Highly recommended by a friend! We tried the full embla experience. The difference between the full and the short experience is that you don’t need to choose either the turbot or A5 Wagyu for the main. You can have both! The first time I tried contemporary Nordic fine dining. The environment is comfortable. I am not a seafood lover and actually I am a bit scared of seafood because of their smell, texture and looks😂 but their fish and lobster dishes didn’t scare me away and really impressed me. The presentation is good and every dish is like a work of art. We have the lingonberry sorbet for the dessert. I love it! $538 一人嘅lunch set都抵食。本身我地坐半戶外嘅位置,但坐坐下飛左隻蜜蜂黎,追住我地,唔知係咪噴左太濃嘅花味香水😅😅最後坐番入室內。啲staff好好,好樂意幫我地換位。餐前麵包係熱烘烘嘅,有三款俾我地揀。初頭以為starter係是但揀一款,原來係唔洗揀,一個拼盤俾晒你,個帶子大大粒好好味。我平時唔食beef tartare,但食左一啖我都接受到。同埋佢地好細心介紹每款食物👍🏻龍蝦湯係真係有幾粒龍蝦喺到架,好creamy。我地兩個都揀USDA rib eye cap,份量岩岩好,有好多醬汁俾你揀同有好多款鹽擺晒喺枱俾你試,例如日本鹽、竹鹽.....幾好玩。同牛扒一齊上嘅有portobello mushroom同薯條。我地加80蚊要左個厚切煙肉。最後甜品係strawberry trio,甜品就冇乜特別。因為朋友生日,佢地加左塊生日牌同蠟燭,但我唔記得左講朋友叫咩名,佢地可能誤會左寫左個錯嘅名上去😂…Read More

We had two appetisers, pasta, two main course, one dessert and cheese selection. The bread was soft and warm. We could choose our olive oil from three options. We had Burrata Cheese and Squid for our appetisers. I like the cheese one because it’s so refreshing.For the pasta, I am not a seafood lover as I hate the smell of fish but I do really love the Sicilian red shrimp. It’s flavorful! We chose Red star Grouper and Iberian Presa for our main courses. The meat and the sauce were rich but not greasy.The dessert!! We had the pumpkin cake with rum ice cream which is definitely a must try. And we got an extra dessert for my birthday!! It’s totally a lovely surprise. We would like to thank people who served us.
