放工後和同事一起到銅鑼灣 Coedo Taproom happy hour,我們最愛這裡的露天座位,環境旺中帶靜,氣氛輕鬆,而且食物水準也很好。坐下來,先上桌的當然是手工啤酒,同事點了風味清爽的瑠璃,自己點了帶著淡淡花香的毬花,大啖入口實在透心涼,伴著冰凍啤酒的下酒菜是新鮮熱辣的串燒,必吃的雞中翼,燒得香噴噴、皮脆肉嫩。大蔥雞肉, 肉汁豐富的雞肉以小撮柚子胡椒提味,清新醒胃。豬腩肉露荀卷,薄薄的腩肉帶點脂肪,捲著鮮嫩的露荀,鮮爽又香口。明太子白飯魚仔玉米薄餅,餅底脆薄,熱辣軟溶的芝士面,鋪滿雜菌、白飯魚及鹹香的明太子,一口咬下,拉絲延綿的芝士,就是令人停不了口。鰻魚梳乎厘飯,特式地以焗得蓬鬆的梳乎厘造型,蓋著軟綿綿的鰻魚飯,未入口,已傳來濃厚蛋香,面層口感輕盈酥化,內裡熱飯足料足味,鰻魚軟潤甘香,美味又飽肚。紅赤啤酒燜牛脷,小陶瓷鍋裡載滿濃稠湯汁,即時試呷,入口牛味香濃混著一點啤酒的微甘澀,再來一口牛脷,燜得軟腍入味,恰好的咬口感,還有那份量十足的薯泥,吸飽湯汁,口感綿密細緻,實在令人回味無窮之時,我們已決定明天午飯再來尋味,因為餐廳於八月份,會推出 Semi-lunch buffet,說到 buffet 愛吃的同事豈會錯過。…Read More

四季更迭,梅雨季節又到,乍暖還寒的陰晴天氣,實在令人心神不爽,食慾不振。今夜,決定到鉄人旨花開餐,討好一下脾胃。步入店內,清雅素淨的日系裝潢,滲著幽幽的低調華麗感,躊躇於坐在大圓桌吃個熱辣鉄板燒,還是坐在長長吧座吃個日式料理,猶豫之間步伐自然的走向長吧座,靜靜地坐在廚師的正前方,點上 Shika Omakase ,菜單全權交由廚師發辦。前菜三點,熊本縣和牛,捲入海膽,味道甘甜香潤。松葉蟹肉混入蛋黃醬,微酸清鮮,夠醒胃。紅酒安康魚肝,油香馥郁。右口魚灑上岩鹽,鹹鮮甘美。新鮮卜脹的真蠔,以晶瑩醋啫喱點綴,視覺味覺更上一籌。海膽混入小海蝦,清爽甘甜。炙燒金目鯛,口感嫩滑味鮮。巨大的龍蝦刺身,生氣勃勃,當然清甜鮮爽,彈性十足,輕輕於鹽板上一抹,就是回歸海洋的天然風味。這回轉個溫度,來個紫菜裹著一口燒拖羅,小小分量,十足美味。還有熱辣辣的南極犬牙銀鱈魚,面層微焦、內裡肉質雪白,深海魚的滋味,就是吃下滿口的軟滑油潤豐腴魚香,這時再咬口嫩紅的薑芽及青翠的小椒,平衡一下口感,太滿意了。手握壽司,醬油赤貝壽司,廚師巧手刀法,令赤貝賣相更悅目,入口先來淡淡青檸芳香,接著就是鮮爽柔彈。剝皮魚,面層肝醬甜美,魚肉質滑溜綿綿。時令的春子鯛,炙燒過後的焦香加上柚子的清香,咬下微黏的肉質,意想不到的清爽鮮甜。鯖魚,賣相誘人,春意盎然,青青的自餣昆布,恰好的鹹酸,蓋著一片淡紅的花辨,穩穩的青草花香,滿滿春日滋味。赤鱸魚,甘香潤甜。右口魚邊,入口即化,暖暖的與京蔥及米飯融合,味道豐厚。北海道海膽飯,面層金黄亮澤的海膽,蓋著混上拖羅粒的米飯,口感甜潤綿密細緻。龍蝦湯,一口純粹的清鮮暖流入胃之後,再來一口冰涼微甜的紅豆雪糕,這餐實在吃得心領神會、心飽意足,其實無論曰子過得怎樣不爽,只要保著脾胃溫飽,這抹幸福確實能夠萌生繼續往前邁進的動力。…Read More

農曆年將近,朋友相約一起年夜飯,我們決定到銅鑼灣的酒鍋熱哄哄地吃一餐。餐廳位於二十七樓高層,落地窗外眺望無敵開揚維港景致。室內裝潢是時尚跳格的中國風,樓底挑高,空間感十足,坐在這裡吃火鍋,實在舒適開懷。我們先點了招牌湯底酒火入鍋,五格大鍋,五種不同口味湯底,中間是木瓜鍋、外圍分別是蕃茄波士頓龍蝦鍋、清湯蘿蔔牛腩鍋、四川麻辣鍋及潮州沙嗲鍋,每種湯底亦足料足味,最愛是滋潤養生的木瓜湯鍋,店員注酒起火,再放乾冰,冒起裊裊白煙混著淡淡酒香,令人看得心花怒放,胃口大開,切記不要錯過,熬煮過後綿密甜美的木瓜。即時混醬起筷,先吃頂級安格斯牛小排,放入清湯鍋內輕灼,送入口中,油潤軟腍,牛香濃厚,混著清湯倍加鮮甜。黑毛豬豚腩肉玫瑰花併盤,賣相美美的玫瑰花造型,放入麻辣湯內,對味對色,實在的咬口感,滲著麻辣的辛香,十分美味。新鮮亮澤的海鮮併盤,有蟶子、扇貝、海中蝦及花甲,最愛是滑溜鮮甜的蟶子,以及雪白彈牙的海蝦。黑松露蝦蟹餃,混上墨魚汁的外皮,其貌不揚的烏黑外表,內裡其實是鮮味十足。應節感滿點的鵪春蛋福袋,腐皮加上綿綿的鵪春蛋,口感豐厚。七星報喜,墨魚丸混上悅目的七彩顏色,彈彈的吃出愉悅心情。開心小企鵝及咪走雞,雖然是同樣的墨魚丸風味,但看著其可愛的造型,實在令人吃得開心。蜂巢豆腐,放入香氣濃郁的沙嗲鍋,疏鬆的質感,吸飽沙嗲湯,入口唧唧的滲出湯汁,吃得過癮。即炸手工紫菜嚮鈴卷,巧手地以紫菜捲上嚮鈴,多份香脆滋味。蔬菜併盤,翠綠、紫紅、金黃的西蘭花、搭配著南瓜、羽衣甘藍、粟米及生菜,品種精挑多樣。什菌併盤,四款菇菌全都新鮮清爽。壓軸的就是龍蝦湯稻庭烏冬,口感柔韌的烏冬,掛滿濃稠的龍蝦湯汁,甘鮮味美。吃得飽飽,呷啖冰凍的洛神花茶,微微酸甜,清熱滋潤。朋友的 Lychee Energizer ,味道清新醒神。這頓年夜飯,吃得心神飽足,我們即時祈願今年「肚滿腸肥」…Read More

工作過後的歡樂時光,總是令人有所期待,今夜目標,就是飲飽食醉,慰勞一下疲憊心神,地點早已定案為中環和安里的 Don X Sushi Generation,餐廳設有兩層,簡約時尚日系裝潢,燈光暖和,倘大明亮的開放式廚房設於一樓,圍繞著幾個 Bar 座,我們沿著旋轉樓梯而上,側面水泥牆身巧手地以小石砌成海魚圖案點綴,二樓空間不大,但坐下來感覺還不錯,即時點了越前冰梅酒放鬆一下,梅香鮮明、酒香柔和,清爽順喉透心涼。看著精簡的餐牌,朋友秒速點了晚間限定的季節丼(松葉蟹丼) ,自己則點了自選壽司18件。前菜漬物先上桌,淡鮮的帶子邊裙、翠綠野菜混著胡麻醬汁,吃得醒胃。18件壽司,分別有中拖羅、赤身、油甘魚、深海池魚、鯛、秋刀魚、沙甸、赤貝、北寄貝、帆立貝、象拔蚌、甘海老、穴子、海膽、三文魚子、飛魚子、蟹肉及金目鯛,伴著味噌湯一併送上,先呷口熱湯暖暖胃,接著把眼前色澤嫩紅的中拖羅一啖送入口,綿綿的溶化於口中,就是濃厚的魚油香。赤身魚脂較少,純粹的魚鮮。油甘魚滑溜溜的鮮甜。銀光閃閃的秋刀魚,魚香厚重。近期愛上的沙甸魚,口感鮮嫩軟滑。金黃的海膽,綿密甘香。金目鯛肉質細膩肥美。卜脹剔透的三文魚子,微鹹鮮香。18款壽司亦新鮮亮澤,實在吃得心花眼亂,魚鮮無窮。朋友的松葉蟹丼,載滿蟹膏及海膽的蟹蓋,伴著BB蜜瓜及蔥花,還有一大碗鋪滿雪白松葉蟹肉丼,我們先欣賞一下悉心鋪排的進食流程,店員先關燈,隨即燃點蟹蓋,蟹膏徐徐滾熱,微焦鮮香撲鼻而來,接著店員將溫熱的蟹膏與海膽拌勻,再放入蟹肉丼上,灑點蔥花,朋友急不及待大啖送入口中,蟹膏甘香溫潤、蟹肉清甜鮮美、混著軟綿柔韌的白飯,實在令人吃過不停,滿口海滋味,這時,就來咬口BB蜜瓜,味蕾清爽一刻,再起筷,一大碗松葉蟹丼,就這樣給朋友幹掉,滿足之極。吃到飽足,來個酥化朱古力小泡芙,甜甜的回甘美味。今夜目標達成,明天繼續努力。…Read More

今天與朋友在灣仔閒逛,晚餐選了來自大阪的神虎麵商店,吃至愛的拉麵。先來個辛辣大荳芽菜,鮮爽惹味,非常醒胃。接著,點了香港限定的海老虎拉麵,再追加精選配料 ,原隻味付溏心蛋、整叉燒(豚腩肉)味付筍及紫菜,令海老虎變得更豐富。一會,賣相氣勢滿分的海老虎上桌,大堆頭的櫻花蝦鋪滿湯面,先呷啖熱湯,入口充滿鮮蝦的美味,再咬下份量十足的西班牙秘製豬腩肉,半肥多瘦,口感軟嫩、肉汁豐富、油潤甘香。還有兩粒自家製丸子,以豬肉、蓮藕粒及多種配料手打而成,入口彈彈的,味道清爽美味。掛滿湯的麵條,爽口之中帶著一點韌度,這個重口味的海老虎,實在鮮美無窮。朋友的神虎拉麵,淡色的賣相,用料依然豐富,木耳、洋蔥絲、青蔥、溏心蛋、丸子,配上日式叉燒,麵條泡浸於濃稠乳白的豬骨湯𥚃,味道鮮甜滋味,令人吃得心飽意足。神虎餃子,即叫即煎,蘸點餃子醬油,入口金黃酥脆,餡料新鮮,充滿肉汁。飲品點了綠茶可樂,淡淡綠茶清香,舒爽怡神。神虎拉麵商店裝潢簡約樸實,空間比一般拉麵店寬敞,讓食客可以自在舒適的坐下來,慢慢享受用料十足的拉麵,當然份外滋味。…Read More

今夜,與朋友在登龍街覓食,看見新開的 Steak Bar,有我喜愛的吉列炸牛扒,二話不說,立即入內。先點了我最愛的吉列炸牛扒餐,店員送上新鮮即炸的牛扒,外面金黃酥脆,內裡肉質淺嫩粉紅,接著開爐點火,放上牛油,待爐熱透後,把牛扒放上,生熟度因應自己喜好,我的當然是半熟已夠,熱騰騰香噴噴的牛扒,灑上海鹽,咬下一口,外層酥化香脆,夾著內裡軟滑鮮嫩,口感豐富,牛香撲鼻,非常美味。另外,套餐還有清爽的日式沙律、醒胃的麻醬荳腐,當然還有一碗新鮮熱辣的飯素白飯,一口牛扒,一口白飯,實在滋味無窮。朋友的羊架餐,同樣有前菜,沙律及白飯,羊架一客三件,煎得微焦,肉質柔韌細緻,少少油脂,滿滿油香,朋友說無需蘸上醬汁,原汁原味,就是最好。Steak Bar 舊址位於中環蘭桂芳,相比起舊店,這裡的空間更寬敞舒適,加上地點更方便,相信日後必成為我的食堂。…Read More

雖說盛夏已至,但對椰子雞鍋的熱情依然未能冷卻,今夜,又到8咪半的同仁四季,來吃個清香四溢的椰子雞鍋。入座後,先點了半份椰子雞,調好醬汁,店員已送上椰子湯底,待湯底慢慢滾透,放入雞件,以漏斗計時,約8分鐘,即可起筷,吸飽椰子湯精華的雞件,肉質清爽嫩滑,帶著嚼勁,蘸上沙薑及青檸醬汁,味道層次更鮮美,接著呷口熱辣靚湯,清澈清香又清甜。吃罷雞,火鍋開始,首先放入鮮冬菇,待火鍋尾升進食。接著當然是安格斯牛肉,輕輕一灸,已可進食,牛味濃厚,肥瘦適中,軟潤嫩滑。手打墨丸及蝦丸,點了小份量,各兩粒,恰好的兩人共享。彈牙的蝦丸,鮮味十足。墨魚丸內裡裹住粒粒墨魚,真材實料,有口感。桂花蚌,清透亮澤,爽口鮮甜。這時,鮮冬菇已泡得較腍入味,吸飽椰子雞湯精華,水潤清香又美味。還有翠綠的萵荀,切得透薄,輕泡一下熱湯,淡淡的青鮮,爽口爽胃。飽餐後,Live band 已進場,吹奏著嘹亮的 Saxophone ,我們慢慢的呷著熱茶,享受著餐廳為我們準備的這個餘興。…Read More
