米其林拔草— 香宮著名的香港Michelin 2 star restaurant. 服務真的是一般。一開始我男友預Book的是share room桌位。但當我們到達的時候服務員板著臉帶我們到最接近門口的座位,結果被我男友提醒了一下才曉得帶我們進房間。(也沒道歉,真是「喔」了一聲就帶我們進房間)點菜後,朋友們都到齊了,卻上錯菜,我們提醒服務員才立刻收回。我們進餐也好一段時間了,茶壺裡的茶都涼了,也不會去換,需要我們要求和提醒。盤子也不會主動幫我們去更換,也是需要提出要求才做⋯⋯香港酒店餐廳應有的服務質素去哪裡了?🥲 至於食物總括來說中規中矩,沒什麼特別驚喜的菜式,最合我胃口的還是這裡老字號的脆皮雞還有龍蝦泡飯。個人覺得這次的焗蟹蓋有失水準,送來的時候微溫不夠熱,蟹味偏淡。最令人在意的還是服務員的質素,真的有待加強。…Read More

Last night was a simple dinner for two. The service was proper and decent. The servings of dishes were fast. The food was up to standard. However, There were several unexpected charges, and offers without addressing any hidden fees until you see the bill. I am a traveller myself. I’ve been to decent restaurants in hotels and they wouldn’t charge like this. The charged fermented vegetable was tasteless and still coats $25 even if you didn’t order it. The sauce I didn’t touch, I only ordered a small glass of hot water, it still charges us $40. Total entrance fee was paid $150 for two. I don’t think I would ever come back again. 2人一進門問你想喝:熱茶、豆漿、薏米水? 錯誤引導式消費,不會講明額外收費,直接砍你坐下來後先叫了薏米水,先收我們$70,你沒有提及價錢直接收費唔緊要,$70那麼小杯薏米水我們讓你砍。然後服務員端上一小碗酸菜,試吃了一條,淡而無味像擦紙膠,口味欠佳所以放置了一旁,竟還charge $25。然後我和先生只叫了小杯滾水,放置在旁的醬汁碰也沒碰過,我們叫了杯滾水也收$40。我周遊列國也算是見識到香港這裡第一家那麼多hidden fees的餐廳。我們到任何其他酒店級的餐廳,一般也不會收那麼多「隱藏費用」。簡直感覺好像有點進了black店的感覺。以上的入門收費已高達$150,提供的只是:一杯白開水,兩杯薏米水,像茶餐廳一樣放在餐廳的油鹽醬醋,及一碟淡而無味的酸菜我們情願服務生serve得我們好,給$100小費,也不願這樣被人收費。看到這集團的老闆徐總背景還自稱讀過康乃爾大學酒店管理學院,我真的是覺得這集團老闆完全對marketing knowledge欠佳,沒想過「留客」,一心想宰割「水魚」。我們也是做生意的人,他這樣的收費方式真的很令客戶們感覺不適,像無良black店,簡直像被搶掠一樣。總括用餐體驗極失望,$150入場費我們讓你賺,我們也被騙得起,但以後這個集團的餐廳也不會再出席…Read More

這個星期想和老公換個新餐廳約會,結果偶遇K11 MUSEA的「家」。此餐廳非常有氣質格調,經理和廚師服務非常的周到有禮,非常專業。我最喜歡此餐廳一點是用餐環境安靜,隱私度高。我和老公訂了二人刺身料理、鵝肝、還有一些配酒的小吃。送餐時間非常到位,服務經理也很有禮貌,說話小聲客氣。整體環境感到舒適,非常滿意。食材也非常新鮮,這一點也是我非常重視的。在上碟Gournishing在設計上很用心,非常到位和仔細。鵝肝也很有創意,廚師在鵝肝上加上蛋捲souffle topping,搭配自創的果醬真的是一流。吃到肚子很飽⋯⋯包括服務費和Tips,兩位埋單一共$2500。衛生、有素質、服務有禮,態度專業。這餐廳值得打卡,性價比高,值得再來!…Read More
