對於食拉麵無乜研究既我今日比個好鐘意食拉麵既朋友拉左去佢屋企附近話新開無耐既新拉麵店食麵。係咁多野食既教育路中又真係唔知唔覺多左出黎既新店舖,記憶中呢個位之前都係做麵食既,不過舖位就大d呢間小店似乎拎左佢半間店黎做拉麵生意間舖頭細細,只有一個店員同一個廚師(估計),而店面就得3張4人枱加1張雙人枱。餐牌就係簡簡單單精一拉麵同埋有d期間限定小食一入到店舖,職員知我地第一次黎會好有心機咁簡介下d麵食選擇,基本上3款麵底,而辣味湯底都有成譚仔3小辣既程度,所以以bb班程度既我地自然選其他2款湯底。我選左個原味雞白湯朋友就選左期間限定鰹魚湯配料主要都係叉燒,雞肉同流心蛋。叉燒肥瘦適中,雞肉滑嫩,流心蛋夠流心。我對自己嗌既原味湯底好有驚喜,食得出廚師逐碗泡製既心機,絕對唔係出邊連鎖/一般拉麵店所帶比你既粗食填肚感。朋友話佢既湯底味道比較單一但佢鐘意佢個湯底多d,而我試左一啖佢既湯底又會鐘意自己嗌呢個湯底多d,感覺層次比較豐富。最後我地仲嗌左d小食,呢度加小食2x不等,又係即叫即炸,廚師炸工一流,所有炸物香脆可口,尤其個炸雞真係咬開入邊仲鮮嫩多汁,非常推薦呢度雖然店舖細細,但有心有溫度,店面有禮有服務,真心推薦大家黎幫襯,希望元朗呢類小店能企得住,加油…Read More

去開油麻地搵朋友,佢話公司附近有間好多人食既越菜,叫我拎定位搵佢一齊試試。本黎都對等位興趣馬馬,不過為表誠意,等就等啦!間野係彌敦道483號2樓,其實好易搵,因為行到地下都有指示。果不出所料,食飯時間,都係多人等位,不過商廈地方,勝在有冷氣,等位唔使曬。等左15分鐘有得入,Ok 啦。食完見開始少人影既相,地方其實好闊落,坐得舒服。等到位朋友都到左,時間啱啱好朋友叫左個烤豬肉撈㩚加扎肉。飲品:椰青烤豬肉烤到仲有肉汁,唔算好肥,份量都好多,扎肉食到胡椒味,好味原個椰青夠冰涷,真係消暑一流。我叫左個番茄蟹粉湯粉,蟹粉用蒸蛋作底,鎖緊蟹粉的精華在其中。番茄湯味濃郁,豆卜軟身易入口。非常實惠飽肚。小食叫左蝦肉米紙卷:呢個正常發揮。甜品叫左個榴連糕,9蚊一塊,但榴連味極重,香滑抵食,鐘意食榴連既朋友一定要試。推介最好味既甜品:斑蘭糕綠色糕點,有住香香既斑蘭味,好有咬口,係坊間少見,暫時係我食過最好味既斑蘭糕,因為太好味既緣故,唔記得影相就食晒,推介大家黎到必試好後悔之前主食嗌得太多,唔係再叫多幾件食,下次要外賣返屋企食至得,大家記得留肚食呀!順便一提:呢度上菜快,侍應服務好,食完又會問返你意見抵讚…Read More
