多元化的燒肉店~光吃牛角飯都夠滿足

牛角這間餐廳真的不錯了~吃了好幾年最近一次去發現價錢好像貴了,但是份量就比以前多,而且賣相更精緻~是日星期日去,大約晚上七點鐘在門口等位嘅人不少,我們兩個人大約等左半個鐘至九個字,入到去安排坐係二人枱,面積比較少當上菜嘅時候都冇乜位擺,比較逼,閒日嘅話兩個人可以坐大枱就會食得更暢快更舒服~Order了以下嘅食品:包括燒肉五品盛合、四品野菌盛合、牛角飯、雞翼、廣島蠔、骨付牛肋肉、鰻魚同雪糕銅鑼燒抹茶味:)不要小看這個四品野菌盛合:)有冬菇、雞髀菇、大啡菇同白蘑菇,放係爐邊慢慢烤等火力將佢嘅菇汁鎖死 平日都好鍾意食菇類~因為蘑菇充滿鐵、蛋白質同氨基酸,味道好之餘又有食用價值~牛角飯係一碗日本米淋上日式甜醬油再加上紫菜,如果就咁食一碗牛角飯,其實唔需要任何餸都可以好好食 因為佢實在太好味,當然我會用燒肉來作陪襯啦哈哈廣島蠔係用一個錫紙兜載着,佢上面有一舊牛油~店員教就咁將個錫紙兜擺係爐邊燒,直至收水⋯⋯過一陣就差唔多縮晒水,散發住一陣好香嘅牛油味:)食得唔好嘥,我哋將配菜粟米都浸一浸牛油燒落更加香哈哈燒肉五品盛合嘅內容都好豐富,入面有雞肉、薄切牛舌、豬頸肉、牛角上級牛肋肉同腹胸肉~最鍾意嘅就係牛舌,將兩邊燒大約30秒然後點一點檸檬汁或者加小小鹽就好好味,我個人來講唔係咁鍾意食厚切,因為口感無咁爽,而雞肉燒到皮脆一脆先食,但小心燒焦~鰻魚的價錢比較貴,分量亦較少,但自己好鍾意食所以冇所謂啦~將四邊燒一燒令到表皮香脆,達到外脆內軟嘅口感,再點一點甜醬油食~雪糕銅鑼燒有抹茶同雲呢拿味,簡左抹茶,店員好好服務咁幫我地換左個爐面同碗碟,放係爐度燒30秒左右,令到個銅鑼熱熱地而雪糕又keep到凍,又凍又熱食落好過癮:)…Read More

是日到達亨利中心樓下時,還是打算食壽司的,到入𨋢一刻突然改變主意了大慨是因為最近食太多壽司,咁岩又留意到十五樓有間打著旗號吃和牛的燒肉店,一於試下:)可能是閒日點半鐘的時間,去到只有一枱客人,有心吃得舒服的朋友記得Book位,因為佢有啲吧枱對於食燒肉黎講係坐得唔舒服同大油煙~我Order了一個純和牛3色盛會席同一款和牛分了三份,是屬於不同部位,每一款的雪花都是很平均很豐富,每邊燒大約一分鐘,入口外脆內軟,就連那配角南瓜片也很甜同事則Order了純特上會席一件過的和牛排,貪心的她為了同時能夠吃牛舌而點這個,幸好她才分了一塊給我這個比較瘦一點,但肉味還是十分香濃,而牛舌配上檸檬汁來送飯吃很不錯~店員的服務很好,有禮及會介紹牛排的部位和食法,見隔離枱問有關食材的問題都能答得頭頭是道,我的爐燒得有點煙她會主動調低火力,值得推介:)…Read More

蘭桂坊的高空~來自銀座的新派日菜

在熱鬧的蘭桂芳屹立著一幢摩登的加州大廈,六樓全層是一間來自東京銀座的俺の割烹,店鋪設有室內和室外,晚上可以與三五知己飲杯Cocktail吹吹水~是日晚上八點幾到達,原本是為著菠蘿creme brulee而來,看了看Menu發現了不少很吸引的煮物,最後點了俺の煮廚海膽 配高湯啫喱、精選刺身薄切 配油醋汁、主角和牛富士溶岩石燒、銀鱈魚西京燒和甜品法式菠蘿燉蛋~:)俺の煮廚海膽 配高湯啫喱很新穎的Fusion菜式,晶瑩通透的高湯啫喱是由雞肉燉成的法式清湯,內有幾份鮮甜嫩滑的海膽,清新的啫喱配上一點來自魚子的咸味,底下有點像蒸蛋的就是蘿蔔mousse,不過味道吃不出蘿蔔味,倒是感到滑漏無比精選刺身薄切 配油醋汁刺身共三款 帶子、墨魚和𩶘魚,這道菜的焦點卻落在配角身上,是炸黑蒜混合魚子和自家製油醋,黑蒜香口又脆,配合刺身食用感覺很新鮮:)和牛富士溶岩石燒這餐的主角~賣相相當不錯,和牛面有炸蒜片配有白蘿蔔茸和醬汁,配菜有紅菜頭、露荀和香菇。和牛的份量不少,放上熱騰騰的「溶岩石」上,保持食物衡溫之餘又不會令牛肉熟透,和牛色澤粉嫩,含蓄的埋藏著豐富的肉汁,油脂分布均勻,雖然放入口不是即溶咁誇張,但可感受口腔裏那油溢四濺的興奮快感~銀鱈魚西京燒魚肉嫩滑,可是魚皮烤得有點過火,如果面頭塗上甜醬去燒,配上沙拉醬這個食法會比較好法式菠蘿燉蛋期待了這個甜品很久,細味之下它是做得很有心思的,首先燉蛋面的糖衣烤得香脆,面頭有點爆炸糖,好耐都無吃過呢!配上一球爆炸糖菠蘿雪糕,好暴力好過癮~吃到最後原來有一大片菠蘿肉,認真好吃~…Read More

銅鑼灣希雲街開遍了甜品店,沿恩平道往下走,會去到這個旺中帶靜、靜中帶旺的老地方。以前這裡只有抹茶雪糕賣,在時代巨輪的逆轉下,現在又有紫薯雪糕、生果雪條、娘親雞蛋仔等等,最近就發現了一間《MYOC》的特式咖啡店:)《MYOC》解作Make Your Own Coffee,主打咖啡Mix & Match,店鋪面積雖然不大,但坐在窗邊位又有種愜意的感覺,多想在這裡看看英文書,悠閒的打發一個下午⋯店員拿來了「Menu」,是一張精美的手繪咖啡圖,單是咖啡就多達八十一款選擇,另外有一點西式Pancake和小吃,既然為著咖啡而來,就主要點選了兩杯咖啡,分別是Golden Bird Cage 金鳥籠咖啡和 Popstar爆谷星星咖啡。Golden Bird Cage的金鳥籠是用焦糖絲包著雲呢拿雪糕,中層有點冰粒,下面就是Espresso,最底有點蜜糖。咖啡不得不讚,香濃的咖啡味,不帶半點酸味,沒記錯應該是巴西加墨西哥的咖啡豆,墨西哥咖啡豆特別之處是其味道屬於中性,味道芳香柔和,帶有良質的酸性,加上頂層的雪糕點綴一下,睇得又食得:)至於Popstar就是以Espresso冰塊築起,面頭一球雲呢拿雪糕,加上幾粒爆谷仔,旁邊附上一小杯Espresso給你淋下去,食友說這杯咖啡不太香濃,可能是以玩味為主,純粹過癮,這杯作品並不在手繪Menu之內,而是在牆身的畫板上,爆谷標榜出產自Garrett Popcorn,源自芝加哥的可口焦糖爆谷:)飲著咖啡,望出窗外感受這個下午的悠閒景緻,想著一些人生哲理:人生就像是一杯咖啡,有苦的滋味;有甜的香醇,人生有苦有樂,苦盡甘來⋯⋯…Read More

上文提到,黃雨之下,來了新城市廣場覓食,下午吃完銀座梅林,行左一陣街就到夜晚,雖然唔係好肚餓,但點都要試下呢間「壽司廣廚房」:)事關本人都算係壽司廣既常客,多數係銅鑼灣分店食,今次見佢開係沙田實在覺得奇怪,重要加上「廚房」兩隻字,究竟點解呢?六點幾去到,先睇睇個Menu哇一聲先,價錢實在好平好抵,一個壽司Set大約二百幾蚊,呢個價錢係壽司廣只係食到午餐,夜晚就實過千,所以即刻仆入去啦。帶位既姐姐有點奇怪,就係店鋪有大量位置,佢係都要將啲人迫埋一堆,正常黎講六點幾呢個時間唔會多人,兩個人坐一張四人枱,正常坐滿先開始搭枱;但佢就一開始已經要所有客人搭枱,開頭我同食友坐四人枱,見間鋪咁多位,放左個袋係隔離,但帶位既姐姐就係都要帶個客過黎坐,個客坐左陣都要求坐去吧枱其實日式壽司店只有吧枱先會坐埋一起,同隔離左右同師傅交流下,而其他枱都會畀番一定既私隱客人,就算你想幫公司賺更多而要求所有人搭枱,安排入座既時候應該知會一聲,就算係要搭都應該將枱與枱之間保留一段距離~Order了兩個壽司Set,價錢大約二百元一份,食物方面確實是一分錢一分貨,質素與賣相都相對地平民化,魚子軍艦和海膽軍艦既紫菜都係林曬,吞拿魚都三文魚都唔係咁肥美,我地另外散叫左件鰻魚壽司,反而佢燒得幾好食:)可能是將貨就價既關係,Wasabi都改用左一般既加工貨,並唔似壽司廣本店既用新鮮山葵研磨,感覺有點失望,喜歡食有質素的壽司朋友,還是去番銅鑼灣、尖沙咀本店食吧~…Read More

今日天公不造美,整天下著黃雨,咁岩今日係王子我考車牌既大日子,濕滑既公路加上白汒汒既街景實在令人擔心,好彩最後都能夠一Take Pass成為新牌仔:)完左之後就入室內避下雨先,好耐無行過新城市廣場,佢比我既印象重係有一個大噴水池係中間,可惜依加已經被各大品牌進駐,唯一慶幸既係多左唔少質素較好既餐廳。下午三四點想食個午飯既選擇不多,因為大多數餐廳都落場或得番下午茶,於是來了出名食吉列定食既銀座梅林了~由於下午三四點的關係,我是餐廳唯一的客人,銀座梅林有多款招牌菜式 ,而鎮店之寶非吉列豬扒莫屬,但有少少貪心既關係嗌左個雜錦吉列定食,有大蝦、豬柳、蠔、魚柳(),另附上生菜絲、茶碗蒸同味噌湯。店鋪標榜使用頂級綿實油,係百分百日本製造並無反式脂肪令每塊豬排,食落確實係香脆可口但不油膩,是吉列店成功的要素之一!大蝦確實夠大,係足足有八吋長既虎蝦,彈牙又鮮甜,食完真係會變大頭蝦吉列蠔都係大大隻,同樣香脆可口,外脆內軟~可惜我係一隻井底之蛙既關係,真係未見過吉列定食會有魚柳即刻唸起大快樂既早餐,哈哈~但店內既吉列醬汁我就唔太特別鍾意,雖然佢係創自1927年,由多款香料、鮮果和蔬菜混合而成,但食落同吉列食物唔係太夾~下次再想食吉列豬扒時,會番番去丼吉:)…Read More

鰻魚飯的情意結~幸村

找遍全港也要吃正宗又美味的炭燒鰻魚飯,可惜就是找不到,以前去過中環IFC吃「礼Rei」覺得不錯,今天鰻魚癮起打算再去啦,竟然結業了 之後記起亨利中心這裡有不少日式餐廳,聽說這裡的浦燒鰻魚飯不錯,於是去試一試了。由於Walk in的關係,都是抱著僥倖的心態上去,餐廳不大,只有一層,分戶內和戶外(戶外吃壽司好像有點怪怪的?),侍應說只有戶外位置,一場來到唯有坐住先,坐左兩分鐘,侍應話有人取消左Booking,所以幫我去轉左去吧枱環境即刻升級左,重有冷氣嘆。午市御膳價錢由$150~$280,有壽司盛合、魚生飯和定食等等~我點了個浦燒鰻魚飯,友人點了個幸村壽司盛合~嗌完之後,侍應走過黎話頭先搞錯左,要我地坐番出面咁混亂都有既?浦燒鰻魚飯($190)包沙律、前菜、Sashimi、茶碗燕同味噌湯,而幸村壽司盛合就無左Sashimi,多左個Udon~Sashimi的鮑魚仔幾彈牙同香甜,三文魚、油甘魚同鯛魚係新鮮既;茶碗蒸同前菜都是正常貨色;個鰻魚飯真係令我眼前一亮,鰻魚大大件又肥美,燒得熱騰騰,擺入口既時候重有少少辣親個嘴,鰻魚肉質嫩滑多汁,無骨,鰻魚底下鋪滿燒玉子條同紫菜,第一次食鰻魚飯配玉子燒,個感覺幾特別,個飯好香,王子我咁大食都覺得非常飽滿:)幸村壽司盛合($230)一共有八件壽司,後來又上了六件卷物和海膽壽司,友人說拖羅、燒海鰻和燒右口魚特別好吃,拖羅都不需要咀嚼就直入胃部溶化了;右口魚好少食到,佢同左口魚有咩分別呢?佢既肉質非常滑溜,體形較小,魚骨既軟且脆,日本人也喜歡原條炸香,佐酒一流,餐廳以火灸既做法亦很好。而左口魚肉較結實,魚油豐富,通常會薄切做刺身以品嘗其鮮味甘香~由於友人唔食海膽,所以我有幸吃一件海膽壽司,味道有點腥,但腥得來又甘甜,不鞋口,吃得過癮最後上既係Udon,基本上食完個SET已經好飽啦,所以同友人一人一半,Udon煮得很彈牙,個昆布湯底好清,雖然話已經好飽但都食晒~價錢來講分量係好足,這裡的壽司可能不是太突出,但鰻魚飯的確好正~期待有更好的出現:)…Read More

到川善茶居的其中一個原因,是個「茶」字,其二是古色古香的裝橫,茶室開在上環這個老地方,如果是假日來的話,可以慢慢感受街道上的寧靜,順道走走去荷李活道的原創坊,體驗一下本港的創意產業:)在昌盛大廈按五字樓開𨋢就是了,是日輪候的人不少,但我們都要在茶室外等候,沒有冷氣和焗捉的環境使我和食友差點放棄,加上店員只有三數名,即使有空座她們也不是很快可以安排到⋯⋯如是這等了約四十五分鐘,就進去了,選擇了坐戶外的地方,因為座位是比較寬敞,又不用搭枱~這杯是Matcha Soul,抹茶的靈魂,加入了豆奶、蜜糖和木樨,抹茶味濃郁,木樨經熱力帶動散發一點點的桂花香Matcha Angel Cake,抹茶天使帶來凡間的禮物?是一件簡單不花巧的抹茶蛋糕Matcha Snow White,抹茶白雪,一杯凍抹茶加上香草雪糕,始終熱飲才能帶出抹茶香~但這作為夏日的消暑良品就最好不過了:)…Read More

Wally出沒注意~紅白間的誘惑

快樂,就是一場簡單的捉迷藏~小時候,曾經迷上整個系列的《Where's Wally》一段時間,從圖書館借來大大本的彩色畫冊,每晚總要找到主角Wally為止才罷休。今天再拿起畫冊玩起來,耐性沒有了,重有點眼花呢!知道今次是Wally在港的首個大型展覽,除了欣賞之外,當然就係要食啦:)咁岩Pizza Express海港城分店有限定推出的Wally食品,一於去試下啦~原來即日也可以在網上訂座,中午預先訂了五點半鐘的枱,所以不用等位~以Wally為主題的食物有三款,分別是Pizza、Cheesecake和Cappuccino,由於對甜品沒什麼興趣,所以只點了Pizza和Cappuccino,另外加了沙律和意粉。首先吃的是紅菜頭沙律,有紅菜頭、意大利藍芝士、菠菜葉、火箭菜、合桃和黑醋沙律汁,這個沙律十分開胃又健康,紅菜頭多汁健康,有助降低血壓,藍芝士經發酵後散發陣陣香味,很軟滑,與紅菜頭的味道很匹配~之後就是以Wally那經典紅白間衣服為主題的Pizza,這個Pizza製作略為簡單,可能不想破壞主題,除了車厘茄和水牛芝士外,就只簡單加了少量羅勒作點綴,味道簡單但貼題~另外點了一個蟹肉白酒汁意粉,有蟹肉、蒜蓉、蕃茜、辣椒、白酒、檸檬油和檸檬角,這道菜有點理想與現實的感覺,就是蟹肉比較少,但價錢是意粉中最貴,吃落沒什麼蟹肉,反而辣椒多了點,搶過了蟹肉的鮮味,感覺普普通通,如果多一點檸檬和白酒,少一點辣椒應該會更好~最後就是Wally's Cappuccino,就是正常咖啡的味道,但看著Wally的帥氣樣,內心又會覺得是好喝的哈哈Wally之所以出現在現實世界,是因為他掉失了一隻鞋子,大家今天起要幫忙留意啊~…Read More
