喺朋友介紹下, 終於都排到期黎食飯。由於今次我地GE組合有D新奇, 有好鐘意食海鮮但怕肥GE我同朋友甲, 有鍾意海鮮,愈肥愈好GE大肚婆準媽媽加佢老公, 仲有鐘意食濃味GE朋友丙同佢個仔。所以菜單真係要花D心思去揀下。依間餐廳服務好好, 幫我地改左好多次餐廳, 又提議我地試新菜式, 仲專登安排間細房我地坐, 靜靜地咁講下是非。今次我地五大一細, 前後總共叫左六個餸一湯一糖水,好抵食。首先有個大白菜杏汁燉豬肺湯,杏汁味好香好重,而且飲得出無味精,岩我地三姑六婆養顏, 而且豬肺無 so 味, 哈哈, 點少少辣椒醬再食,正爆。飲完湯之後, 就到招牌花雕旦白蒸蟹,(朋友推介一定要食). 果然無介紹錯, 旦蒸得超滑, 仲要好厚身, 蟹又夠份量。講真, 真係我喺屋企蒸咁多次旦, 無一次係滑, 仲有D老, 成日比老公話, 依個旦, 我真係無野講, 超好食, 而且花雕好香, 食欲大增。之後唔話得, 薑蔥炒龍蝦配伊面底, 先講個汁, 個茨剛剛好, 唔似街出面D餐廳同酒樓咁一pat鼻涕。主角龍蝦, 炒完都唔會老同un, 仲keep到好鮮甜, 同埋龍蝦大哥, 你好好肉地, 我地將D伊面撈埋D汁, 每人一大碟, 再加埋大大舊龍蝦, 人生好滿足呀!!!!!!!!!驚喜一浪接一浪, 樓面哥哥捧住一大碟送, 叫蒜蓉粉絲蒸聖子王, 蒜香味不在話下, 隻聖子王, 真係king size, 平時喺街市都好少見咁大隻, 一人一隻, 真係好奢華, 連蒜蓉粉絲, 成舊啪入口, 成個口都滿哂, 個個都講唔到野, 聖子真係好鮮甜。再黎一個風沙雞, 睇菜單時都唔知係咩, 聽都未聽過, 個名好江湖味, 哈哈, 因為大家都未試過, 所以就叫左啦。原來係生熟蒜, 隻雞外脆內嫩, 好惹味。聽樓面哥哥講, 原來係一道懷舊菜食左咁多好食野一係時候抖抖, 黎左一條蒸星班, 講得太開心,唔記得影相, 食得出條魚係游水, 新鮮, 蒸得剛剛好, 好嫩滑。個魚汁好清, 我地都忍唔住叫左白飯撈魚同汁。食食下, 又多一個驚喜, 竹笙露荀炒鮮奶,好得意,好難得食到炒鮮奶ge菜式, 鮮奶炒得好滑, 但又不失奶味, 而且每條露荀都有一片竹笙包住, 好有心思, 同埋好考功夫, keep到竹笙無爛過, 準媽媽差唔多食碟掃哂, 話對BB有益喎, 都係GE. 但確實好好味吃飽飽仲有糖水, 杞子雪耳燉圓肉 每碗都好足料, 又唔太甜, 仲好潤,講左咁耐野,岩哂,好喜歡.諗住埋單之際, 樓面哥哥拎住一碟壽包, 我笑到癩左, 諗住生日無人記得, 點知朋友book 枱個陣, 提過我生日, 所以師父送壽包比我地, 好浪漫呀, 好有人情味, 宜家好難得搵到間又好食, 又好服務, 仲有人情味GE餐廳。好愛依度。我一定番黎食…Read More
