Walking into this restaurant next to repulse bay beach gives off great vibes especially on the weekend. The restaurant’s interior is very Thailand like, which makes for an easy-going atmosphere. The food was average and there was definitely nothing “wow” about it. It was easy for me to characterize this restaurant as a larger variety but nowhere near as good Samsen. I also have to add that I wouldn’t recommend the short rib as it was extremely fatty and just seemed like they used the same thing right out of Limewood (except with just different herbs and sauce). …查看更多

It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten at Meen & Rice. Although the decor and menu are getting old, the food still provides me with Sunday comfort. The Char Siu rice is still on point along with the rest of the meal as shown in my photos. If you are ever in need of comfort food on Repulse Bay beach, I would recommend coming here over all the other restaurants at the Pulse. …查看更多

It wasn’t until the very end till I realized the service wasn’t that great. So here’s the story:My booking time was scheduled to be from 6pm-8pm. However, as I just finished all the food, the waiters asked if I still wanted to order or else they will have to cut our booking time early (at the time it was only about 7ish pm). Don’t get me wrong, the waiters were good in terms of servicing the table; but what happened at the end? Regardless, even though the chicken skewers were cooked to perfection, I do think there are better yakitori places.
