趁好朋友生日,終於有機會帶同三位姊妹來這間真心私房菜。真心是因爲廚師真的很用心去設計及烹調菜色。是日選擇了May’s Menu。頭盤有我最愛之一的鮑魚,用了清酒慢煮了16小時。單看需要花耗的時間,就知道廚師很有心機。餐湯是胡瓜湯,廚師用了自家熬製的雞湯,沒有味精,非常清甜,不說還以為在吃糖水,真的想問可否大碗一點今次一行四人,頭盤都是點法國乳鴿,因為比較特別,配上牛肝菌意大利飯。味道不錯,但不是十分驚喜。廚師同時奉上普羅旺斯燉菜,非常清甜。甜品是自製冧酒雪糕。雖然坊間流傳本人是酒鬼,但是我一向對於有酒的甜品沒有好感,這一個雪糕打破了我的偏見,非常美味。…Read More
