上次匆忙經過未有幫襯,見到每枱都食緊酸辣魚煱,望落好似好好味咁。今次尊程嚟,雖然本身唔太喜愛食淡水魚,但都一試。魚煱可選鯇魚片或鯇魚腩,由唔辣至大辣,我哋要鯇魚腩小辣,但都覺幾辣,因個煱一路食一路加熱。嘩 ! 一試,原來個湯至係個精髓,鯇魚腩好滑好新鮮,配菜有埋酸菜、酸瓜、牙菜、九菜等,好好味。另外加咗: 雞件、炸腐竹、菜、鮮牛栢葉、鮮鵝腸等…尤其個新鮮鵝腸,淥一陣,入口好爽。佢個生炒骨個味道好正,唯獨D排骨用咗一字排,又切細粒,所以冇咩肉食,希望大厨下次用d肉排啦 !呢度白飯係用細木盆上,因每碗都係蒸㗎,粒粒分明,個個都好鍾意。其實,大熱天時食火煱幾辛苦吓,又星期五晚超多人。所以,下次會揀平日同涼D天氣再去食。*** 好想讚吓全晚個侍應姐姐仔,熱情招呼又好好態度,食得都開心D。…Read More

一般有供應生蠔嘅自助餐都會貴D,但又未必夠新鮮,除咗大多數要排隊配給外,仲好多時食到滿口沙!每逢星期二晚,山頂呢間Cafe Deco都會有自助晚餐,每位$438加一,餐飲只有一杯,如任飲果汁等,需另付每位$120加一。但就冇任何包括信用咭優惠喇!個幾星期前已訂位,並要求窗口位。終於,嚟到啦!餐廳位置好正,坐落就望到成個夜景。嘩!超正!仲可以走出去露台行吓影吓相,成個人心情即時靚到痺!但最估唔到生蠔係主角,好新鮮好肥美,仲不斷一盆一盆咁出,任你拎任你食,又何來需要排隊呢?其中有一幕:我見到厨師正拎出嚟一大盆生蠔,有位客人即時話想要一打,厨師就馬上遞過去,仲好有禮貌添!接近完場都仲會出比你呀!話雖如比,生蠔又點可以一次食得太多喎!其他食物都係唔錯:~三文魚生同樣好新鮮,同樣任食任拎。~熟蝦,竟然好鮮甜又彈牙!龍蝦仔及青口就冇食到。~Parma ham配蜜瓜,蜜瓜好甜,真係好好食。~水牛芝士伴蕃茄,嚿芝士仲係切大嚿呈半圓型,真係第一次食到咁正!~批都有好幾款,但只記得菠菜批,好食。~芝士,有多款。~湯:只有磨菇湯一款,但好濃好味道。~迷你和牛漢堡,正!~仲有燒牛肉, 但就唔見有鵝肝。~熟食款色唔多,印象中有炒雜菜,炸魚,咖喱雞、牛,羊等,配薄餅及印度米雜色飯。~甜品:法式焦糖燉蛋,有原味及綠茶,好正!。芒果布甸丶熱情果布甸杯,佈滿芒果、熱情果蓉,正!仲有其他多款芝士餅等,都好好食。~雪糕:Movenpick*總括來講,食物款色唔算好多,但每款都好精緻及用心炮製,最重要係餐廳不間斷咁供應比客人,超讚! …Read More

食受氣放題?不如食自助餐啦!

算一算,都有一年幾未有寫食評啦!原因某次睇到别人某些食評時,好似完全將事實顛倒咁,因我都曾經光顧,該店食物顯然價格超貴兼水平一般,但偏偏食評對其讚不絕口,頓然覺得好沮喪兼無乜意義再寫....但今日為咗食石澗食到一肚氣,不得不再執筆,將怨氣宣洩!由於睇到OpenRice食評,對大埔呢間石澗好評如潮,於是喺一月某晚九點曾到光顧,可能我哋當日單點每款食物,並唔係封頂價,所以每款食物都似樣,而且味道亦可,所以,一見到有放題團購,就冇考慮咁馬上買咗幾張券。我哋訂咗年初七食5:00-7:00pm,於是下午4:50pm已到達。可能時間尚早,當日連同我哋幾個及其他顧客到達,只係得兩張枱而已。雖然餐廳已開門,但仍然未開燈,只見一班侍應喺潻黑下睇緊電視,完全當外面嘅客人透明一樣...到咗5:05pm終於開著燈,但就冇人出嚟招呼???我哋仍然似透明人咁!於是一行成十人自己行入去,要叫D侍應生至識埋嚟呀!好啦,因團購寫明係限2小時放題,並訂明於結束半小時前係最後落單,所以馬上入紙落單。點知?等到5:43pm仲未有食物上枱,餓死我哋啦!望一望厨房?D師傅/侍應全部都係停哂手周圍望或睇電視,完全好似拖慢嚟咁....不知所謂!好嬲呀!第一次食放題...........終於有嘢上枱啦!嘩!!四個人坐喺度,只嚟得2小豉油碟,其中一碟醬汁豬軟骨似嘔吐物咁,望見都唔想食!另外4小粒味噌牛舌,唔入味,又靭,難食!鐵板牛舌,未夠熟,好靱!鐵板帆立貝,勁雪味,完全冇味道!勁差!!! ****突然覺得好似乞食咁呀!****好後悔光顧,但終於領略到大部份人都有嘅放題經歷囉!後來,刺身等食物都陸續奉上,但每次總會減少我哋人紙時數量。...我哋有我哋剔食物數量,但石澗就求求其其,勁討厭!最後更不斷有心漏單,追極都唔啋你!仲有,餐單明明有雪米糍,但上次、今次都話冇貨到喎!雪糕又只得3、4款雀巢咋,仲要雪到硬過石頭,用匙刮極都刮唔到,又點可以食多1杯呢?太過份!太過份!埋單前,我哋都唔想再追單,只係話:只想點嘅8片燒菠蘿到,然後食埋就走人!果然!馬上遞上!***其實,計一計四人放題總價錢,真係完全可以去元氣或其他餐廳,食一餐舒舒服服又開心嘅晚餐,今次真係蠢!!!!!~我發誓!以後唔會再食所謂放題!就算貴D,都只會食自助餐囉!對我而言,要食得開心,食物係其次,服務態度至最重要!***等待食物上枱初時,曾問過D侍應生是否團購價待遇有別?但冇一個有反應,最後佢哋走過去收銀柜枱,問個黑衫黑褲女收銀員,嘩!個身材矮小嘅中年女收銀員聽到後,雙眼怒啤向我哋張枱,然後一直怒視住行過嚟問有咩事?間餐廳睇唔見有任何經理在場,同上次一樣,得一班冇咩經驗嘅女侍應生,同一個外型瘦削稍熟手D嘅冇禮貌男侍應生。所以,好相信個黑衫黑褲女收銀員就係餐廳較高級員工! …Read More

雖然今晚係大除夕,但聖誕期間食得太多啦,於是走去大圍,諗住求其揾d嘢食吓。點知?好多食肆都閂咗門,於是走咗去九龍城。去到九龍城,幾經辛苦至等到錶位。唔想又食泰國菜,咁去揾吓西餐。喺d門口望下d餐牌都幾貴,有d仲話要最低消費$250/位添!行到呢間東星餐廳門口,睇見晚餐價錢都OK,同好快有個後生女侍應出嚟招呼,咁就呢間啦!* 叫咗2個是日晚餐 : 红酒燴牛脷配薯菜$78 & 法國鵝肝伴牛柳配意粉$128~義大利雜菜湯,同粟米忌廉湯,配埋塊牛油多士。2款湯嘅味道普通,仲唔夠熱。~红酒燴牛脷配薯菜 :有4塊牛脷,唔係太厚切,不過煎得幾好味,淋上红酒汁,味道係唔差,但份量偏少。薯菜係用薯蓉同椰菜、红蘿白,特别薯蓉好好味,每啖都係牛油同cream味道,好香好滑。~法國鵝肝伴牛柳配意粉 :1小薄片鵝肝喺頂部,要小心翼翼夾落嚟,但食唔到有乜味,都係太细片囉!牛柳話要七成熟,但食到中間太生啦,我諗得五成咋,但味道都唔錯。雖然配意粉,但都有一大球薯蓉+雜菜,反而意粉就得一細碟。*另外 : 芝士焗龍利柳配飯$78 加$20配餐湯同飲品, 再加$5轉即磨咖啡~塊龍利柳唔係好大嚿,但都好味,個碟都係有一大球薯蓉+雜菜, 就算食主菜唔飽,薯蓉都撑飽你啦!整體嚟講, 食物唔算太好味,而且餐廳裝修都頗舊, 不過,喺九龍城區而又係大除夕晚食到呢個價錢,都算唔錯啦!**最值得要讃嘅,係呢度嘅幾位女侍應,個個都好好禮貌同態度。 …Read More

今日嘅和亭真係差咗

今晚去沙田和亭食晚餐,打電話去該店時,話就話冇位啦,但去到等咗45分鐘就有,比想像中快得多。從來我都覺得呢度嘅壽司比一般嘅壽司尊門店好味,所以今次都唔例外,叫咗2客三文魚壽司($88+$28)。清酒煮蜆($38),冇乜清酒味,純粹過吓口癮,味道普通。蟹肉忌廉球($18),熱辣辣,一咬落去蟹肉忌廉醬汁流出,好味,但太細件囉!仲有,伴碟嘅菜好唔新鮮添!炸蠔($38/4件),熱辣辣仲好脆,不過粉醬較厚,食唔多到蠔味,而且,點蠔嘅醬太少,都唔夠點4件。和亭沙律($38),今次份量真係太少啦!幾細片三文魚+少少生菜、洋蔥絲、1-2粒車厘茄、dd多水牛芝士粒..以往嚟食都唔覺佢大碟,但都唔使縮到咁細碟呱?3個人share到每人2啖咋!牛肉壽喜燒2人份量(大$88+追加烏冬$22)嘩!真係有d嚇親!本身個餐已經冇咩嘢食,仲唔包烏冬,算!於是加咗個所謂大烏冬($22),嚟到一望,又係咁少?問一問侍應係咪搞錯呀?點知佢話已經係大啦,細嘅烏冬仲會少一半㗎!成個煱有2大碗雜菜,但唔夠新鮮,底部仲有大量黃牙白已經變色。有3樽湯汁,但係用得1 & 3/4 樽就夠哂!d牛肉最離譜,雖然好食但份量係超少!只係要讚佢嘅刀功一流!竟然切薄到一放入煱就黐住底,再轉身已夾唔番,完全黐喺煱底,於是唔敢再煎,全部用嚟火煱算數!上次食都唔會咁,再冇下次啦!好彩一開始叫咗個韓國泡菜豚肉飯 ($28),都算有d嘢落肚!** 以前好鍾意嚟和民、和亭食嘢,因為對佢有信心,但今日已完全破滅啦!今次嘅食物質數真係差咗好多,各樣份量都偏少,以往都唔係咁,仲有,d地方又好污糟咁。雖然話今次食完有半數現金回贈,但下次嚟食都要諗一諗先囉! …Read More

最近發現,原來有好多朋友關注自己寫嘅OpenRice食評,難得係唔介意一篇篇既簡單、又不太細膩描繪食物嘅文字,竟然有人肯睇喎◑△◐?甚至有食評被推介添?真係令我受寵若驚呀 多謝,多謝哂\^o^/仲記得由舊年開始寫食評,因一次去譚仔三哥食米線,但未食已成肚氣,激氣之下,就想藉住OpenRice話比人知,該店如何嘅惡劣服務質素。之後,就習慣喺餐廳用膳後,寫低食評比人參考,當然,有時遇到食物同服務都唔錯嘅食肆,會故意去讚揚一吓。事實上,真係好佩服有好多人,能夠將食評寫得好詳盡,同描繪食物時好細緻,咁當然有A+啦!自問就未到呢個水平,更何況自己都唔係食家,加上工作好多時都較繁忙,咁唯有多d欣賞人哋 d A+靚食評啦!話雖如此,此終簡單到題嘅食評係我鍾意嘅表達模式,加揷相片就更提高趣味性啦!買咗團購套餐,到期日係十月十曰,於是趕快訂位食咗佢先。好耐冇嚟Pizza Hut食嘢啦,仲記得以前佢嘅份量唔係好多,感覺上唔太抵食囉!今次一入到嚟,原來又裝修過,好靚好光猛,但d檯就稍窄,而且同隔離張檯太貼,完全冇哂私隱,基本上好似同搭檯冇分別咁囉!咁啱隔離檯個女人不停口不停口又大聲講嘢,成餐飯都比佢轟炸到死咁滯!幸好兩個團購餐都唔錯,而且份量仲好夠添!1. 酥脆雞件伴瘋薯條($98)2. 波爾多濃湯牛肉鍋($168)每個餐都包2個湯+2杯汽水。粗薯條,好好味! 炸雞好熱,外皮好鬆好脆,入面d雞肉又juicy,好正!凱撒沙津:羅馬生菜好嫩好新鮮,見唔到老菜葉,仲有煙肉粒同芝土粉伴香脆芝麻麵包條,太好味!(外面唔少嘅餐廳,都會加埋d深綠色老菜葉一齊㗎!)肉醬意粉:水準冇變,好味!蜆肉焗薯蓉:焗得好香好滑,好味!意大利沙律:羅馬生菜+車厘茄+黃椒+靑瓜+紫椰菜等 ... 伴香脆芝麻麵包條配黑醋汁,好味!牛肉鍋:份量真係唔少。牛肉鍋上檯時,本身已有唔少蔬菜喺煲入面,再煲一陣,等湯底稍為滾,就落埋杯紅酒,之後加埋其餘嘅蔬菜,等幾分鐘就可以食啦! 大大嚿牛肉,雖然唔係太淋,但絕唔係韌,都唔係嚡口喎,好正! 蔬菜有紅酒味,幾特別。 食到七七八八,最後就落埋杯芝士粉+珍珠米飯....嘩!真係好好食!*今次嘅團購真係物超所值,仲冇加一! 下次再有,一定唔可以錯過。 *用餐途中,有幾個相信係Pizza Hut嘅推廣員,其中一個叫我哋做咗份簡單嘅問卷調查,之後就送咗一張coupon比我哋(免費Pizza Hut一個)^_-…Read More
