一早訂咗房,揀咗個$708豪華海鮮餐,早一日confirm人數,回覆快。食飯當晚去到,環境就一般,一定唔係啲大商場嗰種裝修,但啲錢就係用咗喺食物度。去到上菜: 象拔蚌刺身,一兜花膠翅,龍蝦伊面,椒鹽瀨尿蝦,一盤鮑魚花膠海參冬菇,一條檸檬汁煮魚,蛋白蒸奄仔蟹,瑤柱汁時蔬,炒飯,同甜品木瓜鮮奶燉燕窩(唔記得有無打漏)。唔續樣菜寫了,因為每一樣都煮得好有水準,係個炒飯可以乾身少少啫。量方面亦好足,幾本上食到奄仔蟹嗰時已經有啲飽,最後仲要打包少少。可以咁講,去招呼親友同事,有啲乜嘢升職,聚舊,咁嘅菜色一定唔失禮。佢喺觀塘工業區租個舖位而唔係喺啲大商場,慳咗啲錢就係喺食物度。值得推薦!…Read More

我lunch經常都去哩間食飯,原因係喺鰂魚涌比較少越南嘢,而相比起嚟,哩間價錢算合理。佢有個午餐menu,通常我食生牛河或炭燒豬/雞扒撈檬,因為哩兩樣整得比較好食。生牛肉河送到上枱面都算生,你可以控制浸落熱湯既時間從而控制生熟度,份量亦足夠。生牛河個湯係靈魂,雖然唔能夠同越南比,但都算有七成,湯清亦有香料味。不過如果可以比多啲九層塔仲正!炭燒燒豬/雞扒撈檬既扒係燒得好香口,離遠都聞到陣味,而撈檬就正常水準。千祈唔好配飯,佢啲飯成日落得太多水,食落口無咗飯香同質感。午餐配飲品,凍飲加$5,比起一般茶餐廳既$3貴啲。另外,佢既奶茶整得唔好飲,無咗平時茶仔奶茶既層度,入口茶香唔夠之餘有啲削口。…Read More

因為時不時去北角嗰頭做嘢,所以有時就喺嗰頭食埋lunch,而渣華冰室係會經常幫襯既一間。午餐時間約12點9左右去到經常都會有大概十幾人既隊排住,但好彩條隊尚算去得快,大約10至15分鐘入得。渣華冰室都係一般茶仔咁有大menu,基本茶仔食物都有,而門口亦有當日午餐餐牌,大約有8至10個餐咁。今日餐牌有招牌既沙嗲牛一丁同蛋牛治(有時蛋牛治係由炸脾沙律代替),都係$55送嘢飲。另外,冬天有枝竹羊腩飯$70,咖喱羊腩飯就貴少少$75。我同同事分別叫咗個沙嗲牛一丁配蛋牛治同枝竹羊腩飯。沙嗲牛丁係俾埋包麻油,沙嗲汁都多,牛肉都夠軟。另外蛋牛治唔係嗰種薄薄一層涵嗰種,係個蛋牛塞滿個包入面嗰種,蛋同牛肉炒得幾嫩,蛋仲有啲蛋汁,生熟控制得啱啱好。個枝竹羊腩飯啲羊就煮得夠冧,而且份量幾多。通常其他餐廳都係俾得三幾粒,而哩度係成碟幾滿咁。除咗羊腩,哩間茶仔啲午餐多數$50至$55,喺北角啲餐廳嚟講都算幾平,而且凍飲唔駛加錢。咁經濟實惠,所以咁多人排隊。…Read More

前排同朋友行經觀塘裕民坊(即係凱滙樓下個商場)試咗哩間西餐廳。平時行過見到個個裝潢充滿歐陸風情咁,又有啲花花草草咁既裝飾,應該都幾適合女仔去打咭,我哩啲麻甩佬去就有啲格格不入。講返食物,我哋試咗兩個菜加個甜品:香煎銀鱈魚柳巴馬火腿蘆筍卷: 鱈魚煎得幾香,外脆內嫰,入口亦都無成口油既感覺,唔係低級貨。蘆筍爽脆清新加上parma ham既軟熟同油香,口感味覺配搭唔錯。食物配上蘆筍忌廉汁,味道層次更升一級,而且攞盤幾精緻,增加食慾。至於份量,我覺得一盤西餐菜式都係偏少,不過女仔嚟講應該足夠。手工黑松露雲吞配野菌黑松露忌廉汁: 黒松露味好重,加落忌廉汁度再配埋小雲吞,雖然睇落唔算大碟,但都有飽肚感。我以前試過去歐洲食一忌廉/乳酪雲吞,一碟已經好濟,而INN哩碟我覺得幾適合亞洲人胃口。另外,我哋點咗個限定口味楊枝甘露梳乎厘 ($108), 價錢小貴,但味道唔錯。楊枝甘露既酸甜同香味,幾本上整乜哩甜品都好食,而個梳乎厘亦做得非常香軟,值得試吓。…Read More

十幾年前有個週圍搵好嘢食既朋友帶我嚟蛇王龐食,試過之後幾乎食親蛇就會嚟哩度。而家個朋友都移咗民,而我亦一直嚟食,間唔時仲介紹朋友嚟。點解我會keep住嚟呢?其實蛇羮既味間間都差唔多,無話邊間特別好食,反而我會睇用料足唔足。蛇王龐既蛇羮係我食過咁多間蛇王入面最多既。有時肉眼望唔同蛇王既蛇羮用料好似都差唔多,但其實當中用既肉唔係全部蛇肉,唔多唔少都會加啲雞肉或豬肉,只不過比例就各有不同。以下係蛇王龐既菜單:套餐A $87有細蛇羮、臘味糯米飯同蛇湯我覺得幾抵,糯米飯算整得唔錯,加花生同蔥花,冬天食一流。哩個餐一般食量既人都應該夠飽。但我今次夜啲仲有其他地方去,唔食太飽只食個大蛇羮:蛇羮加紅醋、楜椒粉同最重要既檸檬葉,舖頭既有薄脆提供。見到個碗其乎見到既肉都係蛇肉嚟,蛇肉個質感比雞肉同豬肉韌同硬,咬爛有一絲一絲既感覺,好易分。食完蛇羮係會有蛇湯送,老闆會攞走你食完蛇羮既碗裝碗蛇湯,湯係幾清甜,但我就覺得藥材味可以再重啲。食完蛇羮蛇湯,成個胃暖哂。舖頭仲有各類蛇酒提供,有興趣唔需要成枝買,可以試一細杯。我試咗個五鞭蛤蚧壯陽酒,飲完好似森美講故所講成個男人返哂嚟!講笑啫,其實就係普通中藥酒既味,一啖飲哂,個胃由暖到熱。…Read More

最近同個朋友試咗哩間位於K11附近既居酒屋,由於留咗位,唔需要等候。餐廳環境氣氛都似日本本地居酒屋既。食物方面我哋兩個人點咗下面菜式:海葡萄油甘魚刺身野菜沙律係第一味上既頭盤,亦係今餐飯最鐘意既菜。海葡萄既咸鮮清新,配油甘魚既油香嫰滑,配搭有對比,唔錯。再加上其他配菜,酸酸甜甜,係幾開胃。跟手我哋點咗個牛肉壽喜燒,冬天食特別好味,份量正常,牛肉鮮嫰,湯底都係一般壽喜燒汁,不過不失。明太子火炙三文魚卷,明太子味道濃郁,配埋三文魚既油香,唔錯。除咗上面三樣,我哋再叫咗些少小食香炸一口芝未($52)同芥辣八爪魚($42),算正常水準。雖然我去之前都睇過吓哩道食評講過吓服務態度,但今次我係全程無乜特別事情發生,所以無乜差既感受,評論唔到。整體體驗合格,中規中矩。…Read More

今日去開觀塘,又咁啱約到喺嗰頭做嘢既朋友去食lunch,朋友就推薦咗我去一間位於駱駝漆大廈三座一間專賣雞既小店度食。去到大約11點尾仲未肚餓,大家就行吓駱駝漆大廈先,見到有啲以前有既店都執咗,不勝唏噓。平時行街見到有啲店舖執咗都唔會太覺,但喺駱駝漆大廈啲舖頭咁密佈既地方,分別就好明顯。行到大約12點鬆啲返去二撇雞就發現大鑊,成條長龍有幾十人已經排緊隊,好彩係原來佢有兩個舖位,條龍都算去得幾快,排咗大約半個鐘就到。排緊隊嗰時聽朋友講哩間舖係疫情時開,老闆係幾個當時喺酒店做既廚走出嚟開,主打係經濟實惠,賣既係實力。好,要鐘意就係試啲真材實料!門口有簡單餐牌,有幾款招牌菜, 第一次試既朋友可以試吓哩幾味先:我同朋友各自點咗一份黃酒藥膳雞米線同一份重慶口水雞米線:黃酒藥膳雞米線湯底好濃,質地已經煮到有少少黏,再加上黃酒同中藥材冬天食好啱,但較重口味既人會大略嫌中藥味唔夠濃。米線質地綿密煙軔,同某啲連鎖大牌子米線店真係差幾皮。雞既肉質厚實但又滑,有一半以上係雞肶肉。重慶口水雞米線既醬料同出面食既口水雞醬有些少分別,比較少麻辣而偏甜,鐘意邊種睇個人口味。我朋友+$13蚊轉哂雞肶肉,所以總價錢係$67。雞肶肉同我嗰份黃酒藥膳雞既描述一樣,米線湯底同黃酒藥膳雞既一樣,只不過少咗黃酒同中藥味既雞湯底。中午食有套餐,可加幾蚊點埋嘢飲。另外,二撇雞亦有淨點海南雞湯,湯係比米線湯底更加黏稠同濃。今次無試到既間舖既小食,下次必要試埋。咁高質素既食物,我覺得一般市價都起碼要人均$80-100,而哩度只需要大約$60-80,絕對超值!…Read More
