同朋友約左食午飯,星期五當然要食好少少啦。今日想食海鮮,所以就棟左係澳門逸園地庫既蟹宴。去到好快有侍應姐姐帶位,我地坐係角落頭,方便傾計,成間餐廳好多蟹既擺設,一如其名我地當然要食蟹啦。我地每人都叫左一個蟹御膳,入邊包括天婦羅蟹捧烏冬、蟹肉蒸蛋、蟹膏豆腐、忌廉蟹肉餅以及松葉蟹甲羅。先食個蟹肉蒸蛋,一打開成個面都係蟹肉絲同埋魚子,蛋蒸得好滑,連埋蟹肉絲同埋魚子食落口好幸褔。再來就係松葉蟹甲羅,上邊有滿滿的蟹肉之外,仲有蟹膏、海胆同魚子,海胆一D都唔腥,加埋蟹膏的甜味衝擊左我的味蕾,呢個堅正。跟住再食蟹膏豆腐,呢個都比到好大新鮮感我。估唔到豆腐加蟹膏可以咁夾,食落口係滿滿的蟹膏香味。到主菜就係天婦羅蟹捧烏冬,烏冬好Q好彈,蟹捧非常之粗,店主一D都唔孤寒,有成三條蟹捧咁多,再加埋甜甜香香既忌廉蟹肉餅,配烏冬一流。午餐埋單都係一人268加一,有咁好既野食咁既價錢真係好抵,CP值超高,下次要再來食過。…Read More

朋友話好想食蠔,我就係OP到望下邊到有蠔食。見到牡蠣小屋個名就知佢係主打食蠔,一於訂位去試下。一入門口就見到有幾座蠔山等緊我地,今次我地好好彩可以被安排坐Bar枱,可以望到師傅處理食物,我覺得可以一路欣賞師傅手藝一路食野係一件賞心樂事。去到居酒屋,入鄉隨俗,當然係叫左野酒精先啦。Menu上有啤酒、燒酎同清酒,朋友見到一支叫‘三陸牡蠣のスタウト’既啤酒,咁特別一於要試一試。呢支啤酒本身係來自19世紀在英國誕生的黑啤,再加上岩手縣三陸廣田灣的新鮮蠔身同蠔殼放入鍋中煮滾製成,飲落口唔會有蠔腥味,反而係強烈烘烤麥芽的甜味和苦味,作為頭炮野飲係唔錯既選擇。頭盤當然食D凍食先,我地叫左一隻來自長崎縣既赤貝,侍應哥哥攞上手時隻赤貝有佢隻手咁大,師傅係我地面前即開,新鮮既赤貝自然好食,非常爽口、甜同彈牙,香港好少有咁大咁新鮮既赤貝。之後我地食個凱撒沙律,食得菜多人會健康D,蕃茄好甜,芝士好香,不錯既頭盤。跟住當然要「蠔」一「蠔」佢啦!我地叫左個必叫既鐵盒燒生蠔,呢款來自廣島既燒生蠔有兩個食法,第一個就當然係原汁原味啦,我見到師傅係個鐵盒入面倒入大量清酒,用清酒黎蒸熟D蠔,蠔身每一隻都脹卜卜,見到都食指大動,入口係creamy,有淡淡既清酒味,海水味唔算好重,鐘意既朋友可以加埋枱上既瀨戶內海產既檸檬汁同唐辛子汁。另一個食法就係邪惡食法,就係待應哥哥攞住個車駄形狀既 拉克萊芝士過來,燒溶芝士再加上蠔身上,呢個又係另一種享受,芝士本身唔會太濃味,同埋燒蠔一齊食係出大奇土也大夾,食落係「芝」味無窮!除左鐵盒燒生蠔,我地仲叫左吉烈蠔,炸出來人係外脆內十軟,同埋蠔身入面好多汁。串燒方面我地叫左手羽先餃子蠔串,平日見得比較多係明太子手羽先,師傅係將一隻生蠔釀入去骨雞翼入面再燒,雞翼本身都醃得好入味,加上火燒蠔既香氣配合得天依無縫。另一串係豚肉包生蠔燒,一樣咁出色。食到中途啤酒飲晒,當然要升呢叫其他,我地叫左杯特上檸檬燒酎,一來到時真係好有驚喜,先係叫到一串冰左既檸檬,再來個做法係侍應哥哥開左一包冰左既宮崎縣燒酎,加入冰水後再攪拌,我真係大鄉里,呢個做法對我來講好新奇,燒酎入口唔會好辛口,冰冰涼涼好解膩。最後我地叫多一個燒魚鮫,一般燒魚鮫不外乎係油甘魚或者係三文魚之類,燒吞拿魚鮫真係第一次食。上到枱時見到個魚骨好大,唔講以為係牛骨,吞拿魚係赤身魚關係,燒左之後食落口有少少似牛,鹹鹹香香幾好味,魚油好豐富,配燒酎一流。店內氣氛好好,除左本地客外,亦都有日本人幫襯,店內有個日本人職員,我估應該係老闆,我見到佢會指點一下店員,亦都會同D客傾下計,如果想有少少返鄉下感覺,呢間值得一試。…Read More

平日夜晚食Omakase(お任せ)下下都過千,晏晝食就比較抵,銅鑼灣依家好多選擇,今次就揀左係駱克駅11樓既”豊” (Minori Omakase)。上到去大約有10零個座位,地方好寬闊同感覺好乾淨,我地坐左係中間Bar枱既位置。今次我地叫左12件壽司set(旬のお任せにぎり12貫セット及び巻物)。首先來的是前菜水雲、蕃茄漬物 - 同埋合桃魚仔,冰冰涼涼好醒胃。薄燒鰹魚片 – 呢個我停唔到口,師父同我地講係佢地買返來自己再燒脆,我覺得好似食薯片咁,鰹魚味好香入正題天草石垣鯛 (天草イシガキダイ)- 本身石垣鯛係貴價魚,日本有夢幻之魚既稱號,魚油豐富得來係比較淡身的魚,作為第一道壽司恰到好處。北海道帆立貝(北海道ホタテ)- 帆立貝好甜美,面上邊的一粒粒係食用竹炭,口感清爽。九洲深海池 / 縞鰺(シマアジ)-  肉質白嫩,油脂感十足。地金目鯛(ジキンメダイ) – 為左唔會影響魚肉既質感,地金目鯛一般係靜岡縣伊豆海域盛產,並且係漁夫逐條釣的。而地金目鯛為金目鯛中頂級的級別,脂肪及魚油感最豐厚。牡丹蝦 (ボタンえび) – 呢個有驚喜,師父用返隻蝦既蝦腦放係隻蝦上面,充滿左甘香味。太刀魚 (タチウオ) - 即係我地食開既牙帶魚,師父用備長碳燒過,而佢地既燒法係有D特別,佢地係燒紅左舊炭再用炭直接烤上魚身,味道焦香之餘亦減低油膩感。中拖羅 (中トロ) - 來自九洲既奄美大島,係7日以上熟成既拖羅,熟成既好處係將鮮味提煉得更濃郁,呢個都好有驚喜赤海胆 (赤うに) - 來自北海道根室赤海胆,係香港食海胆一般都有少少怪味,神奇既係呢間既赤海胆係異常地鮮甜,同係日本食既海胆有得比,紫菜亦十分脆口。Baby Tuna (カツオ)-baby tuna 比正常吞拿的肉質更柔軟,但係甜度不會比正常吞拿遜色。銀雪魚 (ギンダラ) – 來自北海道既銀雪魚,相對baby tuna冇咁濃味,爽口為主。赤鯥(アカムツ) – 長崎縣的赤鯥,有冬季兩大紅身魚貴族之一的稱呼,入口油脂感十足,入口即融。鯖魚捧 (バッテラ) - 大阪名物的押壽司,師父好細心咁比我地影相先,之後先用手包埋另一邊紫菜,鯖魚係燒過的,酸甜味平衡得剛剛好。碎吞拿魚手卷 (トロロール) – 同一般吞拿魚手卷不同,入邊唔係包左蔥,而係包左米通,芝麻同黃瓜,米通同芝麻增加左整個手卷的香味,黃瓜則減低了油脂感,高平衡之作最後仲有面豉湯、蒸蛋、雪糕同羊羹做結尾。值得一提係呢間壽司米用赤醋做的,赤醋比一般白醋更香,呢個都唔係好多地方見到。食Omakase除左係食物質素外,師父的服務都好重要,今次師父好詳細同我地講解野食之餘,仲同我地有講有笑,最重係lunch set咁多野食都係600幾蚊一個人,性價比好高,呢間下次絕對可以返撻。…Read More

今日去左旺角同朋友會面,早幾日係網上訂左位,去到唔駛等真好,最好彩係安排左個角落頭比我地,坐得舒服得來傾計又可以靜D。整間居酒屋裝潢好日式,刺身可以係壽司Bar度揀,感覺都幾舒服。我地叫左以下既野食﹕味醂雞泡魚乾熱熱地甜甜地作為開胃菜唔錯,燒得少少焦帶到雞泡魚乾香氣,餐前必叫。枝豆正常發揮,值得一讚係枝豆唔會好淋,軟硬度剛剛好。油甘魚腩刺身上枱時好夠凍,個樣好新鮮,一啖食落口係幸福既味道,同埋重點唔係薄依依,每件都係厚切,鐘意食刺身一定要點串燒 (牛舌、雞皮同雞胸軟骨)串燒好值得叫,燒得好食。牛舌個芯好淋,唔會死咸。雞皮係燒得亁身個隻,食落好似薯片一樣,一D都唔油,雞皮叫多幾串都食得落。雞胸軟骨唔係好多地方都有,上邊既黑胡椒辣辣地襯托到雞胸軟骨,3款串燒都好好味,串燒師父有功架。南瓜天婦羅南瓜本身好甜,炸漿脆得黎算薄,熱熱地好味。燒牛小排牛小排燒得好嫩,唔會鞋,重點係柚子胡椒,一齊食增加左牛小排既層次。燒甲羅充滿左蟹膏既甲羅,每一啖都充滿蟹膏既香味,入邊仲有少少一絲絲既蟹肉絲,仲有一D都唔腥。除左食物外,服務都好值得一讚,侍應會經常走過來收野同睇下你有乜需要,呢間居酒屋可以值得再來,下次可以試下佢地D蠔同酒既pairing。…Read More

2022年最後一晚,當然要同中人食餐好。去到餐廳,唔算好多人,去得藍馬大廈就預左唔會好闊落,坐得叫聽食,點知豬喉軟骨賣晒,最後一碟比隔離枱攞左。唯有叫其他: 凍蕃茄 - 唔駛錢送, 凍凍地,正常偏好食,個人鐘意食硬少少 黑豚頸肉串 - 較豬腩乾身,本身唔算太吸引,加左檸檬汁同胡椒鹽加強層次,齋食會較單調 煙燻豬腩 (店舖推介) - 似煙肉,唔係死鹹,偏甜,似日本厚切煙肉,點蜜糖芥蘭好好食,呢個值得再食。 厚切金星豚肉 - 推介,雖然有肥肉,唔膩同好有油香,熱食唔會有油膩感,有蒜香味,加胡椒鹽食增加層次,呢個都推介。 牛舌厚切 - 多汁,肉質好少少韌,可以多少少鹽 雞皮 - 脆,乾身,有一d係偏林,加埋好食。encore叫多兩串 雞翼 - 調味正常,雞翼皮可以乾身少少 抱子甘藍 - 小椰菜bb,少少苦味,有少少燒汁 小甜薯 - 個面搽左牛油,好香。甜薯好甜,牛油嘅鹹味更加帶出甜薯既甜味。 燒白鱔 - 大人唔食白鱔,問侍應可唔可以只係燒一串(因為最低消費係2串),侍應姐姐立刻應承,真係抵讚。白鱔魚油味重,最重要係冇乜骨,如果白鱔皮可以燒得脆少少就perfect啦。 燒年糕 - 呢個有甜燒汁係面,唔係度度都有,突顯年糕甜味,芝士燒得啱啱好,好流心。推介之選。 焦糖菠蘿 - 面有焦糖,脆面包住個菠蘿,熱熱地甜甜地作為甜品唔錯。 清酒作 - 純米原酒 ,偏向甘口, 碳酸感強,有米香,入口有少少酒精感,唔算太順,可能唔太啱女仔飲。 不過半價一支抵飲。除夕夜全場爆滿,叫野落單都唔駛等好耐,辛苦左3個師傅,最抵讚係咁忙都冇時限,有好野食都真係要多謝咁多個料理職人。祝大家新年快樂。2023年要繼續食好野。總數$1404…Read More

星期六同未來老婆去太古坊行下聖誕市集,行之前當然要醫下肚先啦。未來老婆話想食下意大利菜,所以我地就訂左係濠豐大廈既La Favorita。入到餐廳好有意大利西西利島歌劇院風情,可能星期六既關係,餐廳叫做冇乜人,個環境夠晒Chill。食飯其間仲好多外國人係度飲野,有少少去左個旅行既感覺。可能太肚餓關係,2個人瘋狂叫野,我地叫左火腿拼盤、Burrata芝士蕃茄、海鮮沙律、燒豬腩、Heese Wheel Al Tartufo、青檸雪葩同果盤。點知個頭盤原來係變態地大份,最後有D野我地都係攞走。頭盤酸種麵包正常味道,配埋意大利醋同埋橄欖油食都算幾平衡火腿拼盤及Burrata芝士蕃茄未來老婆最愛食火腿,基本上有一半佢都食左,一共有4種火腿,個水泡形麵包有少少硬,可能我食唔慣意大利野唔係好識欣賞。海鮮沙律個沙律幾夠凍,D蝦都幾彈牙,但唔算好有蝦味,不過鬼佬菜都預左係咁。主菜1﹕燒豬腩燒豬腩好林,個汁都配合得唔錯,但係個皮有少少硬同埋有少少油,不過我覺得最好食係個小甘筍,甜度夠晒。主菜2﹕Heese Wheel Al Tartufo呢個相信係好多人為左打卡而黎既菜,待應會車個大車輪芝士,入邊再加D好短既通心粉,用芝士撈埋一齊,重點係上邊加上無限既珍貴黑松露,淨下睇都幾得好奢華。味道上食落口充滿黑松露香味,不過加左芝士關係食多幾啖有少少膩。甜品﹕青檸雪葩同果盤青檸雪葩同果盤清返之前既油膩感,青檸雪葩有少少偏酸,果盤就正常。總結呢餐都食得好滿足,體驗都算幾特別,不過2人份量真係有少少多。…Read More

今日經過銅鑼灣,同事話一齊去呢間餐廳食,見個價錢正常銅鑼灣價,就一齊入去食。入到去見到似入左個小森林,感覺唔錯。但一去到個位就見到張椅有少少污糟,就自己換左一張好D既。我自己就叫左個express lunch set,叫左個生牛肉河粉,餐跟一個南瓜湯同野飲,我就點左熱咖啡。同事話星期五想食得開心D,再叫左個黑松露薯條、蜜糖單骨雞翼。南瓜湯味道正常,我覺得有少少渣,可以的話過濾得清D會好少少。生牛肉河粉牛肉粉整得唔錯,牛肉唔會好鞋,牛肉我估應該係美國雪花牛,牛味唔算好重。黑松露薯條薯條有少少林,係厚肉薯條,奇怪既係我同事跟餐個薯條係脆既。蜜糖單骨雞翼碟雞翼賣相一般般,可以的話炸得脆少少會好食D。整體上算中規中矩,食物唔算好驚喜,不過個環境算係幾舒服。…Read More

一直對我地愛護有加既老闆生日,冇理由唔請佢食好少少啦!  我地一行6個人去左呢度食鐡板燒午餐。訂位時我特登安排坐卡位,可以一路同師傅吹水一路睇住師傅煮野食,鐵板燒既精髓就係呢度!我點左個虎鐵特選D餐 (HKD688) 入邊有沙律、黑魚子鵝肝蒸蛋、 豆腐魚湯白鱈魚、 匈牙利鵝肝、 日本熊本A5和牛厚燒 、 香煎野菜、 味噌湯、 和牛炒飯、 甜品/咖啡,正常既人一定夠晒食。先食個蒸蛋,一般茶碗蒸都係個用個碗裝住D蛋,呢個就係用個蛋殼裝住,淨係賣相都加晒分,入邊既鵝肝唔會太膩,加埋黑魚子個感覺好高級,個蛋都蒸到好滑!之後再飲個豆腐魚湯白鱈魚,鱈魚係係鐵板香煎左先,再插上煎香既魚皮,再加落個湯面度,加埋豆腐湯整體配合得幾好。再來就係香煎匈牙利鵝肝,鵝肝好大塊,唔似出邊得豆潤咁細,加埋黑醋淋上面減低油膩感,平衡得唔錯。之後就係主菜,日本熊本A5和牛厚燒,碟邊係放岩鹽,蒜片煎得香脆,連埋和牛一齊增加香氣。生熟度控制得啱啱好,又唔會太油膩。呢個都係誠意之作。我訂位時Openrice有9折優惠,所以埋單基本上唔駛比加一,老闆好滿意呢餐。…Read More
