今天三人前來吃lunch。點了一份M size蒜味豬腳,一份煎餅,一個紫菜飯糰。三個人吃,買單658,非常飽,綽綽有餘。食物方面,豬腳非常嫩,口感好,但是蒜味稍甜。雖然不會甜到膩,喜歡鹹口的朋友需要點他們提供的醬。還有沙拉在一旁解膩。三個人吃也夠,cp值比我想像中好。煎餅賣相十分吸引,味道一般。banchan伴餐小菜能添加,不過辣蘿蔔只有辣粉味,沒有其他味道略寡淡。酸蘿蔔還好。飯糰是一大盤飯自己mix,味道好又抵食。老夥計的態度良好,很是親切。看得出來年輕的員工們(無論本地與否)還在培訓中,進門後沒人安排座位,直到老一點或有經驗的本地店員安排,我們才順利入座。地點方便,下次還有興趣嚐其他菜。…Read More

想吃蠔拉麵很久了,三人一同前來吃lunch。各自點了鹽蠔湯底拉麵,雞豬蠔湯的白湯蠔拉麵,還有辣豬拉麵,還有蠔壽司小吃。首先,兩款蠔拉麵都很出色,喜歡重口味的記得選白湯底,喜歡清單清新的選鹽。ps可能湯底需要撈一撈,碗底的蠔味更濃郁。另外,小吃蠔sushi鹹中帶甜也好吃。不過,由於味道偏濃,最好吃完拉麵後吃(尤其是鹽拉麵的話)。我個人愛吃淡味食物,平常喜歡煮菜不下鹽。所以,sushi的紫菜對我來說味道稍濃。overall,menu上有很多不同濃味淡味的食品符合不同人的口味。並無失望,價格也算合理,值得一試。ps 店家如果可以改一改善桌上提供的水更好。不知為何有蠔的味道⋯…Read More

I always found the door of this restaurant very unique and have always wanted to try it. After all, it’s located in central, so it can’t be that bad right?I ordered a big portion so I can get to try different stuff. And to be honest the portion was good for value . Given that it’s only 145 (without service charge), I had a super big chicken thigh, that was cut into two big pieces, a burger steak and a range of veggies. Oh and rice, of course.So moving onto the flavour of the dish, although I ordered prawn curry soup, it didn’t taste like prawn at all. It tastes more like MSG instant noodle soup. I don’t think that there is much MSG coz I didn’t feel thirsty after the meal. I’d say the flavour of the soup is not good, but acceptable, as you won’t have the urge to leave the restaurant immediately(?).However, all the other ingredients are overcooked and bland. For example, the steak was hard and a bit dry, and the Chicken was stringy. Then some vegetables that are supposed to be crispy are overcooked and soggy as well. You can clearly tell that all the other ingredients are boiled in advance in water, and then put into the soup when you made an order. In other words, everything just tastes bland.Overall, I’m not quite sure how this restaurant managed to survive in central. There are 4 similar restaurants on this same street already and tastes a lot better. Of course they offer less meat and more carbs at a higher price to make you full. I came to this restaurant after lowering my standards for a bit, since I haven’t tried any good Korean restaurants in HK yet.I ordered two popular dishes of goodbne chicken, which includes the cheesy pork fried rice and a cheesy egg roll.I will begin with the pork with fried rice first. Overall the whole dish is just sweet and lacks depth in flavour. There were two pieces of pro ribs. The Pork ribs were soft but i wouldn’t say it’s good in anyway. The rice was fried with carrot, corn and some pork, and with the same sauce used for the ribs. It’s just sweet and nothing else. The cheese doesn’t add much flavour to the dish as well. I mean ace tried many sweet dish, but this is the sweetness of this dish makes it very bland.I mean I’ve tried many average restaurants but I’ve never been disappointed in most of them. However, this dish does indeed makes me feel a but disappointed, as I didn’t expect something like this to be served in the heart of central.Moving onto the egg roll. The look of it was good enough for Instagram, but its taste just made me more disappointed. They didn’t add any seasoning to the egg at all. So I guess they’d expect the customer to eat with the salad-like sauce that they provided, but the whole thing just doesn’t go together! The flavours don’t complement each other! I think a main reason why these doesn’t go together is due to the melty cheese in the middle of the roll. I believe why they chose this as a sauce was due to the mini ‘salad’ and the crab roe on top of the roll. But I don’t understand why they added cheese powder onto the lettuce leaves, as it was too dry and doesn’t complement the leaves nor the whole dish when u eat the egg roll with the lettuce and the cheese powder.If it wasn’t supposed to go with the lettuce why don’t you just put it onto the egg and not the lettuce! The fried rice was 128, the fried rice was 143 and there is a 10% service charge.I wouldn’t recommend anyone to try these two popular dishes at all. It just doesn’t worth it. 親切服務,海膽好吃,可以再來

提早五分鐘到達餐廳,餐廳氛圍比較暗,地方稍微有點窄,座位不算少。1.先進入正題:食物點了一個海膽冷麵,一隻雞翅鮑魚,一串雞腎,一碟炸芝士,一片吞拿魚腦天(經理推薦)。海膽冷麵海膽質素不錯,鮮甜厚肉。麵條口感非常彈牙,非常爽,質感快要跟金針菇可以比擬!松露的香也吃得出來。整體來說不錯,但是我覺得冷麵汁有點太苦了。雞翅鮑魚比我想像中的小,不過想想畢竟雞翅裡面的空間有限。我個人覺得清酒味很香,可是鹹味不太夠。雞腎有一點腥,不過非常脆。cheese炸得很脆,裡面完全留心,火候控制的不錯。吞拿魚腦天我是第一次吃,肉質很嫩。overall所有東西都是即叫即做,熱辣辣。我覺得下次再來的話會試試看刺身拼盤之類的。最好吃我覺得是那一片海膽(冷面汁有点可惜我个人不太喜欢),其次是cheese。吞拿鱼刺身其实也很好,就是我个人对吞拿鱼的自带的血味麻麻地。2.service有收10%服务费,我覺得服務值得比+1。waiter很親切,可能不是傳統5星級酒店那種級別的帶著疏離感的服務,但是看到他們staff之間相處和諧很像朋友一樣,心裏也會很舒服。waiter知道燈光暗,不適合拍照,亦看到我一個人應該會需要讓相機食先,主動看準時機給我打燈照明。總之service是很有親切感可以讓你不局束放心用餐的態度。我個人感覺有點像被長輩照顧的那種細心的感覺。3.裝修em 也就只有我那麼挑剔連裝修也要說一餐了。我覺得雖然黑色紅色的熱烈衝撞很潮,但是我覺得如果裡面的裝修光亮一點的話可能會有一種乾淨的感覺?我不是說這個餐廳不乾淨,而是因為地理位置的問題,位於一個比較暗的角落,剛好我又是晚上去。不過也是我個人意見而已。4.價錢價錢我覺得稍微偏貴,不過畢竟在中環,還可以接受。…Read More

愛食 毫不尊重顧客訂枱:老公嘅男友人IN就快生日,我哋約定15-2-2019 (Fri)晚去*食飯慶祝,* search,見呢間生日有蛋糕送,用匯豐信用咭又有9折,於是喺13號上網book位,由於最多只可填4人,但我哋一共有5人,於是喺備註喥寫明4大1細,同有一個人係生日,以免佢哋冇蛋糕送.之後都收* 嘅email回覆確認成功訂座.自此,店方一直冇聯絡過我,咁我就覺得冇任何問題.到嗰晚,我同老公喺6:45pm其實已經到咗,但礙於太早,我哋都唔敢入去住,不過喺出面睇入去,環境好窄,亦好似冇預留5個位俾我哋.7:00pm,老公話問吓先,個女職員check訂座記錄話冇.我即答*訂咗,佢俾我哋睇剩返咩位,係5個好窄嘅bar枱位.佢問我幾多個人?我答5個,重問可唔可以安排卡位?佢答客人啱啱坐低,同5人以上要俾訂金.咁佢就不了了之.要俾訂金OK冇問題,但點解佢哋唔聯絡我?佢哋冇check Opernice嘅 system?咁係佢哋問題喎,不過算, 嗰喥咁迫夾,都唔適合慶祝,好彩佢哋冇聯絡我,否則我會蝕咗訂金.之後我同老公邊行邊搵第二啲食肆,行到閣麟街附近,見到September (https://www.*.com/zh/hongkong/r-september-%E4%B8%AD%E7%92%B0-%E8%A5%BF%E5%BC%8F-fine-dining-r549890),先喺網上訂座,不過入座時間最快都要8:15pm,我哋再等IN confirm食唔食.冇耐,呢間食肆有人call我,問我可唔可以早啲到?(其實我已到咗)我答我再確定吓,遲啲再覆.最後,好抱歉,IN想食日本嘢,於是我取消訂座.人哋好快就回應我嘅訂座,請呢間S2學吓人哋.到17-2-2019 我check email時,發現佢哋send咗個email俾我,話係我要求cancel booking.有冇攪錯?屈得就屈.

最近非常累需要一個'food therapy',所以想自己一個人安靜地吃一頓有儀式感的、精致的、口味細膩的omakase治愈一下自己。我是一個有一點點picky的食客,除了食物的品質是否驚艷還會考慮其他會影響我用餐experience的因素。1. PhysicalAttributes位置不算太難找,樓上店,環境很安靜。廁所裝修有用心,很寬闊,也有放微微一些香油不會刺鼻/鼻敏感,一切體現出餐廳的用心。裝修的品味……我還是不要挑刺了....2.ServicePros: 我是當天在open rice 上下定,有85折扣,而且可以寫明自己有什麽敏感。之後會有電話來confirm booking不過我以爲是junk call無聼。行程改動讓我可以早點到達餐廳用餐,店方說沒問題。這就是香港人的好處,夠flexible. 對不認識的客人,廚師也會主動跟客人聊天,吃完會給name card說可以whatsapp聯絡拉近距離。結帳的時候也很誠實。Cons: 到達之後,waiter很清楚的記得我對蝦蟹、魚子、牛、敏感,我看waiter記得,就沒有特意告知廚師,然而這個消息看來並没有傳遞給廚師知道,這讓我有一點點失望。不過我看到反正食物都做好了 ,至敏食材不算特別多,不會有太大的健康威脅,就沒多說什麽。不過overall我覺得service挺好的,+1 service charge是值得的,不會像一些餐廳給你rubbish service然後還要收service charge。3.Food我選擇的是Taki Omakase 原價1280,點了1杯梅酒(78),一杯檸檬柚子酒(78)。我個人不是很喜歡藥水/酒精味,梅酒是比較適中的味道,喜歡甜酒/果味重一點的我個人比較喜歡檸檬柚子酒。-Starter是兩塊鰻魚+後面一些類似鵝肝醬的物體。我個人覺得夾著吃弄得鰻魚好像包那樣,味道被醬喧賓奪主了。不過醬是好吃的。-Appertizer有海膽tofu,八爪魚配蕎麥納豆、甜玉米、甜番薯。這個海膽豆腐我是第一次吃,沒有腥味,海膽+豆腐的一點清甜味,我覺得ok,加上jelly在夏天吃很舒服。這種玉米我之前有吃過,所以比較習慣,但是也是很清甜多汁的,但是picky如我覺得如果可以把外層成片切出來,不用不雅的吐出中間的東西會比較好(別説不可能,我在別的餐廳就是這樣吃過才會有這種建議)。我本人不太喜歡鈉豆,不過八爪魚是ok的。番薯我覺得沒什麽特別的,可能是擺盤比較好看。-Soup今天是鮑魚清湯。這個我是覺得做得比較好的。鮑魚不會太老,薄片不會太難咬,完全沒有腥味,咸度剛剛好。加上裏面的香草,味道非常清新。可能看上去就是很簡單的一道,但是要做的剛剛好的要花費的心思其實也不少。-Sashimi有三种:鯛魚、Toro、深海八爪魚依然,這裡所有的海鮮一點腥味都沒有,都頗新鮮。Toro完全沒有雪藏味,但是稍微有一兩條根(ok是我太picky了),脂肪跟肉的比例不錯。我覺得雖然不是我吃過最好的,但是也是好的。比較令我改觀的是深海八爪魚。吸盤非常脆。我以前不喜歡吃八爪魚因爲比較難咬,這次令我對八爪魚改觀。而且梅醬的配搭也非常好。-Tempura有蝦、木哥魚、鱲魚、(好似係)紅三魚、炸帶子配魚子 +白蘿蔔容配菜。調味有白鹽、咖喱鹽、檸檬汁。我喜歡吃完每一款喝茶再吃一點白蘿蔔容清一下口腔裏面的餘味。第一次嘗試咖喱鹽覺得挺特別的。我最喜歡是木歌魚,肉最細膩,魚味也很濃。其他魚天生肉質比較粗,雖然師傅已經盡量做得不粗,吃上去像有一些口感的雲朵,但是個人挑剔的口味問題,我只喜歡木歌魚。(白蘿蔔容不知道爲什麽添加之後的味道跟本來第一次的味道不一樣,檸檬的味道重了一點點,所以就算可以無限添加我也沒再用蘿蔔refresh味蕾了紅杉魚配海膽汁下面墊了冬菇。對於討厭冬菇的我,這道菜,也讓我有點改觀。海膽汁不會搶走了魚的味道,然後味道很有層次的:海膽的微甜、炸物的香口、魚的甜被海膽帶出來、然後烤冬菇的烤香味。(菇味我沒怎麽吃到-Hot Dish炸鰻魚+jelly+海藻hmmm其實作爲一個非常喜歡鰻魚的人來説我覺得overall這一頓裏面的鰻魚都沒有讓我驚艷。-Extra額外送了我一個蝦湯。我覺得師傅做的湯功力十足。中間有個我忘了是什麽魚的炸魚。炸後,魚鱗的口感很獨特,很脆。除了鮑魚湯之外,這個蝦湯也很不錯。 蝦湯是用蔬菜一起煮的,剛開始喝的時候是主要是蔬菜的甜味,慢慢到底的時候蝦的甜越來越濃郁。蝦子很新鮮,完全沒有任何苦味,甜也是鮮甜的味道不是加了糖的味道。-Grill Dish鰻魚中間的是白鹽燒(?)鰻魚,上面有點wasabi。不會太咸,配上wasabi味道剛剛好。其他的鰻魚下面有配西方的酥餅。鰻魚和酥餅的牛油香味是挺配的,然而我個人覺得酥餅太厚了,即使點了汁整體有點干,而且重點變成了酥餅不是鰻魚的感覺。以前也不是沒有西餐/fusion吃過牛油香味的酥餅配鰻魚,但是一般餅都是比較薄的。所以這一盤也沒有太大的驚喜。-Rice Dish今天吃得是海藻冷麵+昆布jelly。麵一定要跟jelly一起吃,因爲只有jelly有味。說實話我吃到sashimi的時候已經很飽了。現在這個主食是非常吃不下了。麵條是外面軟軟的中間有點咬口,我個人不太喜歡這樣的口感。我覺得這樣的麵條再需要配上jelly對胃的負擔有點大,太飽了,而且不停出現的jelly我已經有點厭了。也不是說主食難吃吧,就是average。是我不會再點的菜。-Dessert我一般對和式甜品沒有多大好感,但拍照是好看的。(這時候已經飽到快吐了也沒吃完OVERALL我覺得整體來説,這一頓加上了85折是挺划算的一頓omsakase。當然原價來講也不貴。師傅比較用心有嘗試用fusion的方法或者個人的創意想出食物的配搭,服務態度整體來講不錯,而且食材都是新鮮的。師傅除了湯的功夫之外tempura的功夫也不錯,肉汁/肉質保持得很好。整體來講我覺得是及格的一餐,但是達到我覺得好吃的菜/食物只有湯、木歌魚tempura、一些sashimi。大家想在中環找到一個抵食,環境安靜得omakase的話,我覺得大家可以一試。…Read More
