I tried out the #tastingmenu at @chaathongkong in @rosewoodhongkong. I am not usually a fans of #indianfood but the chaat had definitely turned me into one😍 Here are some of my favourite in each course✨Starter - Baked SamosaI was absolutely stunned by the jackfruit meat, like how meaty it was. The best vegan meat I have ever had which tasted like braised beef. The meat was completely soaked into the flavourful sauce. Love that✨Mains - Tandoori Wagyu CheekTandoori is an Indian cooking style which meat is cooked in a clay oven 🔥 so I like how these wagyu cheek tastes so much more tender than charcoal grilled ones. It tastes perfect with the Indian spices 🌶️Mains - Old Delhi Butter Chicken 🧈🐔THE CLASSICS 🥘 it’s a must try in every Indian restaurant! The waiter told us about the origins of the butter chicken. We were at @carbonehongkong the another day, and would love to share that to you guys! No.1️⃣ pizza in town - @fiatapizza 🍕😋 Fiata has been known as having the best pizza in town. They only serve traditional Neapolitan pizzas which I think is more than authentic (speaking as a frequent visitor to Italy🇮🇹)We had all the best sellers when we visited. @vistahongkong was definitely one of my Christmas highlights 🎄✨ The spot was previously owned by @aquahongkong under the same @aqua_restaurant_group. Check out my first recommendation this year☺️First thing first, I have to talk abt my visit to New York Cuts last week👌 it was spectacular, the food, the service and the atmosphere 🤌🏻 We tried the Australian ribeye and the special French rump. One of the best steakhouses in town 🥩 we visited @mortonssteak for my birthday in Sept. I was first amazed by the birthday deco with the local artist drawn card. Sukiyakiyu serves one of the best sukiyaki in town 🐮 We loved their service and the quality of meat FOR SURE❤️ We had the meal using the restaurant week discount. It definitely worths the price😚. The set included two starters , three slices of wagyu and loads of Japanese veggies . It also came with Japanese styled desserts .
