之前聽朋友講Delifrance 有新Concept, 發現原來有一間叫Alfafa在康怡廣場入面, 平時好少經過嗰個位, 所以都搵左一陣先搵到...餐廳以open concept, 主色係白同淺綠, 望入去都幾soft幾舒服, 星期日晚七點幾去到唔駛等位價錢唔平我同我女人order左:賣相唔錯, 但食落菜唔算好新鮮, 黑醋有d杰, texture似syrup, garlic bread用左麥包, 怪怪的同上賣相唔錯, 我唔食mushroom所以唔comment賣相唔錯, 但肉質唔得, un同多根, 蕃薯片無特別賣相唔錯, 睇落好豐富, 不過味道麻麻, seafood無鮮味, 湯略spicy, angel hair texture ok, 龍蝦claw浸左d湯食得好le hea...雖然食物嘅賣相會影響食慾...但食材同味道都唔可以俾人有一個咁off 嘅expectation....…Read More

上星期六同一眾中學同學竹戰至七點, 大家都有點肚餓, 於是我就提議到附近的富嘉閣食, 因為我買左團購4人餐, (哈哈,可以套現)因為我之前已經去過一次食大閘蟹, 所以環境我唔多講, 不過我班同學都異口同聲話唔知原來Quarry Bay有一幢咁新的寫字樓.七點左右去到, 都好爆, 可能係星期六關係, 好彩臨時訂都受理 去到門口, 我地幾個男都以為睇錯, 因為有個貌似Kama的知客 , 佢見我地多個四個人(帶埋老婆/女友), 仲話可以按人頭加份量, 第五個人開始每人加$100 (好合理, 原本都係$97一個人全包)坐低之後, 侍應就推介罐裝飲品 (好似係汽水買3送1, 啤酒買2送1), 我地一行個個八十後, 當然落左搭啦, 我自己仲帶左一支紅酒 (因為知道唔洗開瓶費)團購4人餐富嘉三小碟蜜瓜螺頭湯鵝肝焗釀鮮鮑陳皮香酥骨西蘭花帶子牛肝菌煀雞白飯自選甜品份量唔多, 青瓜好好味湯渣唔多, 但好潤好清, 無落味精飲完湯就食鵝肝焗釀鮮鮑, 因為張相又Oversize,所以post唔到, 不過都好味 , 焗野夠香口出到碟帶子, 白飯亦跟隨而來, 我地foresee未必咁飽, 所以諗住加兩個可以撈飯的餸, 點知又有意外驚喜, 團購餐有一個特價小菜Menu, ~$58-$68, 我地就叫左紅酒燴牛尾同梅菜瓜甫牛肝菌煀雞, 我本身唔食菌類, 但我食黑松露, 我食得出d汗有松露甘甘地的味道, 撈飯食都唔錯 期待的一碟, 因為我好鍾意陳皮味, 加上香口得黎唔肥膩, 正!食完個餐, 都有七成飽, 仲有兩個額外加的餸和甜品 甜品有蛋白杏仁茶 同埋 合桃腰果露揀 (男人唔係太識品嚐甜品, 不過味道ok, 唔抗拒 食完埋單位位~$120有找, 算唔錯~ 推介給喜歡到服務及環境好的食客…Read More

十月頭在綠色團購網見到呢間中菜餐廳做團購四人餐優惠, 一日已經賣左500多份, 咁有號召力, 引起了我的興趣.我細心一睇, 原來好近我屋企 (小弟住太古), 於是買了一張團購 (未用, 諗住週末打牌同麻雀腳去試)剛剛前一天我阿媽打俾我話想食大閘蟹, 我就諗起富嘉閣 (因為近,同埋好奇), 夜晚九點下去問佢有無大閘蟹餐同book位, 佢話有二人同四人大閘蟹餐,啱哂放工揸車接左阿爸阿媽同老婆去富嘉閣, 第一次去嘉里中心, 個停車場好正, d位好闊落. 上到大堂, 有d入左5星級酒店嘅感覺.七點半左右入到去, 見到都坐左6成滿, 平日夜晚嚟講, 中菜餐廳算好生意喇部長行過來, 我就點左過兩個二人大閘蟹餐, $880 兩位用, OK la因為有d肚餓緣故, 前菜唔記得影相係鵝肝焗釀鮮鮑, 焗得唔錯, 看上去它的製法應該係將鵝肝蓉,洋蔥絲,鮮鮑絲撈埋釀入鮑魚殼焗,表面有金黃色,食落好香, 正!跟住就食大閘蟹大閘蟹好Standard, 去邊度食都差唔多, 最緊要係足秤第三味餸係蟹粉扒芙蓉好味, 鍾意佢蟹粉夠香, 蛋白夠滑, 食完之後部長仲每人沖左杯薑茶, 好夠薑味(我地叫部長沖多左一壺), 兼可以中和番大閘蟹嘅"涼"和"濕熱", 第四味係陳皮香酥骨iPhone 影左張相 file size太大...甜甜地, 好香口, 好有陳皮味, 送酒一流之後上左碟菜, 又唔記得左影, 不過係上湯浸菜, 好 Standard食到呢個moment, 大家都8成飽, 部長行過來問我地覺得好唔好食, 我地都讚好, 不過好似欠一碟特色少飯, 咁就夠口喇, 部長就推介我地食鍋仔乾逼豆豉雞, 我地見佢咁友善, 就即管信佢一次味道果然一等一, 鍋仔上夠哂熱, 香口但豆豉味唔怕太重, 雞肯定係新鮮雞, 無雪味, 份量又夠, 滿足! 最後部長再行過來, 我地俾左個"Like"佢, 佢話見我地食唔飽有d內疚, 送左碟水果俾我地跟餐仲有桂花燉雪梨糖水好清甜潤口食左兩粒半鐘, 通常食肆都俾兩個鐘free parking, 埋單時無預佢會俾三個鐘free我, 咁渦心,抵加分, 哈哈整體感覺十分好, 考慮以後轉為我嘅飯堂, 希望水準可保持 …Read More
