Rush lunch in Telford. No need to queue and fast serving. They have Poke in menu but Chicken white soup ramen is much tempted to try. The ramen outlook is good. But I think there is something wrong about the noodle type. It mores like ShangHai noodle texture 🤔 The chicken fillet, chicken roll and egg were tasteless compare with the soup base was extremely full of MSG. Super thirsty after the meal. Finally got a chance to try these local food stall. It located in Kowloon Bay industrial area and I thought they open till midnight. Overall experience is okay, strong heavy taste. Good for men’s dine. I have ordered the huge fish head steam with red and green chilli, the bottom is vermicelli but it was too salty that I am not able to eat the vermicelli. The fish head about 2kg, fresh and outstanding, cooking time just perfect ! The owner said only one fish head for a day so first come first served. After the fish head, the pan-fried tofu and mixtures was much tasteless😂 I had some beer to refresh my mouth. The tofu is firm and well seasoned, good to try ah. The most definitely must order is pan-fried pork chops with spicy salt. I can’t find any cons, just a bit fatty to eat a lot 🫠Restaurant environment is much better than Kai Yip. My first time to M.W it’s a restaurant of no mark, they just opened for few weeks. And I remember I met the lady chef who was told me the Kimchi was handmade by her own with her mother’s traditional recipe. .They even have a small menu for Banchan takeaway. That makes me to become a regular customer, I love their Banchan 🤤.I am not sure when it start to get a very high attention in magazine and foodiegram. It have been a while you need to queue outside for over 1 hour, but you know there are only 10 seats or less lol. “Must Go” level Pho in old town Kwai Hing🤩.Broth = The soul of Pho, and i though they have a very good soul 🤤.Located in a small local mall near MTR station and easy to find. They operate in family owned style, treat the guest sincere nice and quick response.Highly recommended for spicy&sour foodie. They have very unique soup based and everything just balance. The taste is amazing yum. First time to visit Kwai Hing and I will be stay for a week for business reason. My first impression of Kwai Hing was a food desert😂 but after few days of my trip, I have found these local feature style Cha Chaan Tang which is quite representative in Kwai Hing industrial area. FOOD- I have ordered the signature dish for lunch. The regular meal set portion has absolutely surprised me! And I love how flavourful the juicy chicken wing with the strong taste “Swiss Sauce”. Omelette is really good, I thought they use the real eggs instead of fake liquid yolk..COFFEE- I enjoyed their coffee, that is NOT instant coffee. I am not sure how they made, but they served with extra hot and in large size👏🏻Good pairing with the toast.ENVIRONMENT- Comfortable seat during rush hour and the lady’s staff are very polite and helpful. Late dinner in APM mall food court sushi bar. I had saw other foodies comment but it wasn’t as good as I thought it would be. A bit noisy as we were sit near the back kitchen, most of the workers were stay in the back kitchen and keep talking loud. Sushi chef helps refill guests tea during he is making sushi and without wash his hands then back to serve, this is sooo weird. Restaurant operation have to be improved. I ordered sashimi platter, sushi platter and some gunkanmaki. All sushi are in hand formed. Fishies quality in normal type. Sushi-Rice is firm and taste just right.
