晚餐想食意粉,聽朋友講過Pici有手造意粉食,決定去試試。餐廳環境比較暗,侍應多是外國人。晚餐有套餐亦可以散叫。我地最後決定叫一個二人轉餐。落左單,侍應好快就奉上用紙袋盛載麵包,我一向對西餐既麵包都有期望,食時要微暖,同埋外脆內軟,呢到既麵包唔暖,亦唔係外脆,好似放左係到好耐咁,有點失望。前菜點左肉丸,賣相唔錯,我無食,老公就覺得味道ok。主菜我地加錢點左黑松露細扁麵同埋墨魚汁結他麵。先上黑魚汁結他麵,一上枱就聞到好香既烤蝦味,隻蝦都幾大隻,肉質都爽,黑魚汁麵食落有點咸香味,唔係只係得墨魚汁色,麵質有咬口,唔會好淋,煮得夠乾身,碟底唔會水汪汪。跟住再上黑松露細扁麵,我個人好仲意食扁麵,第一次食黑松露係一片片鋪係麵上面,個汁剛好掛住每條扁麵,配埋黑松露一齊食都幾夾,個汁其實都幾濃味,但又唔會蓋過黑松露既味,唔錯。套餐包兩杯飲品同兩個甜品。甜品只有兩個選擇,一款係Tiramisu, 另一款係意式奶涷,兩款都點黎試下。奶凍都幾滑,Tiramisu一向都唔係我favor, 試左一啖,味道正常啦。…Read More

anson662002 你好!想回應下 閣下上面所講對餐包既期望: - 麵包’’食時要微暖’’: 其他地方菜唔講,做正宗意菜既地方既餐包 – 除非真係岩岩開門/市 – 大部分都唔會如你期望甘熱既,原因係餐台上既麵包係意菜裏面既主要功能係伴著食物來食 (例如你叫左cold cuts或者chicken/beef/pork stew, 店員通常會係上菜果陣比埋一籃/碟餐包你), 所以個主角係其他食物,而唔係d包,所以餐包溫度一般唔會甘講究 (當然,意大利人會覺得自己既麵包係好好食既,如果 閣下喜歡就甘食餐包既當然無任歡迎,但如非必要對方都唔會刻意整熱番d包比你) 。係市面上,你可能會遇過有地方為左迎合本地客人需要而整熱d包,但係就算真係唔熱,其實都唔係鋪頭既錯,只不過我地同人地之間有文化差異;- 麵包要’外脆内軟’: 一般西式麵包係剛出爐/熱果陣的確會係脆既,但上面已經解釋左點解意菜餐包好少會熱,所以脆呢一點可能就有d難做到; 至於’内軟’, 相信你都有聽過,西式麵包裏面其實都會軟既,但絕對唔會好似中式/港式果d甘 – 一來麵包軟通常都因爲有額外添加,二來西方又真係比較少例如湯種既整麵包方法,所以如果 閣下真係要西餐餐包係好似我地本地食開果d甘軟既,建議你少去果d行正宗西餐既地方/唔好食果d包。

晚餐想食意粉,又怕繁忙時段要等好耐。諗起一田超市入面有間UCC,就去睇下。我地兩個人,等4張枱,10分鐘左右就有位,都算好快。點左一個蒜蓉海鮮意粉同奄列海鮮飯,其中一個主菜加左$46變套餐,有湯,沙律同飲品。沙律同湯先上,個湯類飲落似蕃茄湯,味道都可以,但係個湯唔熱,同埋我覺得太稀。沙律主要係生菜配麻醬,無咩特別。跟住上蒜蓉海鮮意粉,意粉都ok, 唔會好稔,海鮮配料都算豐富,有帶子,魷魚,蝦,仲有d蘑菇,食落幾有蒜香,都可以。再上奄列海鮮飯,有隻連殼既青口插係飯上面,擺碟都有d心思,不過,奄列無蛋味同好薄身,海鮮飯入面有蝦、帶子,另外有d蜆,個汁酸酸地。下次可能就咁叫海鮮意大利飯會更好。食完主菜,再叫左份鮮果法式多士,都等左好一會兒先有,賣相都幾好,我滿心期待食熱辣辣既多士,點知唔熱既,味道OK,食到蛋味,但如果邊邊再脆D,食落係熱既就更加好。鮮果都幾甜。如果下次再黎,會再試下佢既其他甜品。…Read More

朋友之前食過碗屋放題,極力推介,今晚一班朋友一齊試下。共有兩頁餐牌50款食物同一些甜品任點任食。刺身有10款,我地點晒全部刺身試下,賣相好唔錯,睇得出新鮮有光澤,我最鍾意食帶子同赤貝刺身,夠厚身同大隻。魚刺身我唔好,但都試左其中一片,厚切食落爽口,都唔錯。蝦刺身我都試左一隻,普通size,都新鮮。壽司方面,因為怕太易飽,唔敢叫太多,我試左海膽同鰻魚小手卷,海膽好味夠份量,鰻魚就普通。熱食方面,醬燒銀雪魚係我地至愛,魚油多夠滑朋友點左醬燒茄子同蒸蛋,朋友兩款都讚,蒸蛋好滑,呢兩款朋友都有再追加。鐵板燒牛肉有厚同薄燒,大家一致認為厚燒好食d,要趁熱食,肉質鬆軟。鐵板帶子味道唔錯,不過細粒d。炸蠔都幾大隻,裡面有汁,唔錯。燒羊扒我都覺得好食,肉質鬆軟,唔會好多肥膏。燒紫芋年糕,朋友試左話都唔錯。燒粟米同雞翼無咩特別。燒鵝肝我地覺得好唔得,食落有一陣怪味本來對炸軟殼蟹好有期望,不過一試就有d失望,隻軟殼蟹都大隻,不過食落好油,無咩味我覺得鯛魚湯好味,夠熱,有濃濃魚味,我有追加左一碗叫左烏冬試下,都煙韌同滑身。餐廳每人送一款小食,我選左鮑魚,都幾好味。我朋友之前黎過,好鍾意食呢到既枝豆同肉骨腸,但今次黎,無包係任點餐牌入面,要另外散叫,朋友好失望,最後我地都散叫左枝豆,仲另外叫左枝柚子酒飲添。枝豆我無食,柚子酒ok唔錯。甜品我見到有榴槤大福,本來想試,但係係炸既,又打左折扣,最後無食到。雪糕有芒果,綠茶,豆腐,柚子同芝麻味。我食左豆腐,柚子同芝麻,我自己覺得柚子最好,味道清新。豆腐同芝麻都唔錯,豆腐同芝麻味濃,不過我覺得豆腐甜左d。另外,我地都點左朱古力糯米糍,紅豆和果子,白皮明月冰卷,雪糕糯米糍同朱古力流心蛋糕試下,全部細細粒,整體味道都ok。朋友覺得今次放題熱食選擇比之前少左,所以有d失望。不過佢既刺身質素真係唔錯,同埋無漏單,叫左幾多就黎幾多,又無限時,可以由6點開始食到尾。侍應加茶收碟,落order都快手。喜歡食刺身既朋友可以一試。…Read More

呢間餐廳歴史悠久,裝修後都無黎過,最近朋友提起呢間餐廳,推介佢既凍檸茶,就黎試下。叫左兩個鐵板餐配黑椒汁,一個係西冷扒,另一個係牛仔骨拼牛扒。個餐包餐湯跟餐包同一杯野飲。首先黎餐湯,夠熱,辣味夠,酸味多返d就更好。配既係牛油法包,個包都熱熱地,不過烘得唔夠脆。到鐵板出場西冷扒- 有差唔多成塊鐵板咁長,而且好厚身。我要五成熟,廚師真係有控制到熟度,切開塊西冷,顏色有層次,外層淺啡,中間粉紅色,西冷好厚,食落去鬆化牛仔骨拼牛扒- 牛仔骨同牛扒各一塊,都好大件。 牛仔骨都鬆化好味,無肥膏又多肉,當然就無西冷咁厚身。另一款牛扒相對就差d, 入口無咁鬆軟,但都可以既。黎埋餐飲,叫左凍檸茶同熱檸水。我本身好怕澀味,所以從來唔會叫檸茶,今次朋友推介,就試下。檸茶無澀味,清得黎飲到茶味,唔太甜,檸檬無苦味,好飲。以後黎呢到食飯,我就可以叫凍檸茶飲啦熱檸水平時我就成日飲,今次呢杯我都擺左一陣先飲,但檸檬都無出苦味除左鐵板,呢到晚餐都有小餸同炒粉麵,之後有機會會再黎試。…Read More
