$220 嘅焗豬扒飯（lunch set 連加一），整體賣相以及配套，無論色香味或服務水平都係水準以上。以為入口必定好味冇得輸，但點知全塊豬扒都係筋，仲要𡁻極都唔斷（見圖）。由滿心期待至到失望，忍唔住向店員反映之後，店員感覺唔好意思, 就送左件店內出名既出爐宮崎豬叉燒我試。但結果係都係平平無奇, 冇香氣冇咬口冇𡁻頭，更豬肉味道欠奉, 汁料得個甜字。徹底死心。大約同級既餐廳，我情願揀「明閣」嘅叉燒；或者價錢平一半去「太平館」食焗豬扒飯好過。…Read More

難得今日沒有人龍, 興致勃勃地買了幾個scone 返公司下午茶…被那金黃鬆脆的外皮吸引的scone, 竟沒有軟綿帶濕潤感的內餡, 乾淨淨, 莫說奶香就連一口牛油香氣也沒有, 像cinnamon roll 一樣得個樣, 得個大字, 雖沒有clotted cream 及果醬，但整體味道失衡, 連Starbxxxs比佢還要好吃, 食之無味棄之可惜. 要在灣仔這臥虎藏龍的bakery中立足, 必須進步更多。 希望有一日會有番堅尼地城總鋪開業時那”嘩”一聲的感覺。…Read More

Lunch time 去左一次，乜 cake 都賣晒，要 3 點半先有 renew。之後 3 點七去到，己經有 20 人排緊隊，cake 款式得返 7 款，仲要大部分係朱古力。結果最後買左梨同埋xx花味 favour，仲有 2 個"掟死狗"面包。Cake 剩係得個樣，冇乜質感，一件太甜，一件又太淡。中環咁既價位既 cake 真係周街都係，而最重要既係好食好多。如果唔係 Amenda 日日企係間鋪度，肯定冇人幫襯。睇怕都唔會有下次… …Read More
