I had quite some experiences with the Japanese all-you-can-eat buffet style dinner at other restaurants, but boy this one really sucked First, their orders were done through papers and pen, which were fine if the orders were in a timely manner. But their waiting time was out of proportion. It was more than fifteen minutes for a simple appetizer to arrive. That was fine too if they served those really good qualitied foods. But NO their tempura shrimps were spoiled with the shrimp meat mushy.
