呢兩日去上環做嘢, 中午行過縉城峰, 見到呢間菜館排晒隊, 裝修亦好雅緻, 於是決定放工去試下 :)到達時未夠8點, 已經座無虛席, 好彩咁啱有人埋單, 只係等左10分鐘就有位喇
本來想叫個燉湯補一補, 點知已經賣晒, 有d失望囉, 既然無湯飲, 一於叫海鮮補返數
因為我唔食得辣, 所以叫左招牌咖哩炒蟹要小辣, 另外叫左個椒鹽中蝦同埋蒜蓉炒白菜, 唔知係咪order左小辣既原固, 個咖哩蟹真係唔辣, 但係好多汁好好味, 用嚟撈飯真一流, 結果我少有地成碗飯食晒
加埋送既薄餅, 點左d咖哩汁食真係好惹味, 至於主角"亞蟹", 好大隻, 肉質鮮甜, 蟹膏都好多, 應該係用肉蟹嚟煮, 夠足料, 抵讚
椒鹽中蝦就中規中距, 我個人口味好鍾意食椒鹽既, 所以略嫌唔夠咸, 但係男友就話覺得ok喎, 份量方面亦算多, 蝦蝦都好新鮮, 唔似出面d酒樓食到d死蝦肉"梅"晒咁蒜蓉白菜炒得好靚, 男友話因為碟菜無用滾水淥熟先炒, 而係直接落鑊, 所以炒出嚟保持到唔老, 又唔會成碟都係水喎
最值得推介既係, 响呢度食飯有種久遠左好耐既人情味, 店主好似係自家經營, 所以食客都能夠感受到一種溫情, 店員好有禮貌, 不時添加熱茶, 亦關心客人滿唔滿意, 當我比完意見時, 老闆娘仲即刻走去同個大廚講, 可見佢地對客人既重視
諗返起自己成日走去出名排長龍既食店, 等等等, 食完又急急急要走, 何不去下呢類型既小店, 比我呢種無飯煮婦感受下充滿人情味既晚餐呢~~…Read More
