真心觉得新大广场吃的太少了,要不就是太贵,要不就是太难吃。实在是没得选了,才进来了太兴。下午5点,人不多,没有人带位,自己随便找个位置坐下。服务员马上送来一杯温水。餐牌就在桌子边上。餐具一律在桌旁的抽屉里,方便客人自己取。话说这里桌椅好小,座位好窄,实在不太舒服。翻了下餐牌,对比了下价格,还是选择下午茶餐比较划算。30+一份食物加一杯饮料,冻饮加三元。我点了个炸鱼餐,配冻奶茶。奶茶是冰镇的,茶与冰分隔开,即使冰块融化也不会冲淡奶茶的味道。杯子不大,更弥足珍贵。作为镇店招牌的奶茶现在还推出了易拉罐装,方便钟爱奶茶的人士随时就可以喝到浓香细滑的奶茶。炸鱼块,上来吓一跳,要不要那么迷你啊,感觉咬两口就完了啊。伴碟的还有六块薯角和一片西红柿一片柠檬,当然炸鱼块还要配一小碟塔塔酱。这个塔塔酱很特别,里面加了芥末,刚入口的时候没感觉,很快就有冲鼻子的刺激感,很有趣。鱼肉质量还算可以,但外表的面衣很硬,很影响口感。把柠檬片拿起来挤柠檬汁,实在有点困难,建议店家应该切成柠檬角。不然真不知道这柠檬有啥用。薯角炸得蛮香的,外皮很脆,里面很粉,但跟塔塔酱不太搭,还是配番茄酱为好。奶茶虽然好喝,但是茶太浓,晚上失眠了,呜呜呜。。。…Read More

看起来应该是开了好多年的茶餐厅。店面还算开阔,人不少,基本上每张桌都坐满人了。老伙计很热情,招呼,带位,就是喜欢这样的味道。位置在东铁线大埔墟站A2出口,沿着上盖一直走,两三分钟的路程,就会看到了。旁边有一家OK便利店和一家饼店。晚饭在这里解决的,是日晚餐套餐看起来不错,就点了一份牛柳粒饭,套餐有汤和饮品,要了例汤和热柠茶。牛肉和饭是分开单独上的,牛肉份量真不少,还配有西芹洋葱同炒,牛肉嫩滑入味,但应该是有用过嫩肉粉。西芹和洋葱很甜口,送饭很不错。例汤是节瓜猪骨汤,一喝就觉得肯定煲了不短时间,食材的味道都渗人套汤水里面,味清香汤浓郁,真好喝。结果整碗汤都被胖子抢去了。热柠茶很小一杯,竟然还放了两片柠檬,茶里没有加糖,让客人按自己口味加。另外又点了一杯冻鸳鸯,一个菠萝油,还有一份炸云吞。冻鸳鸯太多冰,稍微有点冲淡了味道。不太出色。菠萝油,面包很软,但觉得有点淡,不够香,而且酥皮做得不是很好,牛油还不错。炸云吞,有卖相,八粒大大的云吞,外表炸得金黄。但咬开之后觉得超级咸!跟服务员说,他很友善的过来解释,说这里云吞本来就做的偏咸,因为用来煮云吞的话就刚好,炸的是会咸,然后拿了一小碟沙拉酱给我们,说看看会不会好一点。不过还是咸,我是一口云吞一口热柠茶才勉强吃了两粒云吞,剩下4个只能任由它们躺在那里了。所以同学们真的要慎点!!!买单120港币,总体来说性价比还算高。…Read More

鸡唔可以任食的鸡煲放题

在香港的旅游饮食杂志《新假期》上看到这家餐厅的介绍,觉得好赞啊,刚好要去香港,就趁机会去吃一顿!1520为什么叫1520,我实在没搞明白。不过这家放题吃的是鸡!煲!火!锅!对于深圳来说鸡煲不是什么新鲜事了,但在香港鸡煲是最近两三年才兴起的。什么四川鸡煲重庆鸡煲,都已经不新奇了。看到这家店竟然有胡椒走地鸡蟹锅和日本龙虾鸡锅还有鲜鲍鱼鸡锅,让人跃跃欲试!召集了吃盟的小伙伴一行七人在晚餐放题时间攻上去了。餐厅的位置一下子真的不太好找,需要手机地图的帮助才能顺利找到。进到店里面客人不多,就3-4桌,因为餐厅是新开的,知道的人还不多。火锅炉是gas炉,明火会散发大量热量,但这里冷气很足,足够对付这些热气。点单后上锅底,用餐时间两个小时。配菜不是自取的,是要下单让服务员上,所以必然存在份量不足而且漏单的情况。饮料和雪糕自取,随便拿。调料只给酱油,其他蒜蓉辣椒都要另外收费$10。我们点了招牌胡椒走地鸡蟹锅和日本龙虾鸡锅,膏蟹、龙虾都是每人半只,而且还很瘦,大失望。好在鸡肉的质量和味道都还不错,个人觉得胡椒锅底更好吃,胡椒味比较香,热辣辣的也好吃。虽然叫鸡煲放题,但鸡肉却不可以再加,实在说不过去。那我们只好主攻其他肉类了,美国肥牛,手切牛肉,黄喉,鹅肠,芝心丸,虾滑,墨鱼滑等等。服务员对于我们加单的速度和食量都惊呆了,2小时的用餐时间,对她们来说应该很漫长。时间一到她们就急忙忙把我们的锅要撤走了。哈哈哈。…Read More

刚好走到海港城,就想着吃个PIZZA吧。万万没想到的是,原来这PIZZA走高端路线,价格实在太贵了!五个人,随便吃吃,价格上千!人均250港币!但食物真心好吃,非常推荐!头盘,沙拉,各点了两款。焗蘑菇,蘑菇釀入馬蘇里拉芝士、香草醬、羊奶芝士醬混入麵包碎,配以麵包條。蔬菜拼盤,有烤蒜蓉茄子、馬蘇里拉芝士及羅勒香草醬釀蘑菇、烤燈籠椒、焦糖洋蔥、乾番茄醬,口感丰富,味道多样,很喜欢。茴香肉腸薯仔沙律,材料有茴香肉腸、菠菜葉、薄荷葉、烤燈籠椒、青瓜、新薯、有機雞蛋、蜜糖芥末沙律醬、灑上特純橄欖油。主廚精選沙律,由雞肉、豬肘肉、芳堤娜芝士及 emmental 芝士、有機雞蛋、leccino 橄欖、酸豆、車厘茄、青菜沙律、招牌沙律醬组成。头盘和沙拉都很有诚意,材料正,味道好,瞬间一扫而空。重点菜式,PIZZA,点了两款。一是羅馬薄餅,餅底更大,足有13寸,更薄、更香脆。利古里亞海鮮薄餅,有蝦肉、青口、魷魚、蜆肉、銀魚柳、 leccino 橄欖、焗麵包碎、蒜蓉、蕃茜、檸檬、白汁。口感酥脆,像饼干。二是傳統薄餅,那不勒斯式餅底,11寸,选了帕爾馬薄餅。薄饼上有意大利風乾火腿、ricotta 芝士、巴馬臣芝士、迷迭香,饼底柔软有面粉香,个人更爱这一款。另外还点了两款主食,芝士菠菜麵卷和煙三文魚蝴蝶粉。芝士菠菜麵卷釀入 ricotta 芝士、菠菜、白汁、番茄醬及巴馬臣芝士,口感特别。煙三文魚蝴蝶粉由煙三文魚、露筍、蝴蝶粉配以香滑刁草汁制成,粉的口感偏硬,是大家都喜欢的口感,好评。服务费10%,食物价格偏贵,但真心赞啊。…Read More
