Usually a good sign showing it has steady customers.Ordered the house signature salt-baked chicken, kailan with salted fish, and sweet and sour pork.Salt baked chicken: yummy and very juicy. The seasoning is on the subtle side but you can always add the ginger oil to enhance the dish. Portion is very small considering the price (HKD238 for half).Kailan with salted fish: homey and well executed. Vegetables is cooked al-dente and the sauce is not overpowering.Sweet and sour pork: not sure if the quality is impacted by the african swine flu but what i had was horrible. Meat is very dry and tough. Sauce is as thick as molasses without any flavours.
