正當客人迷失在美食時,服務員似乎都在工作中迷失了。這裡是大阪,大家在大阪都迷失了。餐廳地下係食鐵板,上層係食一般料理。到達餐廳時,系7点左右,但餐廳已8成滿座。打開菜譜,壽司拼盤、刺身拼盤$300以上,魚生壽司大概$70兩件,定食$130以上,價錢中上。星期日同公眾假期有8折。1)刺身拼盤嘅樟紅魚真係好肥,好新鮮,海葡萄很脆,帶孑超鮮甜,吞拿魚嫩。魚子和三文魚就相對遜色。2)跟住上嘅壽司拼盤,要"嘩"一聲。兩片好似肥猪肉嘅Toro,令人流晒口水。海膽雖然大片,但唔夠新鮮,唔夠肥,無甘甜味。3)想食熱嘢,叫左個雜錦鍋定食,份量十足,有帶子,蟹腳,蠔,蜆肉,粉絲等。嘢食好但服務就有進步空間。佢哋係有禮貌地馬虎同唔識處理嘢。漏單已算小事。係晚餐的兩個小時,發生了一些蝦碌事。服務生不小心弄跌客人手機,係外殼同電池也跌到掉出來嗰種。接著,又有服務生結賑時,失掉信用卡事件,擾攘了很久,嚇壞客人,也浪費了客人時間,仲好意思問客人有無另一張信用卡簽賬。最搞笑係餐廳方面好大聲話唔見左張信用卡,在場所有食客都可以聽到。好彩最後揾得番張卡,但餐廳方面好唔識做,浪費左卡主時間,折頭都唔俾個人。可能太忙,做到迷失了。…Read More

減左兩日肥,突然好想食北京填鴨,但星期五一定人多,搵下搵下就見到呢間新店,就打電話訂位碰運氣。 接線的本來話訂位已滿;突然換另一人接線,叫我留下電話等佢打去問其他已訂位的會唔會取消訂位。 好好啊~我落場時間再打去問,真係幫我留到位!Lucky~訂左晚上6:30, 以為算早,點知上到去八成滿?!因為地方都真係幾細下,其實坐幾枱已經好FULL坐低第一時間同枱底的金魚Say個Hi先~再嚟睇下本Menu同環境,唔錯,感覺如果食物唔OK當食裝修都可以接受。我家兩老過左一陣就到。係冇我帶領之下佢地都嚟到證明呢度相當易搵。本來我地3個坐張二人圓枱,侍應見當時仲有吉嘅4人枱,就叫我地搬過去。好好啊~我覺得有家嘅感覺~我地之後叫左四喜烤麩、大蔥羊肉水餃、北京填鴨同慈禧牛肉手擀麵 (本來仲想叫個拔絲士多啤梨但真係太飽食唔落)等上菜時品茶。大麥茶很香,好奇打開茶壺睇下…弊!有花!我成家都唔飲得花茶會暈。(好彩得幾朵花唔係成壺都係,大家食完飯都只係攰攰地,冇暈到)四喜烤麩: 中規中矩,正常的烤麩,叫呢個貪佢有菇有豆開胃D,對我嚟講油膩左,但如果佢唔係咁吸油就唔係烤麩啦大蔥羊肉水餃: 有羊肉香,但怕羶味的朋友應該都可以接受的。水餃不錯,咬落去水餃皮內有湯汁。 呢個味道好分明: 有羊肉香而不羶,又有少少0既蔥香同孜然味北京填鴨: 少許失望,半隻鴨但點解我覺得呢度好似得個鴨胸/例牌份量咁?冇理由隻鴨嘅脂肪每個部份都咁平均分佈掛。因為我地得到嘅部份太瘦,我家兩老有D唔高興…另外,京蔥係切條,如果係切/刨絲會香D慈禧牛肉手擀麵: 呢餐比較欣賞的會係呢個麵。個麵身好易斷,但又好彈牙;湯頭似紅燒牛肉,但又比較清香D;牛展比較遜色,製作牛展唔難,應該同用料有關呢餐食左$510蚊連茶錢,服務態度好,食物可以更好。就如一開始嘅心態,呢餐當食裝修囉。…Read More

其實好想試雲南人家好耐,奈何我家兩老非常奄尖,食野要坐得舒服,媽媽又怕食蟲,所以一直唔敢提要o黎呢度食。今次膽粗粗問媽媽可唔可以試,佢居然准奏,當然唔可以放過呢個難得機會啦~新蒲崗街道其實好易行,舖頭門面醒目都好易搵。舖頭比較細,所以我地都揀左下午茶時間先o黎,唔係真係會好逼。第一次食當然要試佢個招牌菜:「德勝豆花米線」、「雲南乳餅」及「酥炸蜂蛹」;另加「昆明紅燒牛腩米線」及「黃燜大腸」。「德勝豆花米線」- 老闆娘眼利知道我地第一次o黎,所以教我地要撈勻先食。第一啖入口就覺得個米線口感一流,好彈牙,軟硬適中。多得個豆花,令到炸醬肉碎、酸菜同蔥花掛到上個米線,令人每食一啖都可以食到好惹味0既醬汁;而就可能因為個醬汁太惹味,唔係太食得出豆香。「昆明紅燒牛腩米線」- 我們這一家反而覺得呢個米線仲好食。米線本身已經好食,個牛腩好好味。好味在於牛肉夠肥美,夠腍有油香;最憎o的牛腩瘦到死,o趙到牙都痛。「雲南乳餅」- 老闆娘好似好驚我地怕羶,一上菜就叫我地快o的食。我地好鍾意食芝士,所以一o的都唔覺羶,反而覺得淡左少少;勝在夠奶香。我反而覺得如果當佢好似mozzarella配番茄食應該唔錯。「酥炸蜂蛹」 - 為左食蟲而o黎o既我,反而對呢個菜有少少失望。可能先入為主,平時食開阿詩瑪那邊的蜂蛹,鍾意佢o個種帶杏仁0既香。雲南人家的炸得唔錯,但冇我鍾意0既杏仁味,略帶酸,同埋比較細隻冇阿詩瑪的蜂蛹肥美;但份量差唔多,一樣令我食得唔夠喉(其實係我貪吃0者)。「黃燜大腸」- 明明叫大腸,點解呢度0既伙計係都要叫佢肥腸?因為佢真係好肥。就係因為佢夠肥先夠香,呢度又炆到o的大腸好入味,好好食。呢一餐每人大概55蚊,有特色都算經濟。…Read More
