入到依間大坑小店,都未知係食乜嘅。座位唔多,好彩訂咗位,坐低冇耐就客滿嘞。每張枱都放咗一個細細嘅燒烤爐。打開餐牌,嘩,原來係殼餐,乜嘢貝類都有。第一次嚟,就試個二人套餐啦。先嚟一碟全貝類刺身,有北寄貝、帶子同埋象拔蚌,都幾鮮甜。第一輪燒烤,侍應將大硯、榮螺、帶子同埋大蝦放喺燒烤爐上面,特別提到要用錫紙冚住啲榮螺,如果唔係嘅話,隻螺會跳出嚟。唔係吓嘩?咁生猛?話口未完,砰一聲隻螺真係跳喎!好彩有冚住。侍應熟手咁處理啲海鮮,加埋些少醬汁,燒到啱啱好,鮮甜,好味!第二輪,燒螺肉幾香幾有咬口,墨魚咀都唔錯,仲有燒吞拿魚,原本以為會"鞋",點知燒得唔過老,夾埋大葱一齊食,口感幾唔錯喎。燒香腸就普普通通啦。最後當然係蔬菜啦,有冬菇、南瓜、番薯,大路嘢,都冇失望。唔夠喉,追加鮑魚同埋魔鬼魚翅。鮑魚係即叫即時喺魚缸撈上嚟,先係殼向下放喺燒烤爐上面,隻鮑魚典嚟典去,轉嚟轉去,苦苦哀號,垂死掙扎,何其殘忍,但係............... 侍應掌握時間,將鮑魚翻轉,鮑魚終於唔郁嘞,侍應細心去殼,將鮑魚切片,再放番去殼上面,加上醬汁,搞惦,非常好味,唔會過熟,好咬口,唔韌,鮮甜,正!侍應將魔鬼魚翅整齊放喺燒烤爐上面,翅邊末端喺爐邊以外,以免燒焦。燒好嘅魚翅幾香口,帶啲魚肉同埋軟骨,幾好口感,不過再燒得乾身啲,再焦少少就好嘞。都食得幾飽,滿足!…Read More

雅緻環境,食物有創意,可惜水準一般

隱藏於舊水警總部的一間中菜館,古色古香的裝修,環境雅緻,桌上鳥籠裝飾和裝牙簽的三寸金蓮鞋子頗有心思,唯牆身用上太多通花木門做裝飾,設計上略嫌過火而有點眼花瞭亂。星期六晚客人不多,比較幽靜。侍應禮貌,招呼得宜。菜牌上有很多懷舊和創意的菜色,配上頗有趣的名字,可見一番心思。點了以下幾款菜,大都賣相不俗。蜜桃鴨 ----- 鴨胸片和桃片梅花間竹的排滿一小碟,配上特製蜜桃醬,桃和鴨肉味道頗配合,使帶少許肥的鴨胸感覺不膩,不錯。蝦兵 ----- 趣怪的菜名,原來是牛油果蝦卷,放在滿滿的炸脆米粉堆上。這個配搭頗新穎,不過牛油果味道不突出,蝦的鮮味亦不足,普通普通。杏汁豬肺湯 ----- 豬肺沒有怪味,可見準備功夫做足,可惜杏香稍遜。麒麟柚皮花膠 ----- 柚皮跟金華火腿和花膠夾在一起,賣相、口感和味道都不錯,如果花膠厚一點會更佳(相信價錢都會更貴)。玻璃蝦球 ----- 最不滿意的一味菜,小小的兩件蝦球,放在一小小碟子上,並不吸引,伴碟非常"娘"。蝦肉實而不爽,鮮味欠奉,水準不及格。紅梅素石榴 ----- 用生菜代替蛋白皮,包裹着素粒粒,爽口,不過太爽口,粒粒中紅蘿蔔和馬蹄太多,如果黃耳的比例增多會使口感較平均得宜,而用捲心菜代替生菜會令味道較鮮甜。魚湯泡飯 ----- 魚湯中可找到蝦乾、魷魚、瑤柱等,加上芫茜,味道不錯,反而飯粒偏少。甜品 ----- 罕有的沒有點甜品,菜牌上竟然找不到有特色的甜品。大致上水準一般,環境好過味道。…Read More

鐵板燒強差人意

據聞此店以爐端燒聞名,可惜太遲訂位,只能訂鐵板燒,即管一試。此店位於101樓,其無敵觀景當然是吸引力所在,可惜當晚大霧濛濛,什麼都看不見。店內裝修簡潔,但無特色,除了景觀,店裏略欠高級食店的舒適環境和氣氛。當晚七時半到達,客人不算多。不像很多其他鐵板燒店,此店並無為客人配備圍巾,而掛在椅背的外套,亦無罩上套子,以這樣級數的食店,這似乎未夠周到。點了一份海鮮餐和一份和牛餐,前菜頗精緻,包括鮟鱇魚肝、魚子等等,味道還不錯,緊隨的刺身就不像話,跟一般價錢較平宜的壽司店的分別不大,並不是最新鮮頂級的食材。海鮮方面,蝦、鮑魚、帶子、喜知次、蜆等食材都不俗,和牛反而較普通,油脂分佈不算上品。鐵板師傅服務有禮,食物上碟亦細心,可惜功架稍遜,味道欠佳:和牛帶不出應有的肉汁香味;喜知次伴以洋蔥,酒味過重,失去喜知次應有的鮮味和口感,非常失望;帶子放在貝殼上,醬汁太多,亦蓋過鮮味;鮑魚內臟在鐵板上變成黑麻麻,食慾頓失;我原本最期待的炒飯最失敗,過鹹兼不夠乾身。侍應和師傅的服務大致不錯,但以這類高級食店而言,卻嫌不夠細緻周到 ,加上這樣的價錢,嚐到這樣的味道,實在不值:(未嚐過此店強項爐端燒,但鐵板燒就實在不行。…Read More

等咗咁耐,點知非常失望

朋友八個月前已經訂咗位,等咗咁耐,差啲都唔記得咗。諗住有餐好嘢食,點知…唉,差極!味道欠佳,冇乜特色,欠缺私房菜嘅精緻,跟坊間嘅齋舖素食館冇乜分別,完全冇驚喜,仲要每人三百幾,唔值!一圍枱十二道菜,全部都改咗啲唔知係乜嘅名,既不雅致,亦不貼題,已經唔記得哂。涼拌珊瑚 - 感覺清新,但係味道唔突出,普通前菜一碟。炆冬瓜 - 依個係最有特色嘅一道菜,一大舊冬瓜炆到海參咁嘅色,口感同味道已算唔錯,不過做得粗糙,毫無細緻層次可言。翠瓜烙+素春卷 - 翠瓜烙睇落幾得意,好似炸軟殼蟹咁嘅樣,但係咬落又唔脆,又唔香,口感欠佳,味道淡淡唔突出。素春卷仲差,唔熱唔脆,冇味,唔合格。秋葵+南瓜+翠瓜 - 三種原本唔錯嘅蔬菜,冇意識咁放埋一齊,完全冇相輔相承嘅效果,再加上一個九唔搭八嘅沙爹醬,失敗!炒雜菌 - 不能理解私房菜竟然食到咁嘅一道菜,普通過普通。素羹 - 又話乜嘢湯底咁巴閉,未至於難食,幾種素料煮埋一煲,唔香,冇口感,唯一特色係加咗檸檬葉絲,反而有啲意想不到嘅效果。素雞 - 望落真係好似切雞伴住中間嘅青菜,都只不過係一般嘅素雞,咁都係私房菜?蘿蔔炆牛腩 - 望落真係好似,但係個所謂秘製柱侯醬唔香唔夠味,蘿蔔唔靚唔入味,扮肉低層次。炒米粉 - 雖然素食大多清淡,都唔洗淡成咁掛,又唔熱。炒飯 - 炒得唔油膩,但係又係唔熱唔香,兼且味道怪怪,唔鍾意。美點雙輝 - 煎南瓜餅,又係唔熱唔香,非常一般。土伏苓糕,冇乜特別,唔算差。淮山糖水 - 最差嘅糖水,水稀稀,又話有西米,又話有綠豆,每碗得嗰幾粒。…Read More
