今晚同朋友慶祝生日,行完大館就book咗位於對面嘅男神吳彥祖新開嘅餐廳The ThirtySix食飯,呢間係食日本Fusion菜,有D居酒屋感覺,個人覺得係中環食性價比好高哦!! 價錢親民、環境坐得又舒服我地叫咗幾款小食同burger,當中最鐘意一定係以下3款Menu上佢係Foie Gras & Oyster in Yakitori Sake Sauce ($88/each) 佢係紙菜包住鵝肝同蠔一齊食!! 口感真係好特別~另一款想推介係RiceCrackers with Veggies mocktail mousseline,佢嘅醬分成五層,分別係洋蔥紅蘿蔔、牛油果、意大利黃瓜、紅椒和茄子製成,將醬混合再點上暖脆的米餅一齊食,如果醬未食哂,仲可以加錢再添加米餅($20/2塊),唔駛怕浪費lu!!餐廳行日本居酒屋感覺,當然要叫蛋卷啦!! 呢個蛋卷入面有鰻魚、牛肉粒、三文魚粒、青瓜,配搭好正好好味呀!!最後我地仲叫咗個Old Fashioned Bourbon Burger食,望住D Cheese都覺得好邪惡,佢係用車打芝士加蛋醬製成,塊安格斯漢堡就算傾左陣計先食,都保持溫暖同肉汁,超推介哦!呢度環境除咗舒服外,仲有個小遊戲俾大家玩,只要係36條鎖匙入面估中開到酒窖嘅鎖就可以品嚐一Shot酒,當日估中品嚐係2018年得獎Whisky! 酒窖內擺放了多款Macallan外、仲有一D限定同停產嘅Whisky同日本酒!!最後唔好錯過門口嘅打卡位哦!…Read More

每次經過都覺得呢到好Chill今次終於的起心肝同朋友嚟試吓。早嚟有著數唔洗等位,晏少少已經見有人龍啦~初頭想坐户外位,但朋友怕熱所以都係坐返入去。一坐低打開Menu發現有好多嘢食,我有選擇困難,真係要啲時間睇睇..叫完無幾耐就有嘢食啦!先嚟係前菜小食-帕馬臣芝士香蒜松露油薯條。薯條啱啱炸起好香口。香蒜已經切做一大條薄片,好香但又唔會蓋咗本身嘅松露油香,真係會越食越肚餓!好彩好快有第二道前菜到-烤西班牙黑毛豬腩。叫得豬腩就預咗肥少少,但佢個油香真係好掂,沾埋個焦糖蘋果汁,中和本身豬腩肉嘅肥肥,仲夾埋黑色米餅好爽口。未食過真係要試~然後係緬因州龍蝦尾扁意粉。食落辣辣哋好惹味(不過都真係幾辣,食唔得辣可以淺嚐一下)龍蝦唔痴殻唔怕食得好污糟。因為落咗少少蒜油關係,扁意粉好香,好快就食曬!!再有個主食係羊架。Medium食落唔會咬唔開,仲有幾隻醬任你掂,都幾貼心。驚喜係有菠菜做伴碟,怕膩嘅可以食吓伴菜,食落就唔會咁大罪疚感~飽飽哋就叫個甜品做結尾: 焗酥皮香蕉卷配自家製開心果雪糕。一焗到出嚟好香香蕉味,個卷焗到鬆脆,再沾香濃開心果雪糕,一凍一熱好過癮!飲品方面叫咗杯Islay Blossom 同 My Cup of Tea. 一進入餐廳,感覺非常好,招待人好有禮。周圍環境很好,有些座位可望到海景,好舒服。叫了個套餐,盡有餐廳的名菜。要了杯白酒,白酒幾好,飲得過。頭盆有Parma Ham和沙律,沙律的鮮菜正,Parma Ham  味道唔算太鹹,唔錯。mushroom Bisque 味道好濃,跟上麵包一流。主菜選左三個招牌靚餐,slow-cooked Salmon, Prime Steak and Lobster Risotto.  輕煎三文魚,魚塊不算大,煎得很好,剛剛好,魚塊中心夠軟。牛排肉質鮮美,我不大喜愛牛排,亦覺得味道好,生熟程度恰到好處,另一味龍蝦飯,調味唔錯,比以前食的好食多。最後上的是甜品,雖然小小杯,份量小,但款式有三款,可品嚐多類化,是一個好好presentation. 如果有咖啡就更perfect.…Read More

上環新開左一間和牛專門店。知道係食頂級和牛,因此身為牛魔王既我特意光顧。一進餐廳後,木系的裝潢。加上很多金色的element. 帶左種高級嘅感覺。由於有Omakase set. 所以係開放式嘅廚房。見住師傅們用人手+機器將一片片和牛薄切,好治癒😍😍見到A4和牛我已經覺得好impressive.鮮紅色的牛,油花滿佈和牛上,油花綿密程度就如刻意設計的暗花圖案一般。我首先食咗塊,浸左超過10秒。店員大叫,「浸咁耐會曬咗隻牛架!三秒食得架喇!平時我哋當刺身咁食既」唔知係咪堅,但幾好笑。講返味道,浸3秒同浸10幾秒真係好大分別😂😂😂 3秒,入口即溶,油花淥到香晒!我覺得啲牛其實真係可以生食,主要係令啲油花受熱帶出更香嘅牛味食完A4我更鍾意A5和牛!A5和牛係粉紅色的!呢盤黑毛和牛無論厚度新鮮程度油脂分布都係一絕。聽店員講放入水煮3秒就食係最perfect. 於是我照做,雖然仍然係好粉紅,但我一啲都唔擔心直接放入口中,極香嘅和牛味。油脂嘅香氣會同我鼻腔散出嚟!口感方面,入口即溶,完美!黑薩摩雞肉呢種係用來做刺身嘅雞肉,每一個月只有100隻,所以產量唔會好多,師傅建議淥5秒鐘淥到九成熟。佢嘅口感嫩滑,口感彈牙。最後食的是黑豚肉。黑豚嘅里肌肉,黑豚嘅豬肩肉,黑豚既腩肉。呢種排序係由小油脂去到多油脂分佈的排列。淥完7秒後仲係食到好香嘅豬味,同出面啲豬肉淥熟咗就冇豬味好唔一樣,個人鍾意食豬肩肉,因為油花分布比列適中最後有綠茶雪糕甜品食,完美的句號!…Read More

最近工作壓力大,放工到百德新街,女友提議食啲未食過嘅餐廳。我想飲兩杯酒,所以決定咗去以日本手工啤廠旗下嘅Coedo Taproom.夜晚行呢條食街係唔同啲,頭上金黃色嘅燈飾足以令人忘記日常緊張既狀態。Coedo Taproom 個環境都幾cozy, 有室內有室外。幾有離開左香港既feel. 而室內,有幅大黑板,寫明當季嘅時令手工啤,非常有日本江戶時代公告板嘅韻味。店內全部啤酒都係精英既既精英。12款既啤酒都係參加過比賽/啤酒節展覽。大有來頭!有以日本傳統顏色命名的啤酒及季節版啤酒,如 Shiro(白)、Ruri(琉璃)、Kyara(伽羅)、Beniaka(紅赤)及 Shikkoku(漆黑),呢 5 款啤酒均曾獲世界大賽金銀獎,其中 Beniaka(紅赤)更連續 3 年榮獲比利時國際口味質量機構(ITQI)所頒贈既「三星級獎勵」,首家日本啤酒獲得頂級的「Crystal Taste Award」殊榮。其餘生啤則為其他各地小酒廠優質出品。個人比較鍾意水果味嘅啤酒,於是我叫左一杯Ippo Jyunpu.細$72呢杯手工啤我係幾年前啤酒節飲過。同坊間飲既啤酒完全係唔一樣!好fruity ,加入了神奈村縣的有機香橙🍊,微微酸甜,舒服易飲🤤落完單後,無論你叫啲咩,佢都會上一款大概30粒Edamame(毛豆)俾你。用鹽醃過,食到停唔到口第二道上既菜係蟹籽沙律$68有蟹籽,青瓜絲,自家制沙律醬,波菜,蟹柳絲組合。好fresh 好夾!之後到日本生蠔$58,日本空運到港。海水味比較重,鐘意海水味既朋友可唔加檸檬汁。不過,加兩滴比較岩我口味。食一隻唔夠,最後叫左4隻😍再者是Grilled Chicken Gizard,有用鹽燒過,味道岩岩好。燒到表皮有少少脆,咬口彈牙。配啤酒一流!燒雞翼$42雞翼有兩串,一人兩隻,我稍稍嫌佢健康得滯,個人想佢鹹啲就好了😭😂再者就係出面食唔到一樣味既Coedo beer Steamed Clans, 啤酒煮蜆。甜甜地,少少甘味。好有啤酒既味道,佢用左手工啤酒黎煮,兜蜆變到好清甜!最後上既係一款Asparagus with Sauce Sauce既蘆笋豚肉串外皮燒至金微焦,包住清新既蘆笋。比較清新。但我想佢可以比d鹽我點下就更好了總括而言,係一間環境好靚,好岩三五知己傾計嘅日式串燒店。如果你係啤酒迷又鍾意串燒,Coedo喺香港應該都頭幾間最有feel嘅地方了。…Read More

驚喜不斷,地道尼泊爾風味

今⽇老⾖豆中放假,所以就帶佢去試下我地都未試過既尼泊爾菜!餐廳位於中環蘇豪區既小巷入⾯,搭地鐵去到香港站再行⼤概10分鐘就到啦!環境 餐廳既老闆同侍應⽣都係尼泊爾人,裡⾯仲播住尼泊爾既⾳樂,真係好異國風情 啊!Nepal Mustang Beer ($48) 老豆話想飲啤酒,老闆就推薦佢點呢枝正宗Nepal造既⼿⼯啤。老⾖話酒味濃,亦都易入⼝。鐘意入啤酒既值得⼀試!MOHI LASSI ($55)我自⼰呢就唔飲酒,所以本來諗住要杯⽔算,但老闆就 強烈推薦我飲呢杯即打芒果乳酪。呢杯乳酪帶少少咸 味,但⼜幾得意幾好飲喎。 另外仲有奇異果同⼠多啤梨味可以揀。 MOMOCHA 廚師雲吞 ($78) 可選蒸或者炸、羊⾁或者雞⾁。我地就揀左⽺⾁口味, ⼀半蒸一半炸。羊肉餡好多好⾜足料,⽽且⾁味香濃⼜又唔太羶。我個⼈就比較鐘意炸既多啲。RASH 湯 我地點左各一碗蕃茄湯同蘑 菇湯。兩款湯既奶味都比較重,口味比較creamy。味道方⾯,蕃茄湯既茄味濃烈, 相對地蘑菇湯就較淡味。另外仲會跟⼀份薄餅,可以一 路飲湯一路食,兩種享受。 唔錯唔錯。MACHA RAJA JANAKPURI 秘製咖喱汁煮魚 ($148) 呢個咖哩汁既味道係我從未試過,有別於香港⼈食開既 咖哩。因為佢既蕃茄味比較 突出,唔辣,但就好開胃。 最驚喜既竟然係個⽶飯,呢 款米比平時食開既泰國⽶長身,食落⼝感幼滑滑,⼗分得 意。KUKHURA LALI GURASH 尼 泊爾烤雞 ($128) 可以揀雞胸或者雞脾⾁。老⾖鐘意食滑身d既肉質,所以揀左雞脾。烤雞用鐵板上, 去哂骨,旁邊有洋蔥、紅 椒、⻘做配菜。即叫即 整,所以熱辣辣上台。雞既外層烤得好香,但入⾯依然 幼滑滑多汁。個⼈認為好適合 香港人既⼝味。總結 餐廳環境舒適,適合情侶黎撐台腳。食物味道亦唔錯。係openrice訂位仲有7折!如果食嫌左 中⽇韓台,想搞搞新意思既,絕對推薦黎黎⼀試!…Read More
