今日同老公在佐敦周圍搵食, 途經上海街見呢間餐廳裝修唔錯, 價錢又經濟又免加一諗住去食啦, 點了二人小菜套餐, 好快就有兩碗中湯送來, 今日係木瓜雪耳湯, 喝第一啖就FEEL到好鹹味精好重, 但個心都希望我們點的小菜唔好咁鹹, 但往往都事與願遺......先來一道紅燒豆腐班腩煲, 其實佢地D料係足的, D魚炸過都食唔到腥味, 但真係好鹹, 我唔明點解要咁重手, 浪費了大好的一碟餸....到第二道菜上桌, 是蝦醬通菜炒鮮魷, 菜嫩魷魚鮮都算大碟, 點知一食還比先前的一道菜更鹹, 真係食唔落要倒了些汁, 再沖兩次水才可以入口, 我老公都算食得鹹的人都話頂唔順, 可想而知他們對調味係幾重手, 我寫呢篇食物唔係想唱衰呢間餐館, 只係希望管理層看到能夠改善一下, 因為我都見到佢老細有在場都好緊張地打點一切, 經營餐館實在不易, 看得出佢地在食材與餐具甚至裝修都有心思, 如果因為廚房時常太重手弄得D菜太鹹而做壞招牌就唔抵啦...............如果唔係太鹹都值得再幫襯..........希望真係會改善啦........…Read More
