今日同朋友嚟到銅鑼灣呢間Poking,專食近年好流行嘅夏威夷魚生飯(Poke Bowl)!餐廳環境簡潔明亮,感覺舒服,好適合一個人嚟食或者同朋友輕鬆聚餐~我哋叫咗兩款 Bowl,另外加配料同試咗佢哋嘅Happy Hour清酒,真心推介!🍣 I’m Greedy Bowl ($158) 呢個名真係冇改錯,勁多料!有三文魚、吞拿魚、鮮蝦、蟹柳沙律、蟹籽、雞蛋絲、青瓜、枝豆同芝麻,配上傳統Shoyu醬油。我揀咗自選基底(Base)要咗沙律菜,感覺更清爽健康。所有食材都好新鮮,魚生切得大粒又鮮甜,蟹籽爆汁好過癮!加咗雞胸(+$?)增加蛋白質,食完成個 Bowl 超飽肚但又唔會膩,而且成碗只係451 kcal,減脂期都食得毫無罪惡感!🌶️ E.
