來過好幾次,都有吃意粉和牛扒,印象深刻,所以早兩日再上嚟坐吓,叫碟牛扒食吓。牛扒面焦脆,口感好好,唔知廚師有咩秘技整到咁呢?牛扒食過幾次都無伏,穩陣之選👍另外叫了碟薯條,友人找來了些沙茶醬,沙茶醬配薯條我都係第一次食😂😂😂 真係味覺和文化嘅衝擊!(我哋仲問店員借咗副board game嚟玩添!)飲品就叫了杯熱華田,特別要求多啲粉香濃啲,店員無托手踭!友人飲蘋果汁,走健康路線店內電視在重播live music ,睇睇吓發現Judas Law都有上嚟唱過,下次唔知佢幾時再上嚟?成晚都唔算好多人,坐得幾舒服呀…Read More

路過春秧街,發現有一間不太起眼的麵包店,前面是店舖,後面是工場 - 越來越少麵包店是這樣運作,舊式的才會這樣,連鎖的一早換作中央工場了。見到一件卷蛋才$4.5,便買來試試。比較大件,奶油是兒時吃到鹹味的那款,舊式的味道。另外有一件吃到的應該是卷蛋頭,邊緣收尾有點粗糙,票會像工場貨每件都標準樣式整整齊齊,這才是手造的味道呀!可以買一條卷蛋的,一條5件才$18,都足夠為一個大男人作一頓午餐了。下次路過再試試其他麵包,想也會是抵食夾大件…Read More

此店新開張兩三星期,心癢癢來一試。店主是外國人,One Man Band忙個不停。我點了一個羊肉卷(lamb kebab), 配上薯條及可樂一罐。羊肉卷味道不錯的,餡料豐富,醬汁用上了乳酪,配上羊肉真的幾夾。薯條新鮮炸起,不像牡丹樓那樣幼條,當然好食。店主話本地人不喜歡吃辣的東西,所以調節了口味。我說我喜歡吃辣,他便立即端出橙色的辣醬,一副「早講嘛老哥」嘅眼神。加了辣醬後更添風味!另外一則閒事:店主以為我是外賣速遞員來拿訂單,我說我不是外賣仔,堂食!吃罷,的確有點像去了外國吃kebab roll的感覺!…Read More

老遠去大西北中的西北某商場一樓尋找此店,到埗再赫然發現店家是一家外賣店。賣的飯款有五款,統一價$68。第一次來當然要選店家招牌產品。由於不設堂食,唯有拿到隔鄰建生邨公園開餐。一打開,發現有飯有甜品有麵豉湯,另配上應該是自家製的微辣香草醬汁(溫泉蛋另加$10)。味道還好的,只是肉的份量可以再多一點....而且不設堂食,在外面吃飯可是一身汗.....除非是住在附近吧,否則不值得專程到訪了。麵豉湯味道合我味美,送的朱古力brownie....既然是送的,就不計較太多了。…Read More

晚餐 。炮台山開了新店,見有雞白湯拉麵供應,路過一試。湯不是很厚身的款式,但雞味非常濃郁,再加上是沾麵湯的關係就更濃味。麵質方面偏硬,餐牌介紹是麵曾冷凍過以帶來更彈牙口感,我個人喜歡硬身的麵質,所以我覺得很好。然後慢煮雞肉味道有點特別,我不懂形容,肉質不乾。豚肉邊用火槍燒過,有陣陣焦香味,幾香。店家提醒,肉本身有味,刻意分碗另上,我試過把肉沾點湯吃,還是原味最好。麵吃完後,可以請店員給點熱的鰹魚湯加進雞白湯,然後喝下肚中。曾說過不在香港吃燒鰻魚 ,但今晚破戒一試,肉質是新鮮彈牙,真的剛剛烤好,味道比坊間吃到的烤鰻魚好,但跟在日本吃到的味道還差一點點。$68算不算貴就見人見智,但我覺得以這樣的質素來說,是個可以接受的價錢。…Read More
