很差的服務

今天下午三時去吃下午茶，侍應要我們快些order 點心，因為厨房要收爐了。我們拿拿林填左點心纸给侍應。點知等左差不多一個鐘也沒有来。四時左右，侍應居然要我們趕快埋单，因要埋数。我們表示還有點心未来， 侍應居然話我們並沒有叫點心，我們說我們很早已入了點心纸。但侍應表示他們沒有收到，並說我們沒有入纸，更說厨房已收。我們堅持有入纸，擾讓一輪之後，櫃枱最後找回我們的點心纸並说原來他們忘了落单。一句道歉也沒有。這酒樓的服務很差，一開始忘了落单，不去查清楚不特只，還第一時間怪客人冇入纸。一味催我們埋单，亦沒有主動向我們道歉，這麼差的服務居然還要收我們服務費! 以後也不會幫襯!…Read More

今日去吃下午茶，樓面個两個女人態度好趕客，問咩都吾答，黑口黑面，好似殺左佢全家甘。重以為佢啞或者吾識聽廣東話! 例如我好有礼貌問佢檯面個張印有點餐的纸是餐牌嗎，佢吾應我 ，但就随手椗(係!真係大力掟）另一張點餐纸落我張枱，無出过一粒声，塊面好黑。我來食野，吾係比錢買難受，又無殺你全家，做咩比尼D面色我睇?其中一個落單既楼面女人，不断在掃地，隻手又掂过垃圾產同掃巴，之後無洗过手就直接拿食物给我!好吾衛生!D野食好差!
