有一日行開尖沙咀,朋友原本想食韓國菜,但行去餐廳的途中,突然看見這間拉麵店,說略有名氣,便放棄韓國菜轉為吃拉麵。餐牌上大部份的拉麵理論上都是辣的,我點了一個玉米筍辣麻味噌拉麵,中辣,小麻。拉麵附有的肥豬肉,真的很肥美。我第一次食拉麵遇上這樣肥美的肥豬肉,肥度有點像東坡肉。但辣度就真的有點失望,雖然是中辣,但一點辣的味道也沒有。我們覺得下次可以點大辣,甚至乎係要加錢的特辣亦未嘗不可。另外,就味道而言,加了芫茜的比我這個味道來得更加好,若大家能夠接受芫茜,不妨點有芫茜的那碗。…Read More

偶然發現牛腩飯

Had a Happy Hour before Friday dinner. The location is good because it is close to Mong Kok East Station. There are 20 choices with different style of Craft Beer. The staffs are willing to have an introduction for new joiners. The beer are mainly from Europe. We ordered a IPA style and a Double IPA style. The frontier was bitter while the latter was more aromatic.We also ordered a Spicy French Fries but it is not spicy enough while the table next to us ordered the spicy chicken wings and they found it real spicy. 可能食過最差的一間酒店中菜

朋友請食完城中知名中菜廳,我地禮上往來。其中兩位朋友試過rosewood的飲宴,覺得好好食,所以我哋就去了中菜廳試一試。 點了蜜汁鮮梅頭叉燒, 金錢酥蟹盒, 蒜蓉陳村粉蒸星斑球,嫩雞濃湯煨稻庭烏冬, 果仁酥香牛肉粒, 炸子雞(後尾食咗玫瑰豉油雞)。甜品點了15年陳皮紅豆沙和蛋白杏仁茶。 蜜汁鮮梅頭叉燒($320): 叉燒肥瘦分明而且材料新鮮。有蜜汁的甜味,濃度亦適中,可惜沒有燶邊,屬於中上。 金錢酥蟹盒($160/2件): 油炸剛剛好,炸得脆皮之餘亦都乾身。可惜材料似乎略嫌不足,吃不到蟹的鮮味。 蒜蓉陳村粉蒸星斑球($680): 個人認為全晚做得最出色的一個菜, 星斑球新鮮彈牙嫩滑,蒜蓉亦都足夠。不過若然多少少金蒜,讓蒜頭的口感更複雜會更好。 陳村粉濕度亦都足夠而且有咬口, 唯一挑剔係魚嘅鮮味沒有帶到陳村粉上,感覺是你還你,我還我。 嫩雞濃湯煨稻庭烏冬($200):用上幼身的稻庭烏冬,烏冬煮過了火候,太淋身。湯頭的味道尚可。 果仁酥香牛肉粒($250): 將果仁放在牛肉粒上,帶點川式的椒香,是比較有特色的一道菜。 炸子雞: 本身點了炸子雞, 第一舊吃的是雞胸與雞翼之間的部位, 但明顯廚師醃完雞後,沒有把鹽處理好, 結果咬落去,成口鹽,鹹到苦。 餐廳解釋因為醃製的效果,但這明顯是處理食材出問題, 屬於非常低級的錯誤。 無法想像在酒店中餐廳會遇上如此低等的犯錯。 餐廳後來建議改吃玫瑰豉油雞, 豉油調味還可以但做得不夠嫩滑,屬於不過不失的菜式。 15年陳皮紅豆沙($160):有足夠嘅陳皮,而且陳皮夠香, 可惜紅豆沙未能做到起沙的感覺,再次失望。 蛋白杏仁茶($90): 這個甜點品不是我杯茶,所以沒有試了,但朋友說還可以。 反而Wine Menu有驚喜,作為一間5星酒店,最頂級的Fine Wine Mark Up 不算太誇張,可以接受的水平。 總結: 如果以五星級酒店的中餐來衡量,我會給予不合格的分數。 如果是家常便飯,有其他更好的選擇。…Read More
