早前來過一次,裝修雅緻,食物上佳,印象可謂相當深刻,就和朋友相約再訪Luxury~餐廳的位置比較隱蔽,位於柯士甸道,屈臣氏旁邊的樓梯直上的左手邊。門口沒有招牌,但是有門鐘。只要按下門鐘,侍應就會開門歡迎喇。餐廳裝潢的確十分有情調,連店內播放的外文歌都可以聽出是經過精心揀選的。最讓我歡喜的一點是,餐廳的座位設置得十分闊落,臺與臺之間不會很狹窄,這樣不但客人坐得舒服,更保證了談話的私隱。我和朋友坐在最近open kitchen的座位,驚訝的是並沒有什麼油煙味,相反卻時不時有龍蝦香味飄來,讓我們飢腸轆轆。老闆首先送來了刺身拼盤,雖然是for free的,但三文魚肥厚而不膩,赤貝爽口,甜蝦煙韌,十分有質素。刺身過後是麵包盤。四款烘焙過的麵包搭上牛油和自製醬汁,十分美味。(個人偏好那款自製醬汁,入口濃郁,食到最後又鹹鹹的有點像芝士味,讓一個芝士愛好者非常滿足!)接下來就是前菜喇。和其它私房菜不同,Luxury的菜式揀擇非常多,包括前菜、餐湯、主食、甜品,每種類別都有近10款菜式可供挑選。我就選擇了油漬五味藍鰭吞拿魚配西班牙火腿、日本大拖羅他他田園。擺盤很別緻,吞拿魚火腿和田園沙律相間,一字排開。吞拿魚非常嫩滑,搭配上西班牙火腿剛剛好的鹹度,兩者混合口中,是舌尖上的一大享受。再加上田園沙律足夠的沙律醋,佐以大拖羅他他,讓人胃口大開。前菜過後是餐湯。原來剛才聞到的龍蝦香便是我的法式干邑龍蝦湯。初入口時我只感覺有點酸昧,隨後濃郁的龍蝦味便翻湧而上,黏在舌頭久久不能散去。最神奇的是,我本是個不飲酒的人,但龍蝦湯裡的干邑味道非但不令我反感,還讓我不由自主一啖一啖食下去,好像上癮一樣,太過癮了。餐湯過後是第一道主食。我點的是黑毛和牛野菌拉絲芝士比薩。其實食之前我好怕比薩會過硬,咬得很辛苦。但真正入口那一刻,我非常驚訝,因為雖然比薩的表皮鬆脆,但咬下去卻十分柔軟,不需要費好多功夫就嚼完了。可惜的是這時我已經有點飽,比薩食剩一塊就再都食不下了。然而第一道主食過後還有第二道主食。在我看到我點的烤澳洲M7和牛肉眼配時令蔬菜時,突然食指大動,忘掉了之前的飽腹感。因為實在是太吸引人了!7成熟的牛扒,厚度十足,切開來還能看到粉紅細嫩的顏色,入口一咬,肉汁和醬汁完美搭配充斥在每一個角落,滿足感爆棚。牛扒旁的薯仔也焗得正好,入口有陣淡淡的奶油味,在舌頭上滑過便化開。有意思的事不同主食搭配的薯仔有不同烹調方式,實在是好有心機。最後甜品我挑選了朱古力火鍋配冰果、手打雪糕。甜品的擺盤非常講究,冰果剛好消解兩道主食帶來的飽滯感,而朱古力淋在雪糕上好快就凍結,成為朱古力脆皮雪糕,有趣又好食。總體來說Luxury沒有令我失望,不但食物質素好高,店員都好nice,見到我沒有食完比薩還很親切地問我是否份量過多,下次哪裡需要改進。一定還會來再次光顧的!…Read More

Chinese New Year is within reach, therefore i have decide to treat my other half better Been browsing a lot for French Restaurant and obviously there are a lot of varieties.I have decided to give it a French X Japanese Restaurant a go.The bar area is so tempting and nice.  The Bartender with good service introduce us some cocktails, however i am not an alcoholic.I had the Six Course Menu ($780), the price is reasonable for a French and Japanese meal in Causeway Bay.The First Dish i had was the Wagyu TartarIt is extremely delicious, no matter the presentation and the cooking technique and service standard, its  niceThe waiter clearly explained us each dish with details.The reconstructed Egg Yolk on top of the beef tar tar with onion. on the side, there are a few sauce. Zucchini Gel, and the beetroot gel.Follow by the Foie Gras, to be honest, i aint a Foie Gras fan. 最近媽媽話想試下私房菜,上Openrice見琴最近依間好Hit呀,所以就Book位試一試 位於柯士甸道旁既巷仔中,門口冇招牌,真係平時行過都唔會為意係餐廳,果然夠私密呀!揀左一個Set,有湯、前菜、主菜同甜品,都只不過係$395一位,都唔算太貴呀。第一道就係龍蝦湯配麵包。 麵包都有幾款,包括墨汁、洋蔥同蕃茄。洋蔥味最啱我心水,啖啖洋蔥味真係好香,配上麵包醬,好夾!龍蝦湯好Rich好濃,湯身好厚Feel到好多材料Blend一齊 前菜:法國鵝肝燉蛋、香煎鵝肝燉蛋十分Creamy及香濃,但鵝肝未覺十分突出鵝肝外脆內軟,不會太過鵝膻味,配上醋汁剛剛好。旁邊沙律毫不馬虎,使用有機沙律菜,最好既點係切得細細,女仔都可以一口食到,唔會食到咀邊都有汁 而且菜非常爽口新鮮,讚!主菜:日本黑白面豉蘇格蘭三文魚 配有機雜菜三文魚肉"超級"嫩口,一啲都唔老,十分滑,完全估佢唔到呀 配上麵豉,真係超夾,帶上佢鮮味,又唔會太咸,十分推介!!甜品:椰子燉蛋、啫哩、雪糕太心急,所以甜品一上就即刻食左啫哩,唔記得左相機食先Tim,哈哈三款都充滿滿滿椰子肉,雪糕係比較冰嗰種,好Refreshing,而啫哩則好清新。依款椰子燉蛋充滿椰子肉,比起平時普通燉蛋冇咁膩…Read More

I haven’t met with my university buddy for ages. As I know he lives in Tsuen Wan and just got back from England, so I go to meet him up during lunch to celebrate his birthday. That’s why I went to Olive café in city walk.The escargot starter makes me crazy. Escargot is one of the food I love so much, and this dish is serve with Portobello. The first time I ate escargot with a huge mushroom. The texture is so match, and served with homemade gravy.For the main course, I love the soft shell crab spaghetti so much. Every bite of the spaghetti can ate the crabmeat with a rich cream source. 很久之前看過「小上海」的一篇食評,已經很想很想來這裡一試,但一直沒有機會!這天很想遠離繁囂,不想再到鬧市人擠人,便決定了來這裡,沒有來過西營盤的我,找了好一陣子才找到。一到達時,初以為是坐得比較舒服的餐廳,但原來是坐摺枱和圓櫈的那種,餐廳的座位不過二十個。小小的,感覺更家庭式。涼伴海哲很爽口,充滿著麻油香,底下的青瓜絲少了一份爽脆,反而是淋滑的感覺?是刻意突出海哲的脆口嗎?醉雞的酒味很香很濃,但肉質就不算嫩滑,而這次底下的青瓜絲是爽脆的。酷愛嫩雞煨麵的我,每一次吃上海菜都一定會點的,但這一碗便令我有點失望,麵質煮得過熟過淋,一送到麵質已爛爛地,但可取的事是加入了香菇,令味道更突出。招牌煎雲吞,見到牆上剪報的封面都是有關雲吞的,相信這是招牌菜吧!咬下去肉汁算很多,餡料有肥豬肉和蔬菜,雖說是煎,但是更像炸,雲吞皮的邊緣都給炸焦了和有點硬,但味道尚算不錯!尤記得那篇食評對這紅豆春卷十分讚賞,那我當然要點試一下!外貌和普通的春卷沒有太大分別,但是看得出皮有點厚,不會像酒樓那種很薄,薄得看得出充滿著油分。一咬下去就知道和平時的紅豆餅有不同,邊位厚重,感覺很像餅乾一樣,但是好吃的,而當中的紅豆餡不太甜,很喜愛呢!平時會覺得紅豆鍋餅很厚很粉亦很油,不太討好,而這次的很像紅豆餅乾呢。這次的上海家庭菜很令我滿意,有機會一定再來!…Read More

今日同男朋友食飽飯, 想食甜品, 佢帶左我去家樂坊地庫既Spade by Lassana, 一早就想試下依間甜品店, 但係之前分店只有油塘, 唔多就腳呢. 所以一直都冇機會試下佢. 佢個裝修好新淨, 燈光仲會不停轉變, 唔係死沉沉既氣氛, 一入到去有個擺滿蛋糕既甜品櫃, 啲蛋糕全部都好精緻旁邊就有個雪糕櫃+大大既凍板, 可以比客人揀口味同topping, 之後再比店員幫你炒雪糕, 雪糕有咁多味道, 實在樣樣都想試下, 店員都好nice, 比左多種口味我地試依間甜品店採用半自助形式, 坐低睇完餐牌再出去比錢買, 店員再會為你送上食物最後就揀左野莓盛薈, 同埋waffle setwaffle set大約$40有球朱古力雪糕, brownie, oreo同少少忌廉朱古力雪糕同brownie, 朱古力味好香濃, waffle蛋味好重, 外面脆身, 但裡面都有少少煙un. 夾埋少少雪糕一齊食真係一流!野莓盛薈$48上面有macaron, 士多啤利, raseberry, blueberry, 仲有士多啤利百力滋, 生果都好新鮮, 佢個野莓雪糕酸酸甜甜好醒胃, 好多果肉, 而且用waffle裝住, 有脆有軟, 有熱有冰凍, 口感好豐富!!見到隔離枱有toast box食, 賣相好靚, 不過好大個, 下次會拉埋幾個朋友黎食佢…Read More
