauces亦不錯。蠔湯夠濃, 很鮮甜, 值得一試。Garlic bread即叫即做, 熱騰騰的沒有太多的牛油或garlic, 連平時不愛吃garlic bread的我都忍不了吃了兩塊。大蝦意粉一上碟已經有陣陣鮮蝦味, 和其他配料抄得剛剛好, 不會太乾亦不太淋, 比一般SOHO店好吃得多, 有酒店級的水準呢!!最後甜品, 我本想吃心太軟但男友決定要點焦糖蛋。焦糖蛋本身味道不錯, 可惜我喜歡比較凍或比較熱的甜品, 室溫甜品就麻麻了。總括而言這是間有水準有心機的西餐廳, 看其他人推介它的羊鞍, 下次一定要再去試試看。唯一缺點是餐廳面積較細, 台與台之間比較迫。…Read More

星期六, 本打算去Flying Pan食brunch, 結果改變主意決定試一試the pawn。朋友試過去上去飲野, 都說環境不錯。果然, 三層高的舊建築物仍保留他原有的味道, 懷舊的外觀和犘登的內部裝修, 意外的合襯! 而且沒訂位的我們, 竟然有露天位座, lucky~坐在露天的座位上, 望著灣仔的街景, 加上天氣很好, 感覺超relax~讚完環境, 要說說食物了。老實說, menu的選擇真的很少, 而且明明賣點英國菜但偏偏沒有English Breakfast, 令本打算食English Breakfast的我們有點失望。最後我點了一個set lunch, 要了沙津和白汁mushroom意粉。男友點了推介的fish n chips。先說沙津, 連愛酸的我都覺得太酸了。白汁意粉太多汁, 感到很heavy.....其實, 真的沒必要那麼多汁那麼creamy, 否則應該不錯。最後fish n chips來了, 我倆有點嚇了一跳, 那條fish炸到成條油炸鬼一樣, 看了的確減了不少食慾。味道麻, 還可以, 不過我們都覺得魚不是太新鮮。聽說the pawn和中環soho的press room是同一家公司開的, 那麼press room的食物質素就高多了。難得的好環境, 如果因為食物而令人不選擇在此用膳的話, 未免有點可惜。希望他們的食物質素及選擇可以更進一步, 否則以後我們亦只會上去飲野算了。p.s 不過經理的態度很好, 我們向他反映意見時他亦很有禮貌地應對!!…Read More

從前鮮有踏足將軍澳,一直以為只有茶餐廳及中式酒樓,就算有西餐都大多是求其之作。原本只打算到附近的日式餐廳食飯,蔡公子突然提議去坑口村食扒.....對於完全未去過的我而言,坑口村很有長洲/南Y島的感覺....幾間餐廳齊集於一處,有泰式﹑中式﹑PIZZA﹑扒房,還有糖水舖,簡直是一條龍式服務。想去的扒房但收10:30PM,唯有去第二選擇的PIZZA意粉店。放棄了SET DINNER,點了鵝肝做頭盤,加個白汁海鮮意粉及辣雞PIZZA。鵝肝比想像中好吃,只是蔡公子嫌它太大塊不夠厚,寧可細塊但厚身點,口感會更好云云。我反而喜歡它薄薄地,食完感覺上沒那麼肥.....當然,我知那只是心理作用而已。海鮮意粉太多白汁,雖然白汁是即時整出來的,但由於對太CREAMY的食物沒太大好感,還是覺得中環SOHO的至愛意粉餐廳煮得好點。但該意粉的用料很新鮮,為此值回不少分數。PIZZA的底很薄,SOURCE亦很好吃,細SIZE剛好兩個人份量。食飽慢慢行回坑口地鐵店,如有胃口還可去聰嫂甜品食個糖水。下次,要試試20個好評的扒房~~~…Read More

中環食意粉的地方數之不盡,但cenacolo的意粉的確比同類型餐廳的要出色得多星期五晚,難得公司內部裝修,終於都有一晚可以早過12點放工。可憐BBE以為我7點幾走得,等了我足足個幾兩個鐘頭...9點幾去到餐廳,全店9成滿座,下次如要在晚飯時間去,建議先訂台比較好。兩個人order了兩個頭盤,一個意粉及一個朱古力心太軟。頭盤是cheese mushroom及mix meats & cheese....個人比較喜歡cheese mushroom,軟軟的水牛芝士加大大隻的mushroon, 口感很好。不過食完飽了一半!! 意粉我還是order了至愛的海鮮白酒意粉,很喜歡那裡硬身的意粉,硬得來又不會覺得未熟~~下次一定要試試別的意粉/主菜....哈哈...不能只食死一樣...=P相比起主菜,甜品就沒有那麼出色了....心太軟的心都沒有朱古力流出,充其量只是一個比較軟身的朱古力蛋糕。這樣的價錢,這樣的質素,真的很不錯。…Read More

晚上九時才打電話預約,十時多終於都到達餐廳門口。其實十時多已算宵夜時間,本應吃得簡單點。奈何實在太想食牛扒,又知道這間是有名的扒房,於是決定無論如何都去吃。一入門,只感覺整間餐廳的裝修很grand。不過grand之中又有種外國屋企的感覺。坐在窗口位,可以環顧整間餐廳,很舒服。太夜吃得多怕肥,兩個人只叫了個沙津和一份12安士的牛柳,另外試了一杯waiter介紹的紅酒。果然,牛柳很快便到了,被一分為二地放上燒熱的碟上。waiter再三的叮囑叫我們小心熱碟,服務很細心呢~~牛柳雖然叫了medium,不過有點過熟,可能隻碟太熱,所以放上去後才變得更熟。但靚牛柳就是靚牛柳,吃下去很夠肉汁,加上法國的芥辣,很好吃~~^^~~可惜沙津太普通。紅酒亦點得好,一問之下原來街是買不到的。供應商只供應給指定扒房...下次只好再來開酒了....很full的一晚~~^^~~有機會一定會才來~~…Read More
