I love the burgers at Triple - O's , decided to buy three different kinds of burger take away this time. 決定到新開的韓燒試試，前菜很有心思除了泡菜，芽菜，青瓜，蘿蔔外有比較特色的芝麻香花生和魚乾，色彩繽紛而且服務員會見主菜未來到為客人增添泡菜，而且很主動有禮貌。店舖以紅黑為主裝修型格，雖然沒有現在很常見的落枱的抽煙機但店內沒有太多油煙空氣味。網燒的火爐夠快而且不會容易黏爐，因此大部份的食材不須太多油鹽醃製，燒出原材料的鮮味。韓式柚子咖啡是第一次飲的黑咖啡配搭上柚子甜，感覺不是一般但喜歡齋啡的朋友可以一試。鮮烤原隻八爪魚，略帶粉紅已洗去表面的黏膜十分潔淨，味道較淡。半隻烤人參燒春雞原碟上是第一次燒的，在雞上灑上調味粉，職員教先烤底部，等肉質容易熟然後再反轉燒，肉質鮮嫩但雖要放多一點心機和耐性。烤日式煙燻五花腩肉有點像煙鴨胸的模樣，雖然是腩肉但口感彈牙很juicy經燒烤過後仍然保留肉汁。沙冰雪糕甜點份量十分大加入新鮮水果，彩針筒加入士多啤梨糖漿任意加添。鐵鍋烏賊年糕，整條烏賊包米飯味道辛辣濃郁，煙韌的年糕和醬料溶合，很滋味飽足。服務員會原卷程上再會客人剪開牛肋骨條，十分貼心。豬肋骨配香草汁芝士倒是第一次配搭，夠創新但豬肋骨烤得過火有點難嚼，四卷份量足。…Read More

假日來到淘源酒家品嚐點心，雖然經常在黃埔飲茶但還是第一次來這裡。假日中午時段幸好不用等位。點心一般一籠有三件剛好三位享用。蒸蘿蔔糕淡淡的蘿蔔香和臘肉的咸香，一點不過膩反而澱粉略為過多。叉燒腸粉很滑剛剛蒸好,不錯。叉燒包，以鮑汁製作比一般的叉燒包較juicy反而有點過鹹，沒有傳統叉燒般帶點蜜糖的甜味。姬松茸遼蔘粉菓蒸得晶瑩剔透，玻璃一樣的粉菓皮全透出餡料色彩，外表十分吸引，味蕾充滿松茸菇香。嫩滑鮮蝦豆苗餃同樣剔透，外表別緻物如其名十分嫩滑，表皮煙韌豆苗夠嫩。海哲比較粗身很爽脆。拍青瓜加入大量蒜頭。涼盤小食藍莓醬配上淮生很清甜。…Read More

之前有到過幾次位於佐敦的分店，今日駕車時從媒體上得知開了新分店剛巧經過試試看。門口貼著小儀的雜誌報道。想點的雞槌，蜜餞雞翅已經沽清，點了4餸雙份牛腩，魚片，鹵水雞翅和油麵。食材味道不錯牛腩粒比較瘦韌不會太肥膩，五香鹵水味濃，另外加添了菜底淨餸，生菜爽脆，第一次點豬爽肉原來較肥每一口油脂不宜配油麵。配搭甜味辣菜脯，不錯!和分店的水準差不多。…Read More
