從未食過如此垃圾的牛扒

兩公婆去食晚餐,點了一份牛柳,一份T骨扒,另外再加羅宋湯,及蔬菜沙律。這是我有生之年食過最難食的牛扒。先講羅宋湯,套餐要加$18,係一碗茄汁水加一片西芹及一片椰菜,完全冇味。再講牛扒。點餐時收銀冇問你幾成熟,又乾又嚡,仲要鐵板上,似足食牛肉乾,但係要知道塊鐵板係唔熱的,淋汁落去完全冇咋一聲。成個餐最好味就係個汁,都叫做有少許黑椒味,係少許。價錢都唔平,雖然係food Court,兩份夾埋都要3百多元,如果你哋想食超級牛肉乾嘅牛扒,飲無味嘅羅宋湯,即管去試吓,我就一定冇下次。完….…Read More

今日情人節,邊度食飯都多人,老婆話想食韓國菜,當然第一時間諗起尖沙咀韓食街,點知間間都好多人,有幾間只能排隊,亦有攞飛排隊,好不容易排到呢間,店內非常細小,幾乎背貼背,冇計,香港租金貴,原諒佢。點了海鮮餅,牛肋骨飯,人參雞湯飯,先來海鮮餅,食落完全是粉餅,有少少䓤及大過蝦米少少的蝦,餅又非常油,還好的有個醬汁。再來牛肋骨飯,完全不得了,好似食牛肉乾,咬到牙較軟,還好有個醬汁。最後來了人參雞汁飯,從來未食過好似飲白開水的參雞湯,沒有人參或雞味,超市買即食的一定好過佢。埋單$344.3,總括來講,呢間店請我都唔會再來,唯一可取的,就只有該店醬汁。…Read More

又再一次幫襯,不過係新店

上次同屋企人食完之後番尋味,原本諗住同朋友去太子分店,約咗八點左右,點知去到無位要等,話最快要等到九點幾先至有位。原來呢間鷄煲已經响佐敦開多咗間分店,反正有車,即時打去問有無位,剛好仲有枱,於是叫佢留番張枱比我,於是一行六個人飛車過去。又咁好彩,去到門口有車位,另一部就泊對面。坐低梗係要飲杯啤酒啦,大Hoegaarden、大Asahi走唔甩。再叫D小食,皮旦酸薑、炸魚片頭、素鵝、炸釀油條當然唔少得。小店做的小食果然出色,每樣都好食。今次班朋友有幾個唔食辣,所以叫咗花雕醉鷄煲。等咗五分鐘,從遠遠已經聞到好香葯材味,先試吓件鷄,都係咁滑,新鮮鷄即係新鮮鷄,不枉我再次幫襯,比起其它店用冰鮮鷄完全無得比。配料就一定要叫手打蝦丸、再加手切肥牛、醉鷄子、黑牛柏葉、墨魚滑、魚皮餃、鵝腸、魚頭、鱔片同埋生劏田鷄等,另外再加些蔬菜。嚟過呢間店一定知道蝦丸係非常彈牙,超好食,難怪餐單上寫必食。另外碟手切肥牛非常多油花,灼一灼幾秒就食得,一個字形容,正。醉鷄子食落仲有酒香味。生劏田鷄上枱仲識郁,好新鮮。鵝腸帶肥膏好甘香。黑牛柏葉記住唔好灼咁耐,如果唔係就好韌。其它配料都好好食。估唔到我哋五個人可以食到咁多嘢,埋單每人180元。…Read More

今日大除夕,同老婆去完太子汗蒸,晚餐又無人約,飲酒倒數又未夠鐘。咁我倆就由太子坐車去佐敦諗住食粥,經過亞龍咖哩門口,就被門口店員推薦,話我哋係正宗亞龍咖哩,隔離個間唔係,食咖喱就要入來(我相信好多食客都會有上述情況)。門口見真係好多人食(隔離鋪就小貓三數隻),我都係第一次去呢間食咖哩(之前食過都係重慶大廈食),先坐低,坐位好迫,問佢有乜好介紹,佢推介食咖喱蟹,我話OK,另外再叫一份咖喱牛根腩及咖喱牛脷,一個跟飯,一個跟咸餅。牛根腩及牛脷都好快上,咖喱香味已令我流哂口水,先用餅沾些汁來試,發覺其咖喱味與別不同,很重洋蔥及蕃茄味,好好食。再試牛根腩及牛脷,牛根腩好冧OK,但牛脷就麻麻,再用咖喱汁沾上白飯,發覺比咸餅更好味,不足五分鐘,整碟白飯掃清,但牛根腩及牛脷重未食哂。到咖喱蟹上枱,先試試咖哩汁,好重海鮮味,再試試隻蟹,都好食,但我還是喜歡泰國式咖哩炒蟹。唔知呢度有無剩係咖哩汁加白飯賣呢,問心講,佢的咖哩汁先係主角,其它都係配角。而這裡亦坐得不太舒服:(,二個人好似係飛機上食飛機餐,唔可以隨便郁:(,由其是食蟹時,更加論盡。埋單$383元,細問下原來隻蟹要$280元,食完就行去尖咀等倒數。…Read More

意外驚起的一餐

今日一行6人去行花園街及金魚街,阿妹提議打邊爐,我話不如去百利,點知要等位,見到隔離新開咗間叫”寶寶雞煲’,阿哥話旺角嗰邊都有間,食物都唔錯,反正都係打邊爐,咪走入去試下囉。行到攰坐低梗係飲番杯啤酒,咦.有Hoegaarden喎:),大大杯都係三十幾蚊,去酒吧飲都唔只啦。睇下張餐牌,主打雞煲,招牌係香辣雞煲,唔知同來來又或者一品邊個好食呢?我哋幾個都唔係幾食辣,叫咗個小辣。伙記服務很好,告知雞煲是即做,要等10分鐘左右,推介一些餐前小食比我哋,皮旦酸薑、炸釀油條、炸魚角以及素鵝。皮旦酸薑同中環鏞記一樣咁好食,炸釀油條係用蝦膠釀落去油炸鬼度,口感非常好,送啤酒一流。炸魚角夠香,另外素鵝亦非常出色,一食就知係深水埗”樹記”貨。輪到主角雞煲出場,上枱時已香噴噴,伙記建議先煲10-15分鐘,等香辣味完全滲入雞肉度。(據講佢哋用新鮮雞做,但寫食評時已沒有新鮮雞賣:(。)等了15分鐘,口腔分泌大量口水,先喝一口湯,雖然無來來及一品的麻辣香味,但都很香濃及惹味。試一件雞,味道出奇地鮮,食得出係用新鮮雞做。十分鐘後,我哋幾個人已將成煲雞食哂。意猶未盡再叫些配料食,牛肉當然唔小得,餐牌上有M9和牛、新鮮牛頸脊。我哋幾個都係牛魔王,叫了M9和牛及牛頸脊各一碟。M9肥廋均勻,食得出係上等貨。牛頸脊肉味香濃,牛痴最愛。伙記見我哋食得咁開心,再介紹一些特色嘢比我哋試,手打蝦丸、豬腳根、豬天梯。手打蝦丸食落非常彈牙,好好好食。豬腳根要煮20分鐘,據講一隻豬只有兩條,非常罕有。豬天梯稍灼1分鐘,食落爽脆,非常特別。已經食到七成飽,再叫些响鈴、馬尾粉絲、薯仔麵及蔬菜等。今餐食到非常飽,食物新鮮,,整體來講樣樣都好好食。埋單一仟元多些,仲唔收加一,計落每人都唔駛$200,個人覺得用呢個價錢食到咁高質素之食物,非常合理。下次我想食雞煲或打邊爐,呢間會係我首選。…Read More
