網上好評的H8胡爐,一直都想試呢間火鍋,早幾日經Openrice訂位今個月有免費火焰龍蝦湯,話就話每人最少要消費滿200,其實點碟牛加個菜加渣飲品已經夠數.店面比想像中細,裝修好古典風,包括埋D餐具本身以為個火焰龍蝦鍋底係會即場炒香後加湯,有個火焰標出嚟甘嘅陣容,可能係送既關係啦,今次一煲過上台,原本呢個鍋底叫要$338店員都建議先畢碗湯飲下,半只龍蝦底下的湯都幾鮮甜,龍蝦味都幾出,湯嘅色水都好深A5飛驒和牛大$438,唔叫本地手切牛,專登試下飛驒牛,擺盤色水好靚,油花甘香,入口快融,牛味不算太濃,切得好簿鱈場蟹棒好食,鮮甜而且不貴$68炸響鈴$68,基本上每張台必點,幾鬆脆黑松露墨丸$49/半份&鮮蝦帶子餃$52/半份,都幾貴平均為10蚊一粒,墨丸味道係唔錯既,黑松露味都好大,至於個帶子餃,我完全食唔到有帶子,最多既反而係冬菇,而且好D皮好快就爛甜品係两小件椰汁榚食物同服務都幾好,只係價錢小貴,不能經常食😊…Read More

香港一直都搵唔到好食既台式麻辣火鍋,雜誌係甘推介呢間老鍋地處尖咀,而且地點都好方便,可以一試.提前一日BOOK位晚市時段已FULL,間鋪有分Out Door &In Door,其實呢個天氣打邊爐坐出面更加好,唔會成身有陣邊爐味.店員話8:30前埋單全單有7折,好吸引.早佐收工既我6:30就已經到佐鋪頭4樓,里面既裝修好有中國風,店員安排佐張Out Dorr 一千零一張既2人台既雅座俾我地,獨成一角.周邊掛滿燈籠環境幾舒適.呢個鐘數我基本上係包埸甘滯.店員好熱情甘介紹佢地既鍋底,我就簡佐鴛鴦美人鍋+麻辣鍋(中辣) $198美人鍋其實就係鳥雞加藥材,係有味既.麻辣鍋就響食評度聽過好多人話小辣唔辣,所以就試中辣.個鍋一拎到來已經好香.里面有幾舊凍豆腐同鴨血.聽有D人話香港人唔識分四川麻辣火鍋同台灣麻辣火鍋,我就覺得好易分,基本上食過都知四川麻辣係勁多油,D食物放落羅上來都係油淋淋而且好多花椒.麻多過辣,相反台灣麻辣鍋就面頭一層油,食物撈上來都唔會全部鋪囇油,都仲見到D湯.辣多過麻.又點會分唔出呢.聖子皇 $48/隻好厚身鮮甜.的確係聖子皇,點解甘講?因為有好多火鍋店單上寫既係聖子皇,點知上到來既係比普通聖子仔大少少既,但佢地就叫聖子皇,為免中伏叫佐2隻.千層凍豆腐 $48 本身跟個鍋底就有幾舊凍豆腐,唔多夠喉.等於食四川麻辣火鍋必叫午餐肉,台式麻辣火鍋一定唔少得凍豆腐甘,係絕配.美國梅花豬肉 $88賣相好靚,擺上台加昏暗既燈光真係睇唔出係豬.厚身之余肥瘦均勻而且肉感好咬口,味道正岩我口味.鵝肝墨魚丸 $48/半份 即4粒.手工丸類都幾貴.48蚊先得4粒大甘把.入面既鵝肝我完全食唔出,反而似腎多D因為好硬.唔會特別好食.抱住咩都試下既心態可以叫寬條粉 $38 透明既粉條,好貼心甘俾個Q版既鋪頭入面淥粉既筲箕,唔會滾到D粉出佐來,響麻辣度煮佐好耐完全索囇D辣味,而且已經食到尾真係精華所在,呢一刻先知到有幾辣.唐生菜 $58算係大碟,美人鍋有味,生菜吸佐後食更甜生啤1664 $78(大)同酒吧既價錢差唔多,本身想叫台灣啤酒,但係話無貨,其實係咪台灣啤$28/支.想D人飲貴價既生啤呢.因為生啤唔擺得耐飲一杯既價錢等於叫3支台灣啤.就係營商手法.而且要提既就係換Gas,足足換佐4次,岩岩換佐無十分中又換,個經理解釋話係濕佐就會好快無氣,我真係第一次聽,甘好心換過D貨啦,Gas換得甘密又增加員工工作量同埋影響到食客既心情.呢D甘小既問題應該要改善.…Read More

其實椰子雞早在7年前"潤園四季"已在國內深圳盛行,時至今日都依然好多人排隊去食,本小姐亦都食過好多次,而且仲多佐好多XX四季既店,香港呢家文昌四季,裝修格調同邊爐既煲都大致相同,但多元化好多有串燒,貴價海解拼盤.今次就來比對下同深圳既有咩唔同.今次試食既就係尖沙咀店,去到門口已經有人等位,由於我地係臨時即興去食來唔切BOOK位,好在時運高有人BOOK佐台而取消,我地就頂上.店內裝修感覺好文青Feel.菠蘿梳打 $32 賣相夠靚,幾好飲椰青 $38 ,香港既椰青多數泰國貨,國內用既係海南貨,所以香港既一定好飲好多.原味椰子雞一只 $238 .雞大只好整齊甘睇到係一只,上面仲搭佐幾舊椰肉,椰青湯底好清甜,相對國內既雞不足一只,有時仲只得一只雞翼,湯底都係溝佐水既.至於雞可能太大只了,有點肥而且肉質不太爽口.好在有雞味.普寧炸豆腐 $38.本小姐好中意食呢個小吃,可惜佢做得太干,好似炸豆干甘.無外脆內滑既口感.手打蝦丸 $68 無咩特別,唔難食炸響鈴 $25 完全唔鬆化,真心講,佢既炸野的確做得唔好南安油鴨油臘腸煲仔飯 $88 (細煲)好足料,雖然係細煲份量足夠3-4人食有多.唔會有肥淋淋既感覺,油鴨唔係死咸夠香,最好食就係呢個飯.天氣凍食呢個無得頂整體來講呢間文昌四季係唔錯既,用料方面算好,起碼個湯底係無溝水既,如果嫌上深圳遠或者怕食到假野,呢間都係不二之選.…Read More

荃灣呢間放題邊爐已經響荃灣出囇名,同事話日日都好多人排隊,門口人多到無訂企,聽到都知旺場.而且話百 零蚊任食,出面邊度搵.甘岩6:00夠鍾收工,同事話不如博一博上去有無位,我地就盲中中甘中上去,最辛苦就係呢個商場既LIFT,又耐天慢,等佐成十幾分鐘先上到去,門口果然係好多人,我地無BOOK位試下WALKIN,又得喔,侍應姐仔即刻帶入場,可能因為早掛.店內無咩人,唔知點解出面就企佐甘多人.店內光猛舒適,位都唔係坊間講到甘窄.抽風大煙囪有點韓式感覺,抽風系統甘企理食完應該唔會有成陣邊爐味,呢個比較貼心.餐前小食一般湯底選擇較多有16款我地簡佐推介既櫻花蝦湯,個煲好大下,奶白色既湯底面頭一大堆紫菜加幾只蝦干,係咪櫻花蝦就唔知了,不過任食來講,佢有甘多款係少有的.飲品同菜都分別擺響雪櫃自取,飲品種類都幾多下,冬瓜茶.....由於極為肚餓.第一ROUND既野上佐來已經無人遂樣影相就開餐了.佢既設計好好,食物細細份用方形盒唔阻定,就算叫20幾份都唔會無位擺.令我最意外既就係蟮片同埋脆脘,出面唔係任食都未必有甘爽,而且無泥味.要追加多幾份,當我再叫第2Round既時候,就出現問題,等佐成45分鐘都未有野來,之前食既野已經落囇隔,催佐3-4次,D姐姐都係答幫你跟下就無佐件事,令我白白浪費佐時間去等.猪肉比牛肉好食,唔霉.擺得都幾靚下.牛肉就太普通,無咩味又簿.用$148既價錢任食邊爐,環境+食物既質素相對係好好既啦…Read More

人地話秋風起,三蛇肥,我一到秋天就好想食蠔.呢個時候歐洲蠔最肥美,平時經常去尖東噴水池既酒吧HAPPY HOUR,都唔知原來佢既後面有間甘正既食蠔地方,經朋友介紹一於來試下,由於係朋友既生日飯,一早就已經上綱Search佐知呢間餐廳有好多好評,而且係用平價食貴蠔,身為蠔痴既我借住朋友生日,都想一飽口福.BOOK佐730,甘早去到已經有4-5台客了,有分IN SIDE & OUT SIDE,本人選擇佐IN.秋天坐外面感覺都幾好,門口有個櫥窗大囇冷,可以行去睇下D生蠔.每款都插上旗仔.就可以睇到係邊一個國家既蠔.呢度有個特別優惠,就係可以叫兩杯酒就可以以優惠價食蠔,而且個價係差唔多半價甘滯,見到其他台都係ORDER一大盤生蠔,可想而知蠔係好食兼抵食,跟住有個熱情既侍應哥哥同我地介紹生蠔,本身我地係中意食重金屬味既,亦了解我地既口味來推薦,佢話可以試幾款淡口清甜既試下.,都唔介意試下其他,食生蠔當然要配酒啦.見到周圍好多台都叫佐果味重既藍色樽酒.,心思思,但朋友不太喜歡果味重甜既酒,就由侍應哥哥介紹佐隻酒.法國白酒 Muscadet $349口感有少少DRY,由於我地係食海水味同礦物味較重既生蠔,飲呢只好夾.第一ROUNDWillapa bay ($25/隻):味清鮮甜,肉質爽脆Quehan ($30隻):甜味重Zeeland Pearl ($28/隻):爽甜.。Carantec ($28/隻):話羅個獎。White Pearl ($29隻):蠔肉爽甜,有少許鹹香。Majestic ($35/隻)Tsarskaya($29/隻)Authentique($33隻)香滑有鮮味,海水味重Belon 0000($54/隻):肉質爽口,帶有濃濃海水味同金屬味.呢個最好食,食完呷一啖酒,好香甜,完全令到支酒都好飲佐好多,呢D就係化學作用,亦都令到人會甘中意食蠔原因.第二ROUNDGillardeau($30/隻):法國蠔中極品,蠔肉濃又滑溜.除佐Belon 0000,佢就係第2位了.白汁藍青口 $138個汁好正,Order 佐一個法包來食,唯獨個法包有D失望,不太脆.切得好細舊同埋唔香,好在有個汁打救.呢個汁就甘飲都覺好正,較重既酒味又香及滑,青口好清甜.必點,唔怪得台台人都基本上order.鵝肝意大利飯 $168鵝肝煎得香口美味,入口融化,甘既價錢可以食到甘既質素,絕對係超值.Tiramisu $58由於本人不太愛食甜品,友人生日,係甘依都要叫返個來代替生日旦榚的,所以無資格去俾COMMENT,唯一覺得個Happy B 寫得唔係幾好睇.成晚呢餐生日飯都食得好開心,好滿足,兩人放開肚皮食佐新鮮好味既生蠔,以甘抵既價食高質素既生蠔一定有回頭.店內生意好好,無論外面定入面都Full囇,呢餐食完無耐已經念緊下次幾時來食了. …Read More

由於上次同友人在宵夜時段食過泰逍遙,覺得好好食,就推薦屋企人來食,唯有提早BOOK位,呢間泰國菜真係好FULL,7點晚飯同宵夜時段都FULL囇,.要食既就食最早場6:00PM,個半鐘交台,都好過無位.由於怕塞車同無停車位一家人一早就來佐尖咀行下先,行到5點50分就上去,呢一日諾士佛台都好多人,Happy Hour Time,我都想飲返杯.上到來門口,原來未夠鐘開門,門口一D抽風同冷氣都無,有種窒息既感覺,呢度已經有幾台人響度等了,可見呢間餐廳幾受歡迎我地係呢一日既第一台客人,坐響最入面既玻璃窗位,外面係樓景.前菜,泰式生蝦刺身$128.賣相好吸引,用Shooter杯裝住,入面有自家調制既香料浸住.有蒜頭同多程香料混制,好開胃,生蝦爽甜,配合埋個醬汁簡直得頂,設計方面都好有心思,甘樣一小杯方便又唔整污糟.飲品珍多冰&香茅茶 ($28/杯)由於個人中意香茅既味道,所以飲品必叫香茅茶.至於珍多冰家人話唔好飲,椰汁係無味既.香辣生菜包$88食泰菜基本上都會叫既生菜包,呢度既好惹味,不過就辣佐少少甘多.反而越辣越想食.小食拼盤(大)$148拼盤送上來已經好長個碟,包括有(蝦春卷,蝦餅,雞肉串燒同燒猪頸肉).跟上4個醬汁,值得一贊既係猪頸肉,燒得一D都唔唔干,而且點埋個醬汁非常好味.不過人多加上拼盤入面我幾舊,完全唔夠皮.下次可以直接叫碟猪頸肉.蟹肉炒飯$108唔中意食飯既人都可以食佐大半碟飯,炒既火喉亦都好足.而且拆佐蟹肉落去.啖啖蟹肉.燒龍蝦仔 (打佐個折$78)好抵食,燒得好好味而且又唔平,點埋佢既汁簡直係一流咸魚椰菜苗$90食開泰國菜都必叫椰菜苗,梗係因為唔係成日買到同食到啦,菜唔油加上咸香味道,配合上來都幾惹味.甜品:椰青榚 $48好清香既椰青,而且有啖啖椰青肉,對於唔中意太甜既我來講,係非常好食既甜品.總括來講,呢間泰國菜係好食既,如果7點前埋單同埋9點半宵夜時段去就好抵,有8-9折.家人都好滿意我帶佢地來.食到好味既泰菜.…Read More
