興記雲吞麵都喺鰂魚涌呢個鋪位好多年,一直以抵食雲吞麵見稱。開在英皇道,非常方便。不時都見到附近太古坊office lunch time好多人食同買外賣,亦都係好多街坊落樓醫肚之選。今日去咗食午餐,叫咗碗雲吞麵,$19,$20唔使,但有4大粒鮮蝦雲吞,性價比相當不俗。麵質亦非常好,有口感而彈、又不會太硬或太軟。整碗雲吞麵不會太重鹼水味,加埋辣椒油簡直係一絕。雖然環境比較簡陋,但快、靚、正,絕對值得一試!…Read More

銅鑼灣嘅丹麥餅店係無數香港人嘅回憶,曾經無數次話業主加租做不下去,但仍然堅持到今天。魚柳包、熱狗、薯條、豬扒包加芝士、炸雞脾,全部即叫即炸、新鮮熱辣,簡直冇得輸。今日經過叫咗炸脾,叫以前$10食到今日$18,沒辦法,通脹嘛。重點是味道依舊好吃,皮非常的脆,已經達到炸脾的最大精髓;內裡的肉不會太乾或太鞋,達到了啖啖肉的效果;而最後撒在皮上的華鹽更是點綴了整隻雞脾,昇華到另一層次。每次經過都忍不住要吃一點小吃,又或者,最令我喜歡丹麥的,是收錢老闆娘的人情味,是叫細吃到大的回憶的味道。…Read More

以前住在紅磡,已經非常喜歡吃紅磡冰室。近期才發現,分店越開越多,連港島也有幾間,於是今天去了在炮台山的紅磡冰室吃下午茶。餐廳最馳名的,非常餐和特餐莫屬。通粉/麵/撈公仔麵,配上煎蛋/炒蛋,再加多士/蒜蓉包,連餐飲都只是$4x,性價比非常高。我點了「雞翼撈炒蛋蒜蓉包」,瑞士雞翼撈公仔麵非常出色,瑞士汁完全滲透雞翼和麵條;炒蛋十分滑,一直是「紅冰」的招牌之一;蒜蓉包非常香,而且不會太硬或太軟,質素很高。嘆了個出色的下午茶,代表今天又是美好的一天。…Read More

祐民街是鰂魚涌的美食小街,雖然有點隱蔽但其實整條街都是不同的食店。今次來到了金龍泰國菜,位置是在整條街的最後最後,說他是真正的秘店也不為過。店鋪沒有華麗的裝潢,也沒有浮誇的餐牌,卻是真正由泰國人整的泰國食物,卻是最踏實樸素的泰國美食。點了一個青咖哩雞飯,份量非常足夠,味道也很好。青咖哩汁非常香、雞肉口感很嫩、滲透汁的茄子更是把整個飯昇華至另一個層次!另外還要了一杯凍檸茶,原本以為只是其他連鎖泰國餐廳的普通港式凍檸茶,怎料到味道非常特別,竟是真正的泰式凍檸茶!午餐價只是$5x,但吃到真正由泰國人整的泰國菜,感到值回票價了。…Read More
